Shows as 5 star but not actually. Got a room wher...

Shows as 5 star but not actually. Got a room where too much moisture. Stinking. Room temperature system was not working working properly. Some of the staff are rude. No complimentary drinks as promised. Asked for water they send me a jug of water too dirty to even see.
Some walls required to be repaired. Some rooms look like cheap hotels of paharganj.
