It is located very close to the metro and many shops and malls. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. The room is clean, the bathroom is not very big and there is a Nespresso machine in the room.

Two dear friends celebrated my birthday with an afternoon tea set at Opus Bar & Grill Steakhouse. We had a most delightful server, Tina, from D9 Cakery who patiently took our questions regarding the range of cakes eligible for the promotion. And she gave good suggestions too regarding popular cakes and cakes she herself likes.

When she served us and my girlfriend pointed out we're celebrating my birthday, Tina sweetly asked if we'd like a candle to celebrate.

She helped take our photos.

Nice conversationalist, made our afternoon tea super enjoyable. Kudos!

Work's event. Buffet and events were very good. Parking entrance could be a little better posted and exit is an event to cross the pavement prior to accessing the road.

The location is excellent on Orchard Street and the hotel is good

Normal hotel wedding dinner, staff is quick to keep away the food when we have not finished.

Few decades back it is the best Star hotel .. Now it is not anymore. It is just another brand hotel with bad services and amenities are not upto trend.There is no complimentary breakfast for those who stay in hotel.The bath tub and shower are worst

Class and thoughtful, convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Each organization has many big events in Vietnam such as Quoc Khanh 2/9

Cheesecake has dropped in standard.. was disappointed. Girl at the bakery was very polite and friendly though a tad slow

Staying here for 4nights with my bf, we love their puffy comfy room slippers very much.!! We were even surprised with complimentary chocolates from the hotel.!

Booked a family suite. Room was ok as it is an old property. Toilet in living area smell bad. Furnishings are aged. Service is good though. If you are looking for economical stay at strategic location, you can consider this hotel.

I went to the Hilton Singapore for a conference. The amenities and food we're very pleasant. Bring a jacket - the rooms are freezing!

Location is good. Along the orchard road but not too crowded.

Slow wifi! Only fast wifi for extra cost. No go in 21st century and especially in a modern city like Singapore!!! Rest is great. It s a hilton...

Compared to the price and reputation, the lobby of the hotel is narrow and the lobby staff does not seem so friendly. The location of the hotel is in the busiest area of Orchard Street, making it the best hotel choice for shopping nearby.

We recommend the Hilton on Orchard Road - close to MRT and lots of interesting shopping.

I had a fine stay at the Hilton. My room was a bit fragrant the first day and they were late having it ready. However, since then everything has been fine.

banquet staff wasn't attentive I have to request 4 times for wine and the last time was because I approached the supervisor or manager directly.

Not picking phone. Very poor communication facility.

Easily access cause right in the middle of orchard road. The price tell the service. The buffet got so many menu. Nice and welcome service. Suites for business travel and family. Not really suites you travel with friends

Customer service (front office) is not up to level of other Hilton hotels or any similar type hotels.

The breakfast is very good with large selection of food for western and eastern taste.

Stayed there for the first time...Booked it thinking Hilton is a good brand only to realize that the Bath rooms are third class. Everything looks old and primitive. I must say that the Bathrooms in a single star hotel are much better than the ones at Hilton Singapore. The tariff is exorbitantly high for a hotel of its kind. In summary, this hotel can be compared to any Single star or 2 star accommodation by Indian standards. Marriott and Grand Hyatt in the same location ( Orchard Road) are a million times better than Hilton. Don't ever make the mistake of staying at this hotel.

Convenient location. Classy ball room but the chairs are not matching the environment.

This hotel is very good for service and room, but they didn't change their breakfast menu, I've stay for 3 days and eat the same menus every morning except for noodle.

Attended a lunchtime event in one of the function rooms. Spacious and suitable for hosting small scale events, layout of buffet line was good as well. Service was impeccable, facilities were top class!

Staying for a business trip. Location is nice near shopping in Orchard Rd. Rooms are nice. Internet is included in my business package and is fast enough for all the usual tasks. But I understand that's optional for normal rooms, so your experience may wary.

Cant believe Hilton Singapore is this bad. Old building, old furniture, two phones in the room doesnt work and full of dust, door cant be closed probably. Ended up whole night awake as there were noises and the room was smelly! Booked to three nights but checked out after first night!

Check in / Check out good. Breakfast, Service, food was good.
The rooms 1418 / 1419 are old and worn. The walls dirty, AC grid dirty, etc.
The cleanliness of the rooms only superficially. From the first day until the last day a toothpick was between the bed and the table, but it was not mine. The AC was repaired after my second call, but I think it does not work. In Auto Mode, it runs through 24 hours full power, and when you turn it off, it instantly displays 23 degrees, but my input was 18 degrees. As I had a Executive suite, and I noticed the temperature difference in 2 rooms. One night, the water was dropping from the ceiling, but the fixed.

The swimming pool, actually belongs immediately closed. While swimming, I tried to hold on to the edge of the pool. Came out with my fingers between the floor and floor, and cut me right on my finger. 80% of the bottom flows at the pool edge are loose, partially lifted and fastened with speed tape. The stairs into the pool, the stepping loose.
From the swimming pool to the restaurant, the wooden slats are broken. If you walk over it, you cut your feet. The whole wood paneling at the restaurant is repaired immediately.

Finally, this Hotel need a renovation, below standard, and sometimes dangerous.

Used to go there with Family for theirs Buffet. Nice and Good Place in Town. Some Luxury Sale Events of Branded Fashion , Watches, Shoes happening in Hilton Singapore Hotel also my favourites. Can get lots of good bargains. But anyhow, good place to held a sale event of its great locations. Which located at Orchard Road Singapore.

I had the opportunity to dine at his restaurant. A spectacular meal, attention and variety.

Right in Centre of busy Orchard road. We had pleasant time at the hotel with good service. We were given early check-in which was good after long flight. Hotel has swimming pool on the top floor with lots of shopping option on ground floor and first floor. Breakfast was good with decent vegetarian options to eat.

Elite member recognition is not very good. Check-in also had some hiccups.

Went for wedding lunch on a Saturday. Food served was extremely delicious. One of the best among all banquets that I've ever attended. Fast and responsive waiter service. Will consider having my own banquet here in the future.

No free WiFi for room guests. The TV is a outdated brand and too small for a 3 pax room.
