This is an awesome resort! The front desk staff we're welcoming and helpful. Our room was super cozy, and we liked that we had a balcony to relax on. The morning bloody mary bar and fire pits outside were great. Our only wish was to stay longer- we will definitely be back!

Absolutely above and beyond wonderful stay at the Bell Rock! Huge thank you to Anthony and his incredible staff, especially Jace, Eric, Makayla, and Kelly. They each truly did an amazing job ensuring we had a perfect stay despite a hiccup with our reservation (my fault) - and even sent us a bottle of champagne! I ve stayed in many many accommodations over the years and this experience blows them all away. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about our experience, we will be back!
Sara and Jedediah at the front desk and Jesus in the restaurant are amaze. Great experience and environment! Only complaint- dust and trash in my room and a spider was crawling in the shower WHILE I WAS IN THERE!!! eek But would still go back
Man oh man what a wonderful experience. The evening live music was nice... the staff and amenities were great... and the views. This resort was perfectly placed and provided a perfect amount of everything to make my family trip amazing. I definitely recommend it here.
As a Hilton honors member, as well as others, and a frequent traveler, staying at Hilton bell rock has been disappointing. First, I requested a rollaway for my son, they confirmed but never held one so son slept on sofa. Then, waited over 45 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. Place is nice but service is missing. I ve been here only 12 hours so far and my family and I will not be staying here again and could not recommend it.
I stayed at the Hilton for two nights while attending a professional conference. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations well kept and appealing. I absolutely loved the amenities - the pools and athletic center were amazing. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi was spotty and I couldn't get cell service inside the building.
This resort is amazing! So dog friendly! We got THE coolest doggie baggie at check in. Tennis ball, bandana, dog bone, potpie bag holder for his leash, key chain... just incredible! Thank you Hilton for making our baby feel at home!
The many amenities at this resort were great! The gym in particular was much better than an average hotel gym. The rooms were also great, with the 1 bedroom and the kitchenette. The pools were a nice feature. The views were very peaceful with the sights of bell rock. The prices however were higher relative to hotels in the area. Overall this was a great stay and if the price is right we hope to be back.
Came here for a course and loved the location and Sedona. Pros: wonderful staff and very helpful. Cons: worst internet connection ever seen. Disconnects every time u stop using ur phone and have to reconnect manually every time u use ur phone and also have to enter the password multiple times. It would not have meant so much but this Hotel is located in an area where there is poor cell phone connection so not having reliable internet is not an option. 2nd carpet in the rooms need to be replaced: sticky and stinky. Washroom doors leak water on the floor and the 2 queen bed room was one of the smallest I have seen.
Amazing hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping we were treated excellent. Morning walk around the golf course was delightful and refreshing. You won't regret your time here.
I haven't posted a review before. Staying at the Bell Rock Hilton. VERY disappointed. Paying over $260 a night for a 1 bdrm suite. Asked for a QUIET room, was placed right above the outdoor patio to listen to people talking by the outdoor fireplace. With a view of a tree.
This morning asked for maid service at 8:30 am, returned at 11 to a dirty room. Was told by front desk they'd get to it when they could. Also mentioned two lamps didn't work. No repairs were made. The fireplace barely turned on, just a small blue barely visible flame. No repairs were made. AND the glassware was filthy. Left a note for maid to please replace with clean - returned to find the SAME glasses. And connecting to the internet is a major pita.
The building is nice, the pool was great, the restaurant was uber expensive but adequate. But the houskeeping sucks. I'll stay anywhere but here next time in Sedona. I give it 4 stars for the property and ONE star for the service. Nobody but the waitress is getting a tip.
Excellent service. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on the patio, the weather was perfect and the breakfast buffet was pretty tasty. The reason for only 4 stars is because our room smelled really bad and there was a little black mold in the shower. However, when I notified the front Desk person, he immediately gave us a new room. The new room smelled fresh and clean. The beds are really comfortable too. We will be back.
poor survive.... the room was ok . food was good but expensive.
When I got home I found out my wedding ring was missing . So I call them back to ask if there was any lost ring... and I told them my name and room number that I was staying. Then they put me on the hold ...3 second later they hang up on me !!!!! What kind of service is that!! That was my business trip I never going to spend my own money to go back to the hotel.
This is a very nice resort on the edge of the Village of Oak Creek. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good good and drinks can be found on site and nearby.
The Hilton Sedona Resort is beautiful. Very picturesque views of the mountains which were absolutely breathtaking. The staff where really nice and helpful and the facilities where very clean. Great amenities! Will definitely come back again
Nice room and friendly staffs. Our room had all the amenities necessary. The pool was very family friendly and nice as well. The downside is that it's a bit far (about 20m) from the main district of Sedona. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey considering what we had. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sedona.
