The hotel is a little older but very well maintained. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant was good, but I wish there had been a little more variety. The staff was amazing, very nice and knowledgeable.

Restaurant staff great and all the real workers great. Reception lot were like grumpy ice queens that loved themselves. Otherwise loved our stay as all other staff make the place enjoyable. Maybe we would stay there again to see if reception has improved but our first choice would be Hilton Garden Inn down the road from these guys as their service is a 5 star.
Front desk staff were friendly. Bar staff were friendly. Food was decent (discount available for airline employees). Room was clean.
Large rooms, comfortable bed, slightly older interior, air conditioning a bit noisy. WLAN access is not optimal.

Right on Airport blvd, convient location close to everything. Lobby/ bar area clean and modern. Rooms are average. Beds super fluffy. Service is friendly and quick.

The room was spacious with a beautiful built in. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of desk space. The staff was also helpful and welcoming. However, the air conditioning in the room was louder than the airplanes landing nearby. I just turned it off, and slept fine.
I stayed at this hotel May 30 and 31st. I woke up in the morning on the 31st and found two bedbugs on top of the comforter and 1 under my shirt. I had several bites across my shoulders and chest. I immediately went down to the front desk and had my room changed. At the time the front desk did not seem concerned. I had to have my room changed a second time do to someone smoking marijuana in the room next door to me, which I also informed the front desk of. I later went down to talk to the front desk manager who informed me that they would do a test for bed bugs in the room the next day and that he would call me with the test results. If the test results were positive they would take responsibility and pay for my clothes to be cleaned. He called me promptly on June 1 and informed me the the test came back positive for bed bug activity and that I should email him my receipt for my clothing. After not hearing anything back for a few days I emailed the front desk manager again asking if he received my receipt as well as asking for a letter or a copy of the test results confirming the positive activity which I could provide to my employer to get my suitcase replaced. That is when I got an email back saying that the test results were actually negative for activity. Of course originally I was called so I had no proof that I was told the test results were positive. I again asked for the test results and they refused to provide them. I m very concerned that either there was never a test even done or I was completely lied to because they didn t want to provide documentation. But the manager told me that they would still compensate me for my clothes being cleaned. It has now been 3 weeks since the incident and I have not received reimbursement. Not only were there bedbugs in this hotel but the rooms were incredibly dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom door as well as dirt all over the bathroom floor. The entire situation was handled incredibly unprofessional and I m completely disgusted. I would steer clear from this hotel.
Standard property. No recognition/benefits for Hilton Diamonds. Staff took care of the basics and that was about it. For an overnight before a morning flight it gets the job done, but that's about it.
On my second stay here the hotel feels like it has gotten worse. The heating system was very loud and you hear the planes due to poor insulation. Won't be coming back.
Location was very good and desk staff were very friendly. I am disappointed in the "upgraded" and "bay view" room. The wifi in my room was terrible, barely loading Google results. The bay view was 70% dirty construction sites 10% hotel dumpsters and 20% bay. Additionally the AC turns off if you aren't in the room so after a long day of home shopping we returned to a hot and muggy room. I would consider staying here again but I would not pay for an upgraded room. I literally couldn't have had a less good view on any other side of the building so I have no clue what I paid more for. The biggest miss was the hotel bar - overpriced x 3. The food was gross, literally dirty dishes and a hair in our food, plus our service was hands down the worst I have had in all of the bay area. I would never eat there again.
Very nice stay. Facilities dated but nice. Staff very welcoming... except the bar/restaurant where they were somewhat "all business". 10 min ride to evening activity in downtown Burlingame.
Staying for two nights. I have no complaints about the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful and polite.

4 night still in progress. First night okay. The hotel has a very, beautiful view and is nice which could lend to an enjoyable stay BUT the staff at the front desk are not friendly or accommodating at all! The front desk personnel did their job at check in but not in a courteous manner. Today I went down at 5:20 to ask for additional soap since tour pick up at 7:30AM. Personnel said since she didn t have any but she would send some up. Never did. Bathed with shampoo. It s little things like this putting a damper on my first stay in SF. Will update as stay progresses.
We came here for a friend's wedding. Everything went well. Parking was plentiful and free for the event. It was easy to get into the hotel and the venue was clearly visible from the door. The service was great all around, from the bar to the appetizers to the main dinner. Food was ok, not the best I've ever had but definitely better than most wedding food I've had. I had the steak and it was a great piece of meat, tender and well cooked. Sauce was wonderful and mashed potatoes were ok. Location isn't bad, near the freeway but not on a main road so not too much traffic. I would recommend this to those needing a wedding venue in the future.

