Loved every bit of it except for the lack of toilet side hand shower.

Went for dinner at Opus. Food was great. Service could be better but it wasnt too bad.

Great hotel, fabulous staff really look after everyone very well. They are all extremely well trained and very polite, and helpful.

Great service and rooms. Good location for the shopping malls on orchard road. A 5-10minute walk to the nearest MRT and about 10mins on there to Marina Bay. Decent breakfast spread and the gym and pool facilities are excellent.

Iggy's at the Hilton was the most phenomenal gastronomic experience that you can imagine. From the melt in your mouth cheese balls to the life changing wagyu beef, you can't feel elite in Singapore until you've dined at Iggy's

Awesome hotel. A beautifully appointed building combined with excellent service and great food.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We spent most of the time in the Executive Lounge. One of the staff named Zek in particular has been very kind to us. I really appreciated Zek s sense of responsibility & politeness.
The rooms are very clean and the location is great. I highly recommend the Hilton.

The ball/function room at level 3 that was used for a wedding lunch was well kept and the staff are really friendly.

The hotel refuses to provide ice unless we order something for in-room dining. The mini fridge does not properly chill anything either. This is frankly laughable for the service of a 5-star hotel.

Needs renovation, very expensive, not good value for money

Staying here for the mandatory quarantine process for 14 days which is ending today. 1st ever room arrest experience so can't really judge. The room itself is good. Air-conditioning, water pressure and temperature in shower, large comfy bed, large glass wall for outside view, strong wifi all good. The food from the Hotel wasn't really good, lacking of some freshness and I often receive a cold food. But it's good they allow grab, food panda etc to deliver the food from outside. Quite frequently can smell smokes, made some of my night terrible can't sleep. Once got the call the hotel management took some immediate initiative. I don't know what they do outside there but they provide me a stand fan and air purifier. That's good.

It's a neutral rating for me as I did not get to fully experience the hotel due to my visit there being a patrol visit

Convenient location with Hilton level service and fine restaurants.

Location was easy to locate, staff were friendly and welcoming. The ambience of the bar was great and I had a good time with my dad!

Toilets are clean and presentable. Staff are friendly and attentive to requests. Ball room is big and spacious with enough room to move around. Room is well lit. Wonderful place for a wedding.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service was a stable Hilton spec.

The hotel is by and large top and the staff very friendly. Quality of the food and co is perfect. Here I write only the negative criticisms. Air conditioning in the lounge really attracts a lot. The windows are not soundproofed and you can hear the street still quite good on the 20th floor. Nevertheless, I recommend it further.

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and Orchard Road shopping malls.

Spacious rooms and the bathrooms have full size tubs. The food is good amd there's a wide selection. I recommend opting for the Executive Lounge access. There you'll find refreshments all day, along with breakfast and an evening mini buffet with drinks. The hotel location is good, with plenty of shopping nearby. A great hotel with rates to match.

I expected more. The price was too high compared to the quality of the room.

Wedding dinner on the 30th of december 2018. Level 24. Dinner was good. Especially the lobster soup.

Terrible. Old rooms, needs refurbishment, have to ask 4 times to have someone take away the room service cart, completely terrible. Only positive is location is decent.

Old hotel in Orchard rd. Singapore. Branded boutique shops inside.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, good placw to stay.
Although a little bit old, and it would be better if the hotel can provide new towels, conditioners, and other amenities if they removed the old one, or at least keep the old one.

Lunch buffet at the hotel was about 3.5/10 in terms of value. Limited food variety.

I met with a colleague who was staying there. We had a drink in the downstairs bar. Good service, but a bit dark.

Nice hotel. Very clean and accomodating. The ballrooms are nice too. Just that the carpark was not very large.

This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. They have a great spread for breakfast in the mornings as well. They have a happy hour at the bar which is nice. It is in a great location, only about a 5 min walk from an MTA station. It is also connected to a mall, making shopping easy. The gym is nice complete with locker rooms and steam, sauna rooms. We always stay at Hiltons for a reason, they are such top quality hotels!

Attended a wedding banquet at their ballroom on the 24th level.Beautiful view of Orchard area. Food was very tasty and the portions were very generous. Good service too. Only thing is that the ballroom is an L- shaped room so guests seated in the other end will not be able to see the stage area.

Room decoration I think might need some renovation as I saw some mirror gum are falling off, a bit old and aged feeling with the furniture.

Stay for the 2 days quarantine awaiting results of covid test at airport.
