The staff is not at all cooperative.

The staff is not at all cooperative.
Digilocker Verified IDs are denied at the counter, even at odd hours.
Even after having confirmed booking, they're happy to send you back saying that cancellation can be done by sending an email.
And when you send the email, they say it can't be cancelled now and money can't be refunded.
Worst experience ever!
