Lovely staff and location adjacent to Pasadena Old Town. Unfortunately hotel under renovation and curiously have removed full length mirrors from all rooms??! Just an odd framed panel where mirrors used to be. Front desk said newly rennovated rooms will have full length mirrors.
They have a Starbucks that closes during hours of operation, the valet parking is cheaper than self park. Don't bother asking staff because they won't suggest something better. Only what is convenient for them .
Service wasn't up to what I have experienced at other Hilton's
I don t come here often but usually when I do place is well kept & staff are generally friendly.
Attended a monthly event that is held in the ball room. It was nice.
Second stay at the hotel. As a business traveler, I like the ease of check-in. Room was ready as specifically requested. Seamless check out. Just heads up. Self parking garage has no elevators so you d have to walk your luggage down the stairs. Front desk advices to check-in at front entrance, drop off luggage in the room, and then park. Otherwise, valet parking is $2 more than self parking fee.
Everything is fine and available. All rooms have a view. Some even has a balcony. People are nice.

Overall a comfortable place to stay; however, I am not impressed with the hotel. Construction was going, which means they're updating the place. This is necessary, since things are outdated. Staff was helpful.
Nice hotel, but lobby is too small. I do like the food in the restaurant. There is a breakfast bar with a nice assortment of items from which to choose. The service is also quite nice. It can get a little noisy, but that's to be expected in a crowded hotel.

The rooms are old fashioned, need to upgrade. There were no fridges as well. Friendly, but doubt I'd come back.

Went for a conference. Nice conference rooms but VERY cold bring a big jacket. Reasonably priced cafe inside...$7.25 for sandwich, drink, and chips. Parking for special members the first 3 floors or so...general parking at the top.

WOW, I stay here each year in February. What a difference a year makes, new first class lobby, restaurant, bar and the rooms, all new decor and amenities. Nice work, I'll be back each year.

Located in downtown Pasadena and walking distance to most places of interest.
Everything you would expect from the Hilton. Parking in the area I insane so use the valet service at the hotel, worth every penny.
A bit cramped and outdated. (And little to no acknowledgement of Hhonors status if that matters to you).
The new remodel looks great! Bar's twice the size, and the rooms are much more spacious.
I'm staying there for a work conference. Was in a very nicely remodeled room but then yesterday I went to my room after the training to drop off my laptop bag, then left for an hour to run a few errands. Came back to find that someone had shoved my bag and few shirts randomly in drawers, put my sun screen and pretzel roll in the trash, and tossed a towel over my toiletries. It was not House keeping as they had already come earlier that day. I was very weirded out and didn't feel safe. The manager really disregarded me and my concerns. It was weird and I don't feel safe in this hotel and that mangement doesn't take safety seriously.

Very nice room. Quiet. A small refrigerator, a two cup coffee pot, a nice size TV, a very comfortable king-size bed pillows are awesome, free shuttle service anywhere within 2 miles, one regular size Bud Light beer $8, $12 for a tall boy. Even Motel 8 has complimentary breakfast. Hotel Hilton does not. $188.00 per night for two people.
It s a pretty standard Hilton. Quite and comfortable room, not particularly memorable.
A little difficult rating during a pandemic however the room looks ok. TV can definitely be upgraded. Rooms are very clean but still feels outdated.
We were at the CASRA convention we were even able to get Starbucks cards to use till a certain time.
Met associates from my company's head office overseas at the Hilton for munchies and drinks before heading to dinner. The hotel had been recently redecoated and to good effect and the staff were courteous and friendly. Munchies were just so-so. More importantly, the guests I met found it a good place to stay.
For the price should offer parking (extra 22dlls x day) and WIFI (9dlls 24hrs) of courtesy.
Our small room was clean, quiet, and Spartan. My wife fell in the bathtub. There was no rubber mat.
Visited the breakfast buffet. We were trying out Buffet-Go for the first time. Solid deal!

For this trip, I stayed here because of the location. Wifi connection was also paid for nothing. When I asked the front desk about the matter, I was asked for a free password.
As we did renovation about room, it was beautiful, but as room only for shower is standard, it is recommended to fill in bath hope when making a reservation. The parking lot is also charged for guests, so be careful if you are renting a car.
I think that next accommodation should be different place.
Wifi service is a paid service without you call the reception desk (They will give you free-wifi code. The hotel was recently renovated so the room was a nice and clean. The location of the hotel is very nice because shopping area is within walking distance. after a long conversation)
Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were awesome, and very willing to do anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again!
I attended the 14th Annual, Women for Racial Justice Breakfast. It was great!
Currently under construction, so a little unfair to grade it now. Very convenient location, walking distance to most of Pasadena. Went to a show and the Rose bowl and this was the PERFECT place to stay to avoid the two hour drive back to the city. The staff was five stars for sure though, so helpful and professional!
Hotel a little dated. Restaurant was really dated but both undergoing reno. Expensive for the condition.
Stayed three nights for a convention--staff was lovely when I checked in quite late, and we're very helpful during the weekend when we needed more towels and pillows. This is my second time staying at this Hilton, and I definitely recommend it.
The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a small gym and pool. The rooms are clean and well kept. They are very new too. The part that bothers me is that they charge you $50 a night to account for the $22 parking and any additional fees that you may incur.
They are currently under remodeling and everything looks very plain. Staff seemed friendly, but didn't really interact with them.
Horrible customer service. I attempted to speak to the floor manager for 20days in a row and yet he never responded for an issue I wanted to discuss before my leaving the county. Unfortunately I repeated my story several times over with the staff who could not help me and everytime they put me to the manager it always went to his voice mail and calls never returned. V unhappy experience. I left the country with my query unresolved.
Surprisingly there is no manager level person to talk to during the evenings/night shifts so no one else can resolve an issue in the absenceof a manager. Pathetic

Front desk was helpful and polite. Bell stand service was fast. Beds are definitely comfortable. No noise complaint. Housekeeping cleaned very well & replenished amenities. We Overall had a good stay !!!

Excellent service. I mean TOP NOTCH service from the front desk staff and management. They allowed me to check out well past the regular check out time without charging me for the night when my plans changed. The only problem was that my 2nd-floor room shared a wall the lobby, and it was a little noisy in the evenings, and since they were sold out, they couldn't move me. So I made use of the ear plugs provided in the night stand, and was fine.
Staff is very friendly and helpful building is undergoing maintenance so that's why I docked one star. When it's done it will be a first class place.
Very close to Old Pasadena with lots of restaurants, shopping, park, etc.. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and the equipment very good. I did not use the pool or the hot tub, but they looked inviting, next time I will use for sure.
Nice place to get in and out of. Construction nearby is annoying, but it s not Hilton s fault.