The rooms are beautiful, the staff are extraordinary really helpful and professional, and we were lucky enough to be there for the open house for the new remodeled dining area. It was really quite a wonderful evening.
I'm guessing we got an older room, because it don't look remotely close to how nice the rooms look on the pictures! They get three stars because the customer service was great!
A great night on the book tour and it made for a fun stop over and nice break. Great rooms, professional staff and a very clean and relaxing environment.
flew in on a 6:30 flight and arrived at the hotel at 10:00, We waited till our room was ready and at 3 we found out that after waiting for 5 hours we had a first floor room looking out right where the cars turn in. The check in attendent was very bad and didnt know what she was doing. I havent been treated this way ever at a hotel. I will not return to hilton.
Today we spent the day at the Hilton Bell Rock. Our friend Paul was finishing up his internship in the kitchen there. We really enjoyed the property, the Staff, and the delicious food & drinks! The bar is awesome, and everything is laid out beautifully. Our host in the restaurant was Luis , and the service he provided was outstanding, which is so typical at Hilton properties. After Luis left for the afternoon, the manager took care of us ordering the most delicious dessert ever! We had the ooey gooey chocolate bread pudding , and the s mores chocolate . Oh my goodness! Our friend Paul created both desserts for us to enjoy, fabulous!! We love the property, and location in Oak Creek, so easy to get to from I-17, so beautiful, and quiet! We live in the Anthem, AZ area, and plan on staying to the Hilton Bell Rock property soon. Thank you all for such a great experience. Michael, Jan, and Justin Larsen Phoenix
The concierge and front desk were both very helpful and knowledge about the area and helped me plan some great experiences, like the Pink Jeep Tour. The rooms were clean although a little outdated. I didn t get a chance to try the food here other than the Smores - which were so fun to make at the end of the night! Like a kid at camp. The location of the resort is about 15-20 minutes from where most restaurants, hikes and shops you will want to check out but also from what I saw the most affordable. I would definitely visit Sedona again! The area is beautiful.
Such a cool property! Ida at the front desk was a rockstar. Very helpful, and handled the front desk by herself very well when we arrived. Everyone in line got her complete attention as their turn came. We now plan on returning again next weekend which we had previously planned to spend elsewhere.
This hotel was excellent for Sedona. Extremely friendly service, excellent breakfast, a fantastic and reasonably priced happy hour, and plenty to do on the grounds. The outdoor fire pit area has smores ever evening with is a lovely touch. The rooms were clean, although maybe a bit tired. This is no different than most hotels in Sedona, however, so this property gets 5 stars from me!
Worst room in the hotel. No view, no porch, constant rumble from the utility room next door, room temp never met thermostat setting, food options were limited or pricey or both. Pool seating filled up in 45 minutes, and drink/food options there were an expensive joke. One hot tub for a large hotel, made for brief trips. At this price, we expected so much more.
The hotel is pretty, the staff & personnel were very friendly and courtous, the hotel and spa is very clean. The only thing that bothered me that it was a little bit too pricey.
We mentioned that it would be nice if there was cake on the menu and the hotel staff immediately offered to deliver TWO slices of cake to our room. They came through amazingly!!! Huge slab of delicious chocolate cake.... thank you so much Hilton!
nobody clean room for 5 days, very bad smell of gas in pool area. Shower door not closed when you take shower. So water of course on the floor.Window in bedroom not opening .No fresh air.Its pricey, will not coming back in this hotel, sorry.Did reservation long time ago and picked suite with red rock view(not cheap).Got confirmation. When we came to hotel repr.from service desk said that our suite with view not available. He didn't know why.????Really? Not good experience at all. Outside hotel view is beautiful!
The Rival is great clean up standing the rooms for upstanding they had a fireplace and a lovely view from our room and the pool and the manatees were great
Our stay here was one of the worst Hilton experiences - Front desk staff very unwelcoming - No room upgrade - despite being a Diamond Member, and actually opting in to pay for an upgrade via the standby system - The room was very small and smelly, mold in the bathroom, etc - After making reservation to get to the pool area, we arrive and the person checking guests in didn't have our names on the list (this wasn't the real problem, but his lack of professionalism and inability to resolve the situation was the real issue) - We were overcharged, and i called the hotel multiple times only to be transferred to a voice mail, now i'm calling the diamond desk to see if they can help I can go on and on, but i'm going to keep this brief since i don't want to waste more time on this very disappointing experience.
