In the past hotel dinner go for great presentation only but now the food is good also

Always reliable, Hilton provides a nice big room that is quiet and located centrally. Close the big shopping centres such as wheellock Ion and Ngee Ann. Also look for the underground shopping malls. Lots of restaurants in there as well. Follow the escalators down from wheellock and follow the signs to Ion and then Ngee Ann...huge

Attended wedding. Great service from hotel staff plus very very delicious food. Best one yet (out of 3 weddings in different places this year)

It is convenient from Orchard Station. The staff are all kind.

Went for a wedding banquet. Location wise if you are not familiar with that area it may take a little time to find. It may be worse if you are driving as the trees on the road block off a part of the sign and you may miss it if you are not observant. Carpark is small. We had to park at the nearby shopping mall carpark. Food was pretty average. Standard banquet food. Most utensils are clean but found a few with some stains. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall a pretty average experience. Nothing to complain nor wow about. Did not spend a night in their hotel so no comments on their room and services.

Came here for a wedding lunch. Was early and was told there are no parking here. Apparently they had reserved the parking for other guest.

The setting and the fitting out of the lobby was very nice. Only there for a short while to scout for a venue for event. Didn't get to see the rooms tho. Overall a great hotel.

Location is at one end od Orchard road. There are a few malls nearby but if you want more variety, do wqlk a bit further to ION Orchard junction. More food variety too.

The service wasn't what I expected. They forgot to change our plates, no one serve us drinks and I've to serve the guests. Maybe manpower crisis here.

Great location, short walk away from Orchard MRT. Right along the Orchard shopping belt, very convenient.

Classy hotel right on Orchard road. The breakfast area gets very busy in the mornings, but the service is great and the rooms spacious and clean.

Clean room. And beautiful hotel right in the heart of Singapore. The rooftop pool is nice as well. Lots of high end watch stores located in the vicinity if That's what your into.

Attending a wedding dinner. Staff was courteous and friendly. Only down side is the limited parking space.

One of the best Hiltons EVER. Great location, very comfortable and fantastic staff. Loved the Executive Lounge. That was really the best lounge of any hotel ever. Excellent quality of food and super friendly staff. Can't wait to be back in Singapore and for sure then HERE.

Rooms are clean and food is great!
The family likes the location because its very accessible to everything.

Establishment is old but has good range of designer shops within premises. Not too busy a hotel, which is great

When booking, there is no breakfast. The breakfast is also very good. There are seven near the tea.

The pool has a great view. The room was impeccable and I really appreciate the large deak.

Upgrade to executive room bs can be eaten up to night

Its has a very good hotel and has a restaurant named Morton's, which serves great food at a semi-expensive price.

Worst experience. Hilton brand might be good but not this particular branch. Staff are not polite.Room size is too small that we can't even walk properly.House keeping service is too bad. There is no complimentary breakfast which was not mentioned prior.Staff doesn't have patience to talk to customers.Pool area is also not good.

If you are looking for a modern hotel, look elsewhere. The room I stayed was small and old. There were stains on the sofa chair, the TV is small old Sharp TV, don't think it is full HD. The pool is seriously a big disappointment, do not be fooled by the pretty pictures posted on the pool, it is small and pathetic for a Hilton hotel. Although the gym is big, clean and fully equipped, the overall experience is very disappointing.

Location is good, bed comfortable and wifi also very strong.

Attempted wedding luncheon and the ballroom ambiance was nice. Food was mediocre at best.

Overwhelming breakfast, rooms smaller than usual. a bit pricey.

Sub standard breakfast was all cold the room was ok the location is in the heart of the city, the price is not worth $300 SGD a night.

Attended a wedding. Service was terrible. Parking extremely limited and costly using the valet service. Would not recommend it as a wedding location.

Location is quite good. Walking distance to the Orchard MRT. Smallish mall but connected to the Four Seasons Hotel. One Michelin star Iggy's is there.

What a great hotel. In comparison to the other hotels in the area the Hilton is hands down the best. The premier club is great and the staff there is so helpful.

Great room, spacious and roomy.
Visually soothing and comfy bed. Cafe served well but Italian is so-so. Over all ambience is very good.

22nd floor is a nice place for a quite chat with your guest.

A few years ago stayed at the Hilton on my way to Europe close walking distance to shops it can get very humid this one of my best stopovers
