Possibly the best Hotel experience that we have had. That is how my wife of 30+ years described our 3 night stay and we spent 6 weeks travelling through England and Europe earlier this year. The cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, reception, lobby was immaculate. The staff were immaculately groomed and they were attentive and polite. Well done Hilton Brisbane you deserve your 5 star rating. 2 very impressed Kiwi travellers.

Only went to restaurant and found it a convenient place to have a quiet meal in a pleasant space. Meal was enjoyable and reasonable value for money. Staff friendly and provided excellent service.

Hotel is very grand. Club lounge is great but can be busy. The only thing I can think of is that there is no coffee machine in the room and there is no bathtub. Otherwise the room is big and the chair is comfortable. TV is big but no Fox8 is disappointing.

Had a function here on Lvl 5. It was ok.
The doors into the room opened and closed noisily which was annoying through out the day.
The glass doors onto Lvl 5 function area remain closed off the 2nd day which inconvenienced the attendees. I know it s a small item, but the devil is in the details. Had to call and ask for them to be opened.

The room was just OK,we booked a deluxe room king bed,the mattress was too soft and not comfortable, the most terrible was the Air-conditioning,very noising like a airplane engine,we need to use a ear plug for sleeping!
The lobby was nice and bright, staffs was helpful and polite , the lounge was very crowded ,small and simple!
The only good thing is convenient to go shopping, other than that, I really don t think it s worth the money!

Very good 5 star hotel above the Wintergarden complex in central Brisbane. The rooms are well thought out, well appointed and are in very good condition. Check in, check out and concierge services were fast and friendly.

One of the better Nice 5 star Hilton hotels. It's old a building but appears to be recently renovated. I stayed in a deluxe king room with views of King George square with nice views. Room was big and rectangular. Bathroom was nice and modern but lacked a separate bath tub so be aware if you have small children, or want a tub. I prefer a stand alone shower anyway. I dislike 5 star hotels with a shower and tub all in one, not very 5 star feel. Should always be separated. hotel has a pool and tennis court and large gym. Location is excellent right in the queen street mall in the centre of the city. Walking distance to everything in the city. It's a little pricey for what you get as other hotels offer similar location and rooms for less...maybe not the tennis court. Overall very comfortable stay and one of the few luxury 5 star hotels on offer in Brisbane. The breakfast buffet was average.

Location: 5/5
Service: 5/5
Room: 4/5 (a separate bath tub would have got 5)
Food and breakfast buffet: 2/5 (needs to be more extensive, not much variety)
Facilities: 5/5

A good hotel and a good location. Very expensive for what it is and not the most modern Hilton. Could do with a remodel compared to some of the new doubletrees. Very expensive parking in Brisbane, $50 for overnight. I stay here to redeem points mostly, but at $250 - $400 (I guess depending on what is on in Brisbane) a night I think that s quite expensive really.

Rooms and beds are generally a bit small as are the TVs in the rooms with no modern options (like Netflix, Spotify etc).

Gym is small and needs modern equipment.

THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE PLANNING TO HAVE A GOO...

THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE PLANNING TO HAVE A GOOD EVENING AT THE HILTON HOTEL IN BRISBANE - As a Hilton Honours member i was greatly looking forward to my stay at the Hilton, Queen Street, Brisbane on Saturday 10th December. Additional to staying at the Hilton we had my works Xmas function booked for that evening. I was absolutely disgusted in how our party of 13 were treat by the restaurant staff! Firstly we were asked to keep the noise down as it was affecting other diners, my answer to that is dont accept a xmas party booking of 13 people if you don't want excess noise levels. Also after having 1 glass of wine and 1 JD @ coke in a 1.5 hour period (including eating dinner) one member of the group (who was a 50 year old woman) was told by a young male waiter that they couldn't have another drink as they thought the person had drunk enough alcohol and the Hilton had a liquor license to protect. Out party of 13 were shocked, disgusted and furious that this happened and we chose to leave the venue.
The party organiser (owner of our company) and the lady who had been humiliated in front of her colleagues complained to the Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager looked into the complaint and then offered complimentary breakfast as a way of an apology. The complimentary breakfast was turned down and the Manager was told that none of the 13 people would ever stay or dine at the hotel again. The whole evening was spoiled by a young waiter who felt he could tell a grown woman that she had had enough to drink. Disgusting!

Attended the ironfish expo on Saturday in a function room on level 5. The function room was great and the hotel location was great. Right near the arcade food court. The service was great but reception could have been more helpful.

Amazing amazing from the seamless check in to the wonderful breakfast. I would recomend paying the extra $99 aust dollars for the drinks canapes and breakfast for two persons. Just a wee treat on the 25th floor.
This hotel is situated in a great position for shopping sightseeing or accessing transport links.
Comfortable beds complete the package

Location, Location location! Very clean, we'll appointed, quiet lifts, decent views, friendly staff and very comfortable beds! Block out blinds are also very good. The restaurant vintage is top quality and the buffet is pretty good too. Tailored for corporates but we stayed as a family. Local restaurants are a little further but the mall is so handy especially with a baby.

Great view from our room! Reception was not very friendly - did not feel very welcome as a Honors Member. Executive lounge is a little small but has a beautiful view. All in all a good experience.

Stayed for one night there on level 22. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The buffet breakfast was awesome - they even have a hollandaise sauce tub for eggs benedict! Facilities are good: tennis, gym and pool are provided free of charge.

Rooms not to level of other Hiltons but clean and well presented. Equally executive lounge not to same standard as others. Downstairs bar is a nice place to relax and watch the elevators whisk people away.

This hotel bar is overlooked in my opinion. It offers a comfortable, spacious, elegant area for a social get together, combined with the impeccable service and hospitality you'd expect of an international hotel. We had a really enjoyable few hours nibbling sandwiches, sweets, and copious teas amd coffees, while chatting unimpeded by fellow patrons. It was a lovely, indulgent way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We'll be back!

I would NEVER stay anywhere but The Hilton Hotel. I have been coming here for MANY years with my Husband and now just me. The service is always excellent and the Staff so friendly and welcoming. I always feel safe and secure. This is my Go To haven when I am in need of a break. I am 91 and hope to have many more happy weekends here. With love from Avril Jonker.

We had dinner at vintage. There were no redeeming features. The Room ambiance was cold. Maybe 1 per cent occupancy. No music, no flowers just no warmth and this was the beginning. For 7 guests the layout precluded professional service. How crass for wait staff having to lean across patrons to serve. The tables were all uneven and no table cloths. And now we come to service. Suprisingly on such a quite night we we were left to our selves after an initial flurry. Then we come to the food. Cheff
cut back on the cumin. The presentation was dull, colourless and boring. How many times do you have to ask for a steak knife to cut the veg as well as the duck. By the way the meal was cold. This was supposed to be a celebration only saved by the company.
