Hilton Pasadena Review

Didn't engage with any staff. Parking was limited outside. Valet a bit pricey

The staff all around are very friendly, welcoming and professional. Very caring about your needs, always making sure you are well taken care of, having what you need...I highly recommend this hotel

Had a great time, I go to the bead convention, every 6 months they have the cshow there. And staff is always friendly and helpful, and they kept cool water around so one could quench there thirst in this heat ;)

Only complaint was that our sliding bathroom door had a half inch gap that let other people in the room look in.

Nice place. Loved the bed!!! So comfurtabel and Close to everything. Great service and bylingual too.

Very good location. Room service was excellent and WiFi was free. No continental breakfast but other than that, experience was exceptional.

It wasn't really nice venue for the cpf conference. I enjoy to the layout of the space and it was easy to find which room events were held in.

Staff was great. Room was average, ac unit was on the louder side than preferred.

I can not sleep because of smoking smells.
Others is good except smoking smell in spite of notice, no smoking.
Our family spent two days. I stayed in inside bed. Others stayed outside bed.
It was not good feeling.

Nice Lobby. Nothing fancy about the hotel rooms or stay, but the food provided at two different gatherings I attended was awesome. $21 a day for valet parking hurt, especially since there is $9 parking right across the street. Most check in staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk to the Pasadena Convention Center, and gave a great group discount.

Staff was super friendly and helpful the whole trip!! Beds are super comfy, like sleeping on clouds.

First time visitor. I didn't stay over night but attended a bead show. The hotel was nice and service was friendly and professional.

Old, but not historic, outdated. The hotel convention rooms were hot, ac was not working well. Food was decent. Service staff were ok, could be better.

Got a room on the 17th floor, great view, no road noise whatsoever. As mentioned earlier, room was well designed and clean. I have this weird thing about being picky about the AC/heat system, and this place had a pretty intuitive and responsive digital thermostat.

It's a good hotel, a bit dated but still good. It's close to many things in Pasadena, great location! In my opinion it's always a good idea to choose a Hilton hotel.

Great view on the fourth floor. parking is odd here, most of the garage it's reserved, Guest parking is $19 at the Hilton,,or you can park on the street for $3.

The rooms are oddly set up. The staff was nice. Not the greatest hotel for it's price

Ate at the buffet from the hotel restaurant as it was the best bang for the buck. The mushroom ravioli with the white space was hands down delicious.

I check in at hotel Hilton pasadena on 4th July 2017 ,12pm after that I go around and back at 1am, but when I go inside my room I can't find all my thing inside my room like my beauty case, my pineapples cake , i think how about that day l left my phone and camera inside the room , it's terrible

Great rooms. New renovation (in work) is great so far. Only complaints: Starbucks in lobby is not a full menu one (but that's not a big deal) and the self park is not super convenient. (Valet might be worth the up charge)

Great friendly staff. Room was clean. Little shampoo had a nice lilac lavender scent. The bed was comfy and quiet.

Checked in around 3am after a night of enjoying Pasadena and the U2 concert. Supposedly, got upgraded to a King bed and got a queen. Room took forever to cool down so tossing and turning. Finally, fell asleep around 6am to wake up to construction at 8am on a Sunday!!!
I got no sleep. Should've driven home and saved my money.

Great location for visiting Pasadena. Room had a good view and the service staff were great Was bummed that was pool was closed due to construction. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom sink water never gets hot or screen warm otherwise awesome experience

Visiting there for a conference. Parking was easy and meeting rooms were nice, well kept, and staff was attentive.

I was attending an event. Nice venue. No free parking. Parking is very expensive. There was no choice with the parking.

Overpriced and they charge $19 for parking per day.
Construction in lobby is loud and can ruin your morning sleep.
Get a room higher then 3rd floor, it was still loud in my 3rd floor room. Only saving grace was the casual restaurant, good drinks, food and service.

The slightly older Hilton Hotel, the pool is small but there are not many people in general. 1F has Starbucks for breakfast but has a great location.
Take a stroll to the old town and not far from the City Hall.

The customer service there was amazing. The food was so delicious and the drinks were perfect

Did my Notary training and exam there...looks like a decent hotel and easy parking in the adjacent structure.

Our reservations were completely messed up. We booked 8 rooms for a wedding and prepaid for them. Many of the rooms did not have correct bed set ups. We spent thousands of dollars at Hilton and attempted to fix the problem every day. Everyday there was a new issue and the MOD was never apologetic for the continued errors. We will not be staying at a Hilton again until Hilton repairs these mistakes.

I attended a conference here. The rooms were comfortable, not too hot or too cold like many conferences I've attended. There was a Starbucks inside which was very convenient. Food options were plentiful. Valet was fairly priced as well.

Very nice, helpful, & professional front desk staff. Nice shuttle drivers provide free local transportation.

Expensive expensive. The bathroom door was not it was a pointless slidding door that didn't give anyone any privacy. The restaurant is stupid experience.

The Hilton is newly remodeled and has a ton of great looking amenities as well as very tasty food and delicious coffee that ll keep you up till midnight.

Attended a great job fair hosted at the Pasadena Hilton, with plenty of adjacent free street parking. I recommend one avoid the glut of cars usually waiting for a valet parking attendant.

Good hotel close to the Pasadena Convention Centre. Rooms are simple, very clean, slightly small. They have adjoining rooms if you need them. No mini fridge or microwave in rooms. No recycling.

Excellent staff. We loved Manuel the valet and the night desk man. Housekeeping super on point.

Valet is a reasonable $21 per night. Self park is $19... so why bother?

Nice staff, balconies and lots of fresh air. But make sure you request a room with a balcony cyase some rooms don't have it.

Great location near the Institute and Old Town Pasadena. Ideal lodging choice for professional events and conferences. The room was clean and everything worked. Check in and check out was fast and painless. Highly recommended for guests staying in Pasadena.

The location is great being so close to colorado blvd. Its also very quiet and room was clean

Oh~ No, there is no free WiFi in the Room.
But anyway the room is clean and safety.

Hotel was being renovated so it was messy, but the newly redone room was very nice.
