Went for a photography event and stayed around. The staff is very nice. Facilities were also really great. No complaints here
Comfortable rooms for families with 4 elements, attentive staff. Point to improve the breakfast area very small for the size of the hotel
In the first place it is a very expensive place and the second the hotel needs interior reform
1st all full of carpet 2nd the heat does not work in the rooms 3rd the wrong solution. Opinion a lot of showcase and not recommended.
Decent value for money compared to the more budget offerings
Was only there for a conference, but the food they supplied was really good and they kept the tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits and cakes stocked all day.
This is a great hotel - it's convenient to the Edgware Road station and many buses. There is an M&S across the street. The lounge is a little tired but the staff there is fantastic and free wine doesn't hurt at all!
Booked in got a room Kings it was smelling horrible and the bed was hard, I went to reception they gave us another room queens room that smelled better but the bed was hard still, no pool was open for two day no life guard the lady told me there was only one life guard(terrible) it was a 4 star hotel was not good felt like being in a 3 star hotel not going back.
The hotel rooms are old in some way and the only advantage is its location
The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to via The Underground from major National Rail stations. Friendly staff that are willing to help, and a warm swimming pool which is always a bonus.
However as my first visit at a London Hilton I wasn't overly impressed. The room was stuffy with poor A/C and windows that would not open. The reception area is getting upgraded however maybe this money would of been better spent on the accommodation side of things. The bathroom was dirty with hairs knotted around the plug hole, and the bedroom windows (inside and out) were in major need of a clean. Balcony is provided however unable to access and littered with cigarette butts.
Great location, but had better standard rooms at more budget hotels like Travelodge.
This is a decent hotel, though it is in dire need of renovation.
I've visited a few times on business.
Parking is excellent, though extremely expensive if you don't pre-book via JustPark (google it).
All the rooms I've been in need renovation. They're showing their age and the TVs don't allow you to hook anything up via HDMI so I wasn't able to use my Nintendo Switch on the TV - very annoying.
The location is good. There's Edgware Road station right outside which has a bunch of lines available at it, plus plenty of bus stops and a Boris bike station.
Don't waste your money. Cleaner, better and cheaper place round the. Tune Hotel
Nice hotel with updated rooms. Layout if conference center is confusing and expect long delays at elevators.
An excellent place in the main business district, though the rooms are a bit small. Service is excellent and most business placed are just walking distance.
not just a hotel. I would call it a small city with all the services. it is a really large hotel and in a convenient location because it is very close to paddington station and one minute from the circle line. More
I will spend 5 days with Hilton London Metropolitan, but the first two days really made me very unhappy. First night, I was nearly frozen! During winter it is only 18 degree in the room. The other day I call the hotel to send a engineer to come and check, cannot believe I have to change the room! The Air Condition has big problem to make the room super humid! Until now I do feel very unhappy, I will see what will happen next.
Absolutely awful service at the lunch reception. I wouldn t recommend it to anyone.
We were spoken to by one of the waiters in a very disrespectful and aggressive manner. Highly unprofessional.
Not planning on going back to that street like place again!
The hotel East wing is showing it's age. The hallways are dirty carpet coming up. There cooling system in the rooms are innificient. 80 degree heat and no cooling. And the windows are locked shut. The room cleaning was iffy. I went one day no hand towels. Two days with no shampoo. They started with two coffee cups but I ended with one even asked for a second it never came. The Executive longue is subpar. Same food every day. The TV does not even get a good signal
Modern, clean hotel with a large number of conference rooms and facilities
A bit disappointing, you would expect more from a Hilton. The room was clean, but pretty small and old-fashioned. The stuff ia friendly though and the breakfast is really good.
The hotel is not worth the money queues at the check-in. Queues for breakfast. The building itself has not been repaired for a couple of decades, the wood is rotten, everything looks very worn out. Staff friendly and More
Enjoyed our adjoining rooms for my birthday with friends.
Absolutely horrific hotel, a real nightmare from hell. Firstly, upon arrival at the allocated check in time, the actual procedure took us over half an hour, which was not a great start. The executive room was extraordinarily dated, I'm sure it was luxurious and modern in the 1920's, but to today's standards it was disastrous. The fridge did not work, the lights where falling out of the ceiling, the bed was as hard as a rock, super noisy, and the heating/AC did not work. When we reported the issues to members of staff, they could not care less, nothing happened, although reported many times, always it is as it is . Eventually after a couple of nights, I could not stick it anymore, I just had to check out and find a suitable hotel. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.... absolutely absurd hotel, experience from hell!!!!
The service, bar, lobby, food and in the conference rooms were great. The rooms themselves, however, were nothing like Hilton style: damaged windows, fridge not working, TV without signal, dirty, not comfortable beds and quite small room for two people. Rooms with a queen bed were significantly better than beds with two or three single bed, so if you can choose room, ask for a room with queen/king bed.
Good conference hotel. Good crew food. Staff friendly. Good breakfast.
