I was there for training in one of their conference center rooms and was impressed with the cleanliness, layout and general facilities. Very nice conference set up. There are plenty of sitting areas around the conference rooms where you can hold impromptu small meetings or discussions

Basically...Holiday Inn quality rooms with above average price and service. Acceptable experience, quiet rooms. But, you'll pay $18 per day parking and $16.50 (without tip) for two ala carte eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast. $9.95 for extremely slow internet. I felt financially reamed throughout my stay.

I attended a seminar at the Hilton Pasadena in the International Ballroom. We parked in the parking garage behind the hotel. The ballroom was large and well lit. The only problem I had was that the air conditioning was on full-blast, and so anyone not wearing a suit was quite cold.

The staff at this Hilton property is exceptional, especially the restaurant server team. You can see how they work as a team to make an efficient and pleasant experience for Breakfast. The hotel is perfect if you are attending a Convention Center event.

Very nice service and got a good price on a weekend with a AAA discount. Worst thing was the very high room service prices but those are optional, and the Valet costed more than I expected. Best thing was the very late check-out offered, up to 2pm for free, and up to 6pm for half-a-night's rate. This is very useful for squeezing in a nap for a toddler before traveling on to the next destination ( ours will NOT sleep in the car). Really appreciated this flexibility.

Great location close to the Pasadena Convention Center, but a longer walk (10-15 minutes) to some of the restaurants/bars/shops in Old Town Pasadena. My room was freshly renovated and in great condition. There were extensive renovations nearing completion in the lobby and pool area it looks like the finished product will be excellent.

I'll preface this post with the fact that I'm a business traveller. I like Hilton properties because the staff tends to be well trained and this location follows suit. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The event staff for my meeting was on top of my requirements. This Hilton has remodeled their workout room to the Precor fitness. A big reason for my stays at Hilton family properties is the workout room. I want a facility that works and I can use when on the road!
Guest rooms are pretty standard and basic. Nothing fancy. The layout makes me think this was built as a different hotel and Hilton purchased and remodelled it at some point.

Its ok. Expensive. 2nd time in 6 months and they are still working on the AC refresh. Looks a little stale. Why have a Starbucks that's only open for a couple of hours in the morning??? Parking is expensive. For what is charged on the room, parking should be included

We've been coming to this Pasadena Hilton for the last 10 years. We always make it a point to come here after our San Francisco road trips for our kids to stretch out after a long drive. The Hilton staff are all amazing here. Recently renovated and looks beautiful. If you're from SOCAL like us and are looking for a short trip but true getaway experience than Old town Pasadena and especially the Hilton here are your perfect destination. Oh and yes Starbucks in lobby along with a gastronomically super Lobby Bar. Cheers and Salud to the Hilton Pasadena, our home away from home.

My first impression of the room was that it was clean and modern. The service was wonderful, as I was there for an event, thus having a back to back reservation. They were able to get me a room where we did not have to move for the second reservation.

Once we found out that there wasn't a fridge, but my friend needed one, I called guest services and they were able to accommodate us and bring up a mini fridge. In addition, we had 4 people in our room, but only 3 towel sets. This problem was quickly assuaged once the staff brought up extra towels for us.

I found the sliding door to the bathroom very odd. In addition, the door itself was opaque, so you could kind of see through the door. Another problem we had was that one of the beds was over what must have been a wire. Once another friend laid herself against the headboard, the light would go out.

The hotel was hosting the event that I was attending and were very accommodating to our needs. The nearest restaurants were about 3 blocks away, but they are short blocks. I would highly recommend staying here.
