Attended a full day workshop in Piccadilly Hotels, and I must admit Piccadilly hotel offers one of the worst services. Staff is most hostile and unhelpful with an attitude that they are working in a dhaba. Senior Management is just non responsive. Attended this meeting opal room 4, ground floor. Services need to be greatly improved.
