The rooms are too small and the service is not good.

Our daughters learned to swim in the rooftop pool and became lovers of nan (grilled bread)! We love the Singapore Hilton. The staff is the best. I could call from China or Korea and the doormen could tell me where my family was and how their day had been that day. It was very comforting for them and for me. There are newer properties in Singapore but not better.

Good room. Top class service and housekeeping. Decent breakfast buffet. Shame about the noise from main road but unavoidable.

Overall, it was a rewarding experience. The front desk and concierge staff are full of goodwill and enthusiasm, able to meet most of the needs of the passengers.
The supporting facilities are complete and easy to use, but the room settings are a little bit old.

Environment was great and service were excellent. Was here due to work arrangement.

Attended a wedding dinner. The ballroom looks good despite the hotel structure been there for ages. Service banquet staffs lack experience and attitude was quite nonchalant. Food was horrible.

Although the hotel is somewhat dated, its located in a convenient area surrounded by lots of well established food and beverage outlets. Hotel room service is decent and affordable

Hilton Hotel is a 6-star hotel and is very Grand. Staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. Great!

Decor and furnishing looks slightly dated, lighting is slightly dark. Good location, near shopping malls.

Christine in the restaurant was lovely. Food excellent and the room was very good.

Hilton Singapore is really beautiful, it's located beside CBD gantry and along orchard road, going around will mostly be by taxi but everything is so near

It was appreciative that Hilton had a Iftar Buffet during Ramadan. Food was good.

Right next to restaurants and a big shopping mall. Rooms are like any Hilton you would expect, clean, comfortable and contemporary. This one however also offers views, if you get high up. Great breakfast selection (any continent is covered). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

When exiting the hotel at midnight, the staff went out of the way to get a cab for us by hailing from the main road. It was a nice gesture.

Located along Orchard Road beside a 24-hours Starbucks and other F&B options, also featuring an indoor shopping gallery. The interior is very lavishly decorated and has a very regal feel; worthy of its Hilton namesake.

The location is accessible easily through nearby bus stops as well as driving in. The service there is awesome, always fulfilling to customers' requests instantly or as fast as they can. The atmosphere in Hilton is just so comfortable and appealing to me. It gives me professionalism and a sense of high standards.

This is a great Hotel with great service. Only could use an update, as the facility is a little older. But definitely a Hotel you can stay at and relax.

Good hotel to stay in Singapore around orchard road

Hilton Singapore is located centrally at Orchard Road. Have stayed here several times and enjoyed my stays. Great hospitality and convenient walking access to Orchard Road and nearby restaurants. It s a 10 min walk from Orchard MRT (red line).

Enjoyed my 3 days here, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Room and beds were not as big as expected. location is within walking distance to shopping malls, quite a long walk away (10min) to the nearest train station.

This hotel has stood the test of time. It may not be as contemporary as the other hotels, but it exudes elegance in its interior design and warm lights. Food was lovely. Particularly enjoyed the fact there's a Haagen Dazs kiosk outside where you can get an ice-cream to indulge in while walking along Orchard Road.

Attended event here. The room was well prepared and environment was relatively conducive. Staff was polite when serving.

Good hotel in Sg. A little old and tired but a traditional Hilton style you would expect anywhere in the world. Rooms are nice and clean - well maintained. Comfortable and clean. Pool area is very dated and not very inviting. Staff are all very friendly nice and well groomed. Good location within walking distance to the MTR and many dining and shopping options on Orchard Road

Staff were generally friendly, lobby area looks a bit worn and tired. But overall still looks good. Interesting to have function rooms on the 24th floor.

Opus at Hilton hotel has a very good buffet spread. Now with the 1 for 1 deal, it's a good time to try it out. Good for casual catch up as the place is not too atas. The accessible location is a plus.

A dated Hilton. Service highly inconsistent. Diamond card members can check in from the executive lounge upstairs to be met by an aesthetic albeit bare lounge. Rooms are dated, and urgently need a second touch up.

Good place to shop for watches and or clothing. Food average. Toilets arent as clean as i thought it would be. Hilton hotel in other countries are way better compared to the ones in singapore.

It was out first visit in Singapore and the visit to the hotel bar was great. We had Singapore slings (Singapore's signature cocktail) at a very reasonable price, and then enjoyed a nice Chinese meal (this, however, was a bit pricey) at an adjacent restaurant, within the confines of the hotel. Overall, a reliable and familiar experience for western tourists.

Went there for a wedding, I am surprised at the service provided. When compared to other more expensive hotel like grand Hyatt or mandarin oriental, they actually allocated one service crew to maximum two tables. This made sure that we don't have to serve drink ourselves.

The ambience was great. I visited the Opus Bar and Grill for high tea and thought the food was amazing. Great customer service as well. Highly recommended.

There is absolutely no way that this hotel should be treated 5 stars. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels (in fact I just left the SPG in Bali) and they are always courteous and welcoming to the point of being ridiculous. I love that... that's why I stay at 5 star hotels.

No one here has welcomed me (beyond a front desk hello). No one has done anything to be kind. In fact housekeeping hasn't even done there function of renewing basic supplies. I have to hurry out to the hall when I hear them (tossing on a pair of shorts while I'm still half asleep) to ask for missing items.

The hotel is old and in desperate need of a remodel. It is small and cramped. The bathroom looks like something from the 70s. None of it looks like the pictures, and I have the upgraded room!

I'm on vacation starting at what should be a spectacular hotel, counting down the days until we leave for another locale!

If this were a cheap hotel, I might taste it a 3. But at this price point, 2 is being really generous.

Hilton... you should be ashamed of yourself! I will never stay here again.

Now I've lost all power to the room and was told it was because I used the room provided coffee maker.

This place is awful. I couldn't get served by the pool, and after I finally did it to 35 minutes to get my drink.

The worst Hilton ever! I am so stressed and this was my vacation.

A really nice hotel in the heart of Orchard Rd. The staff were super awesome to me. Arrived at the hotel 0600 due to my flight. They sent me for breakfast in the executive club and had a room ready for me at 0700 when I was done with breakfast. Excellent. I would stay here again.

Great breakfast, clean room and great location. I love.

Very convenient location with a reasonable number of shopping options available.

Visited the western restaurant. Steak was very good, though a bit pricey.

Had the cheese cake and tea cause my wife had a craving. Generally had a good time.

Fairly run down hotel. Would look elsewhere for something more modern in this price range.

Had dinner at the pop-up restaurant. Was a good wide spread of food. Being iftar, they were very thoughtful and had the proper prayer rooms made available.

I give them 5 star. They are very accommodating and always ready to help. I really like the fact that they remembered my husband's birthday and gave hine a signed card plus unexpected cake. Thank you Hilton Singapore. We will definitely visit again.

Attended a marriage diner party in Hilton Hotel, 3rd flr. Ball Room. Everything were properly done. The food catered was good. Car park was quite limited.

Environment was great but the Stewards were reluctant and quite rude

Great staff make your stay pleasant.
The room is nice and spacious for Singapore. Some rooms at the back are next to the air conditioning so ask for high floor.

Breakfast can be a bit crowded but service is still efficient.

Be careful, the swimming pool closes at 8pm.

Very relaxing lounge experience qhere you can have a cup of coffee and have a good rest for your tired soul. And the ambience and lighting is also very soothing that brings out calmness to your hectic day.

Rooms are a bit outdated and musky, but decent. Gym is quite large and well equipped and the hotel has various restaurants. The location on Orchard road is within walking distance of a wide variety of shops and malls.