Room was a bit basic considering the price but hey it's London. Food was great and the bed was comfy too. The hotel is very nice looking and overall very impressed.
Uncomfortable horrible bed , tiny bathroom , part of the hotel having very depressing view rooms , boring breakfast buffet with long queue t , so busy and crowded at the check in ..not recommended at all
Enjoyed stay in the hotel with family. Kids loved it. Location is amazing, just few minutes walk from hide Park, and all the amazing place in the city. Picadilly, Westminster, Buckingham palace, wax museum, London Eye and Big Ben
Toilets not on the same floor as the hall we were in
Too too crowded we have been waited long time to have our breakfast , friendly staff, clean and nice location
Very tired and not a four star hotel as it claims more hostel
Ambience was wonderful. Staff helpful, food super. Room was dull, outdated hence only 3 stars.
Service is good, location excellent. But for the price, it is unacceptable to find busted windows, holes in the wall, peeling paint, broken chairs, with pealing cover. Horrible, like a cheap motel. This needs to be addressed...
Location of the hotel is the best . Next to underground station. Walking distance to Oxford street. Rooms are big enough for family . Breakfast is good.
Park on the road for any amount of time and you will receive a pcn. Parking warnings notices about 20ft up on the wall of hotel. Congratulations Hilton Hotel, you must be happy.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington station, Hyde park, and tones of little shops. The staff at this location were extremely helpful and pleasant in person. The hotel had a hotel and a pool which was awesome. We got an More
Lovely hotel but the bed feeling like a big card board box.
The staff at check in was nice, but the rooms are not up to par with what I'm used to from Hilton properties. The beds were not comfortable, the TV turned off often while my wife and I were watching it, the carpet was dirty, and the bathtub decor was peeling off. It felt like we were in a cheap motel room. Nothing against motels, but I expected better quality from Hilton. I don't believe the rate we paid was worth it.
Had a fantastic team Christmas dinner at Sky 23 restaurant. Atmosphere was fantastic, the food was excellent and the view over Hyde park was spectacular. Staff were absolutely attentive and I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill which topped off the night. I will be returning.... The fillet lamb is a definite winner.
This is one of the hidden gems in London.
Reasonably good hotel but getting a little tattered.
service very well, food ditto. Just not very elegant jackets
Big hotel in a central London location. When heading to the tube station make sure you get the right entrance as both of the local ones don't have access to all of the lines. OK continental breakfast in the executive lounge. Good gym & pool facilities.
Unfortunately only 1 star .... Beds were terrible (hard and box spring springs you felt through it). Room was filthy and decorated with old, musty furniture, curtains etc .. We went to look at the pool .. This was a mini pool, the air that hung there, it made me sick ... Bah! Very large hotel, really an assembly line machine ... We expected more from the Hilton ...
The worsted hotel.... ...they stole my money in the room, and they didn't do nothing at all ....bad experience ever
It is centrally inside London, it is safe, the area is well lit, clean and presentable. The staff are courteous
The thing I like it is the hotel has a great location, the service and staff are amazing
The thing I didn t like it is the room really small and the room style really old fashion, the bed is not comfortable however the pillow are comfortable
A good hotel with lots of Naijja customers. Stayed here on two occasions, I find it okay
great hotel.. staff are wonderful parking is alot but you can usually find free weekend parking on the other side of the a40.
Lovely place, rooms are nice and clean, restaurant offers a wide variety of food. Loads of shops and restaurants near by and a lively atmosphere. Well recommended
Room furniture was dirty but the beds were clean. Asked for half the pillows to be changed and they changed them all leaving is with one pathetic excuse for a pillow each. One of the double quilts only had a single duvet inside the cover. Getting the issues dealt with was slow but the guest relations and desk staff were excellent when dealing with them face to face. If you book through Hilton directly then you might get some sort of discount, but don't expect anything if you use any other booking forum.
Huge hotel, externally uninviting, a giant of reinforced concrete but with excellent service. Huge breakfast. Executive lounge that quietly replaces a dinner. Staff prepared, kind, caring. Excellent location, very central. Between metro and bus you can get anywhere!
Lovely spacious reception, nice queen room, not superior, a bit smelly, drain probs, tea and coffee minimal, small pool but adaquate.
Very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was very simple and very cold. There was no hairdryer available and the maid forgot to provide new toilet paper and tea bags. However, the coffee shop in the lobby proved to be excellent.
Attended annual convention held at the LHM. Hilton staff are always friendly and helpful - exactly what you'd expect. Cannot fault them. Bar and coffee shop are always busy but well stocked and friendly. Will be returning for the next convention!
Lovely hotel. Good facilities. And the service is amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely will be back.
I made an order and it was late due to COVID-19, asked the concierge to reject the order however he didn t and then I lost my parcel.
Dirty, dated, and tired rooms. Hard well used mattresses and dirty carpets. Poor service in the restaurant. Never will I stay here again.