Lovely and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice and clean . Only small bug bears would be the draft and the general coldness I'm the hotel bar/resturant. Also the paid internet is very slow.
I called Room Service to book in-room breakfast. Before finalizing my order, the operator reminded me that I can get the same items and more at a lower price at the buffet downstairs. I felt like the staff really have my interest in mind.
Convenient location for airport, and complementary shuttle is nice, although you may have to wait up to 20 min for it. Not too much around, but there are a couple of restaurants and waterfront parks within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although slightly dated. Lobby looks really nice and modern.
Comfortable enough for what I needed, but not as accommodating as I'd hoped. No spa just a heated indoor pool, no breakfast, no microwave had to request a mini fridge and it was super mini... But they let me bring my dog, so...

Facility is old, free shuttle to airport, 25mins drive to downtown, parking charges $14 from Friday to Sunday, $20 for weekday. Reasonable room rate with good service, recommend to those to have car. It was a comfortable stay for us.
Water in room charges $2. Front desk $4. Vending machine is cheaper than front desk if you want to purchase a bottle of water.
A little old Hilton, about 10 minutes from the airport shuttle bus, check-in service is good, parking is Friday, Sunday is 14 knives, weekdays 20 knives slightly expensive, but the price is relatively cheap, it is recommended that students who drive can live here to drive to the city 25 minutes.
Comfortable and you can tell they keep high touch places clean but not sanitize the room thoroughly. Lots of dust in certian areas like chair, and tv stand. Bathroom smelled humid and strange. The extractor fan didn't work so that kind of plays hand in hand with that.
Bay view not very great unless you press your face against the glass and look right. Otherwise we had a great view of another hotel. I'd stay again if its for one night but any longer I'd pick somewhere else.
Nice hotel, close to the airport. We got in on a late flight and they had plenty of staff ready to check us in quickly which was great because we just wanted to get to sleep. The rooms were spacious and clean. I also used the gym and it was well maintained also. Lastly, I had breakfast there, the buffet was good, lots of selection and it tasted good. I would stay here again.

Let me start by saying the person who checked me in at the front desk was professional and friendly. Rooms are clean but they are getting a bit tired and could benefit from an update. Clean and well maintained but lacking the latest tech. Bed, super comfortable and room was quiet. Staff on 15th floor in executive lounge was fantastic, very friendly.
Now, the not so good. Due to a meeting in town on July 26, 2017 room rates were VERY high even for San Francisco. I paid for a room in advance through Expedia and that worked well. I booked two more rooms at the same time for colleagues from Europe but did not pay for those in advance.
My colleagues arrived at the Hilton before me and the hotel tried to raise the room rate $200 above the Expedia rate up to $799/Night! Bad enough to pay over $500 for one night as I did but not a professional move by Hilton to try this on my colleagues! Now, my colleagues are forced into a negotiation at the reception desk with the hotel manager who reluctantly gives them a rate of $579.
I ve been loyal to Hilton for a long time (Diamond) for several years and with my new schedule easily going to be Diamond again but......this gives me second thoughts, might need to look around a bit more.
I don t give a rating this low without a very good reason. As a professional who travels frequently, I m dissapointed Hilton.
Not friendly staff, room clean. We had a flight cancellation, when we asked for an extra night it was going to be 3 times more a night. Reception was not helpful.

Stayed for 5 nights. Wish I hadnt. The first night I went to brush my teeth and the sink was clogged up with food, they cleaned it out. The tub was broken with a fixture that rattled when you tried to get hot water. The TV remote was so slow it was a burden to change channels in my lifetime.
THE PARKING GATE wouldnt work and was not user friendly. I complained... they said "use the other gate" nobody bothered to check it out. The next day the gate remained open because they were getting so many complaints I heard people talking about it in the lobby. I asked for a refund on the $18/day charge for self parking. They only credited me $6/day. I was appalled. DONT STAY HERE.....

I've been to the Hilton in every country, but this is the worst, and I think the Hilton hotel itself is bad for the price.
This hilton is clean and easy to get to SFO Airport. There is a shuttle that runs about every half hour. Also if your lucky to get a window facing the runways you can see planes taking off and landing.
The staff was stellar! The only drawback were the lack of microwave in the rooms and even though refrigerators are available upon request, it was a small dorm-sized one.
Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plus the Gabe us a free upgrade to the concierge lounge room.
Good price for big and conform but the charger clock is too old style for a Hilton and then the ice room was just not working at the only night I stayed!

Our second stay in about 12 months. A nice, convenient location in proximity to San Francisco International Airport, about 10 minutes away by car. Room was on 12th floor, facing the SF Bay/airport, which was a very nice view in every direction. 5 banks of elevators made the ride up and down easy. Plenty of parking below the hotel, with in/out privileges. Tub/shower, safe, good-sized closet, 47-inch flat screen TV in room. Overall, a very nice property and was of access to airport, US-101, etc.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are a bit dated but are in good working order and appear to be upgraded with large TVs and USB-C charging outlets. This location also has a Hilton Honors level that was very quiet and made for a good nights sleep.
Incredible service, good food, great bar, super good beds the shower is amazing and beautiful view from the room.
