Old, tatty decor. $6 room service delivery charges. Small rooms for $460 per night. Feel most sorry for staff who are nice.
Do yourself a favour, if u spend that much on a room do it somewhere that's verified better!

Awesome hotel. Lodging area. Going out and going shopping. Our drill card members stayed in the Executive Lounge. The upstairs pool is up to 3 meters deep. It is suitable for afternoon sun bathing. The room is very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable.

I'm at Hilton to attend a company training. The meeting room is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, food is excellent, complimentary parking is provided.

Bacon and sausages always COLD as are almost all entrees. Omelet so small it was only 4 bites. Mr McFly joined me for breakfast! All the staff are friendly and accommodating, (including Mr. McFly!)

Went for a wedding event. One of the older 5 Stars hotel in Orchard Road.

Place looks and feel nice. Lighting is warm and cosy. Only complain is the lack of elevator to the carparks (at least not at the exit we were at). Elderlies would have problems with the stairs. Toilet seat sanitiser and hands free dispensers are greatly appreciated. The old-school pulling handle doors were not.

Attended a baby shower at Hilton's ballroom. Place is big for a small party, and food is good. Waiters are attentive to clear the used plates on the table. Highly recommended this place if you have the budget.

The Hilton Singapore is located in the middle of the action due to its location on Orchard Road. Even for a Hilton, it's above average. The hammer is the pool on the roof. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We were there just before Christmas and the lighting was unique.

Now we were at the Hilton Singapore for a second time. This time we were there for the Chinese New Year and for almost 2 weeks. The lobby was beautifully decorated again. We thoroughly enjoyed the great pool, there were always enough pool chairs. We used the lounge very often. I can only give it 11 out of 10 points. The selection was plentiful for a lounge and the staff was awesome. I have a small but. The rooms show the age of the hotel, but that is made up for by cleanliness, furnishings and little touches. The hotel is nice. They have high quality hotel sandals! Haha. The breakfast has good variety of food from local food to typical western breakfast.

I booked Hilton Singapore for a week due to a house renovation but i ended up staying for a month. The staff at the hotel made me feel so at home and remembered me each time i enter and exit the hotel. Special shoutout to Magendra from concierge who cheerfully and enthusiastically greeted and helped me with my luggage the moment i stepped into the hotel to check in. When it rains, he takes the initiative to offer an umbrella. He is always with a bright and cheerful smile. He also goes the extra mile to hail for a taxi in the rain so that i can get to work on time. When i was going to check out, he promptly arrived at 2 pm at my room to help my mother and i with our luggage. I also noticed that he not only greets everyone cheerfully, he also makes an effort to strike a conversation with anyone who steps into the hotel. As a service industry, Hilton should compliment Magendra for his good work. There should be more people like him in Hilton.

Love the ambience of this modern restaurant. The butcher's platter was on promotion and an extra lobster was included. We added $15 for free flow of wine as well. Pretty good deal!

Was there with friends for a drink. Atmosphere is good and welcoming. Lounge is good for relaxing after dinner.

Good location. Room clean and spacious. But breakfast here is just average. Stayed here for 3 nights and got bored of their breakfast selection. Skip the breakfast here and eat out.....much better choices outside

Venue is convenience, service is great, food is marvellous.

Having a wedding buffet lunch over at Hilton, and the experience was great! Place was well lit and servers are attentive. Food is fresh and delicious.

Guest relation officers are amazing! They will assist you with your needs from room service to tour options. The accommodation we booked is okay. I think they need to upgrade some of their facilities.

Old hotel in Orchard road, ok but needs some updating.

Went recently for business meeting in the coffee lounge. Coffee took almost forever to come but was delicious. Biggest disappointment was the cost of parking at this hotel, $18 for about 2.5hrs on a weekend. Won't be parking hear again.

Positives: Excellent location, that's about it.
Negatives: The interiors feel so dated. To make it worse, the customer service is really bad. It took them 50 minutes to deliver my dinner to my room and for that too, I had to remind them several times. I guess they don't care much about solo travellers and are more concerned about business travellers or families.

The Great place for a short holiday for you and wife

Located in central Singapore and is easily accessible. Went for an event there. However the ballrooms are situated very near each other which can caused confusion. Food and service was good though

Conveniently located in Orchard Road area, walking distance from Orchard MRT station. Great buffet lunch offering unique chili crab pasta, fried beef hor fun and one of the best coffee and chocolate cake dessert.

Spacious suites and actual local food hanging at the front window! Always great to arrive late to nice beds from a long day of travel. Close to everything and great service and never expecting less. Fantastic and will always come back.

The staff was unbelievable! Friendly, polite, and helpful. GREAT place to stay. Our room was attended to by Mrs. Linda and she provided OUTSTANDING service.

It urgently needs to be removed. Such a strong brand in a beautiful city is expected to be at the level. I am sure it was several years ago.

Only went to the lobby bar. Reasonably priced drinks $16 for a beer $20 for a cocktail before services and tax. Chose of drinks very limited unfortunately.

Hilton hotel establishment is well known for its name. But somehow the interior at the hotel is very old. You will feel like in the 80s feel... Not modern enough. For the hotel rooms, it's ok. I still think if hotel lobby can have a renovation, it will be good to its name

The service didn't feel like what a five-star hotel.

Great service, great lodging at the wonderful orchard area. Located in between the Forum shopping centre and Far East Shopping Centre. Also within 5 to 10 mins walk to other larger malls such as ION, Tangs, Isetan. There's also a great view from the swimming pool at level 24.

A great hotel, right in the heart of Singapore on Orchard Street. The breakfast buffet is unreal and my favorite meal everyday.
