Attended a professional event. Meals and table service were professional. Presentation had no issues. Staff were friendly from concierge to housekeeping. All had a smile.

Terrible service in one of the ballroom functions where my daughter had her graduation dinner. There was minimal space between tables and staff presence was not scene.
Not only that the line for drinks was so long parents had to wait in line while the festivities went on inside.
Do not recommend booking a function here.

Customer Service was above and beyond. Location was amazing, rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, breakfast was also so good! Will stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a very central location and easy to get to restaurants and public transport.

Excellent on all counts. Staff, room, amenities and location. Love sitting on the reception and restaurant level within that great atrium with view to the sky (photo). Looking forward to returning soon.

Great location for a conference. Easy to find and all rooms and meals set up great. Staff friendly and attentive.

Christmas Eve dinner was perfect.
When every place on our walk said no to a table Vintaged said yes and it was amazing.

Location is good. I don t think I have much more good stuff to say about the hotel.

The lobby is close to a foodcourt that has free wifi and cheap food.

O its fabulous to stay on lounge to grab a coffee. Stay tune.

I attended for a professional seminar. The service was incredible, food was lovely and amenities were top notch! Very modern interior.

Needs desperately extra staff at arrival desk. Cars stacked up at front and parking fees are horrendous.

Loved it. Right in the heart of the city and in the middle of everything! Perfect place to launch your adventures! Highly recommended

Had drinks in the lobby bar. Drinks were nice enough but it's not really set up for groups of 10 or more.

I went for a conference on their level 5 conference floor. Well presented, clean and bright. The staff are professional and the conference floor is comfortable and well maintained.

The service was really good. The location is pretty much in the middle of city which makes it harder to find a park but very easy to get to using public transport.

Great location on draw back is the hefty overnight parking fee. 58

The hotel facilities were nice and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast.

The staff is nice and the rooms are nice, however we found glass in one of my daughters drinks at breakfast. They did their best to say sorry and even gave free lunch, however this is a pretty big deal as it could have meant hospital or even death. I assume this is an issolated incident however it was a concern.

The Brisbane Hilton has a huge 'hollow pyramidal' atrium. It is the same as featured by the Luxor in Vegas, same height but only half width. Brisvegas? Hiltons are alright, flash when they're new business like when they age. Despite only being a visitor (non resident) guest I received kind efficient service.

Always a nice place, parking next door. I visit my dad from time to time when he flys in. The staff welcome me like I'm staying there. The gentleman on the lobby always give me a warm greating. Iv stayed there twice before over the years and the service is always great, not in your face helpful but the right amount.

Too many added extras, no free parking for guests. It's $100 extra a night for insurance on top of you hotel booking. Beds feel like they have been at the Hilton since the dawn of time, they sink in the middle. I would rather support a smaller hotel next time.

Gorgeous hotel, close to the city center and central train station.

I didn't stay in Brisbane, but I did at an overseas location and the phone call I made cost the same as the room. :(

Love the ambiance. Yet to taste the food but overall nice. Price is same as IBIS Sydney but quality is incomparable.

Nice service. OK food. Long wait time for meals. Nothing special for the price.

The building is nice. The location is great. The cost of a room for what you get isn't the greatest. The cost of parking is outrageous. We ended up moving to a 2 bedroom apartment with free parking at half the cost only a couple blocks away.

Completely shocked. Was using the Marriott previously, but because they didn't have availability this trip, I reluctantly "settled" for the Hilton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Assistance with printing and scanning was second to none. The room was modern, spacious, spotless, well-equipped and had a super comfy bed. Super-fast Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant service - staff were friendly, welcoming, happy and professional. Faultless. Bye-bye Marriott.

Went there for a corporate event. Service was prompt and often, good was excellent and venue looked very fancy!
