Good hotel in the middle of Brisbane CBD. Expensive parking.

Stayed 9 nights, staff super attentive, I love housekeepers, some of the funniest people in the world and so willing to help you with any extra amenities. You have any question or request, just ask, all staff more than happy to help you end-to-end and not just palm you off to someone else.
They messaged me for when to best to leave a little complimentary surprise for my mum s birthday. Really went the extra mile, was the cherry on top of an already extraordinary day.

Service is always exceptional. Facilities are older than other hotels.

Attended a function here and it wasnt very good. To start there was only 1 bar outside the function suite manned by 2 staff. Safe to say they struggled to reduce the ever present line, as it was 1 drink per person and only a pot too!

The food wasnt great, had to help the service staff, wait the table, as the layout didnt allow for service to half the table due to another table backing onto ours which was chair to chair. Same they couldnt reach half the table and had to pass the food around.

Finally, on the food, its been found out a number of people were ill after eating the Duck so be careful what you eat at there 300+ functions. Oh and they didnt serve desert, 3 course advertised only turned out to be 2. Maybe they forgot to make it?

Excellent & Professional Service! The staff were excellent, friendly & professional. I enjoyed the food from The Vintage Restaurant, the team from the restaurant were friendly, efficient & provided excellent hospitality.
The room was nice, comfortable bed & nicely designed with enough space.

Only went to the bar/restaurant area. Amazing setting and atmosphere. The food was really good as well.

Full disclosure, did not stay in a room. Went for a job interview in the Berman Room. Central location, very well appointed interior and in the two hours I was there staff were very attentive.

No doubt about it. This hotel is the best one ever ever ever. Clean, Convenient transportation, Service attitude is perfect. Hilton the best choice ever.

Central. I only went to meet some guests in the lobby but the food was varied and tasty, and the attention was very attentive.

From the moment I requested to change my booking from a King bed to Twin rooms I was met with a No Can Do attitude. Phones were never answered and upon arrival and check-in I discover the bed is two singles pushed together! The elevators were not working properly and this caused a lot of delegates to be late for conference presentations and workshops. IF you wake up early on a Sunday morning don't expect to be able to pop into Hilton coffee cafe, they don't open till later. The staff were great. Management however are not customer focused, we stayed on the busiest day of the year in Brisbane and the Hotel was so short staffed - due to cost cutting - that it made the experience very distressing.
There are so many other great hotels in Brisbane, locally owned. My advise stay in one of those.

Stayed with a friend and was very happy with service

For those that love the environment in the ratings, they must not travel much. Hiltons are usually ok but not as good as Marriotts. This one is very expensive!! $58/day to park a rental car. They try to up sale you on meal/happy hour options when you check-in. Breakfast was poor and very expensive. The rooms are good enough but not worth the price. The worst part is I belong to Hilton's Honor and the wifi is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel in the last 10 years. I am changing hotels as soon as my two day conference is over for the rest of my two weeks here! Brisbane is beautiful and there are many incredible looking hotels to try.

Food good, atmosphere good, staff excellent. However wait time for service was very poor.

In the heart of the city. Very convenient location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is really good and diverse.

Went here for a function. Quite nicely done inside, however, it's a bit noisy. That's because of the open plan.

Nice and clean the room, also me and my wife liked the swimming pool.

Expensive but so worth it. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I really appreciated that there was a whole menu of vegan options and not being treated like an inconvenience as I often am when I go out to eat. My partner and I had a great anniversary dinner and we thank all the staff at the Hilton for their hospitality!

Great hotel with wonderful views. The rooms are amazing. Close to shops and good restaurants, what else do you need...? Definitely will be back.

Great service - I attended a conference hosted here and the staff were all exceptionally helpful.

Dirty and old. We were in an Executive room with Club access. The Excutive room was shabby. The white chairs in the club room needed to be cleaned or replaced. Tables were left with dirty dishes and cups in the afternoon. The lobby and restaurant were the only parts we could see that have been refurbished.

Amazing place to stay. There was a mix up with our booking as we booked through trivago, Hilton staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and made the experience a great one. What could have been a really bad weekend was turned into an amazing one. Every staff member we encountered treated us very well will definitely be staying with Hilton again and highly recommending

Great Hotel and in very handy location within the CBD of Brisbane. Food and beverage options are inline with the five star rating of this Hotel. The rooms are ample and over the past twelve months we have sampled the finest from Hilton and it's other brand variants. We are always appreciative of this great Hotel and it's appointments.

Suffering from the effects of the restrictions of vivid 19. Very little open

Went to Hilton Brisbane for a professional event on the weekend. Was smiled at by the man near the cars and luggage, found reception pleasant enough and quick with their answers, lifts arrived promptly and the venue was good. Most importantly, the temperature of the room was good. The only thing was that when I left, a lot of the toilets were not flushing so I followed the other women to another bathroom and had to wait again. It was alright though because I managed to catch sight of the amazing ceiling view on my way through! Reminded me of one of the amazing hotels in Shanghai! For this, it gets a 4th star.

customer service was terrible. you have to ring to get conplimentary water bottles and you have to ask for the indoor slippers... no bath robes... over the phone manners were pretty poor... long check in and check out times... only 2 reception staff when theres like more than 10 people in line..!?!? see the photo on how rediculous theline was.

Very central and convenient location. Nice room and good deco.

I had Christmas lunch with my family, we ordered Slow cooked beef instead it was chewy plastic like beef. We couldn t eat and left the plates untouched. Even the Apptisers were very cheap quality. Honestly I m disappointed and DO NOT recommend Hilton to anyone. Thanks

Professional staff, well maintained facilities. Worth considering for work events.

The training session required an internet connection, however the Hilton's wireless could not handle 20 people, many of us had to switch to hotspots.

Really nice rooms with a great location. Minutes from anything you would want or need in Brisbane's CBD. But what really stands out at this hotel is the top-notch service. I felt like the whole staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They shared some great tips on places to go and events happening in the city at breakfast, and left us extra water when they heard we were going to be walking a lot on a hot day. We were really sad to leave, but would definitely stay here again. Cheers!
