Decent hotel. Convenient location. Rooms need to be refreshed.

Had our work Christmas party here - drinks and nibbles outside by the pool. Good service, tasty food, nice atmosphere, no complaints.

Hotel room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be; nitpicking but had bits of candy and bark on the floor. Concierge prior to arrival was good and made sure that amenities were in place for our arrival. Reception and check in process was smooth and friendly but the rooms were definitely very outdated. You can tell that this was definitely more for their business clientele rather than vacationers like us. All in all it was a serviceable experience but not the best way to make the most of your Hilton status. The breakfast was decent as well.

The food has declined but is still very good, the cocktails are nice. However, the wait staff has an occasional habit of not serving people who do not 'look rich' as fast as others. Still a very good experience.

Very disappointing.
Upon arrival had to pay $58 for parking which i was not made aware of on booking the room and nor was it mentioned in the booking confirmation.
They offered a $8 discount(whoopdi effen do).
Tv is pathetically small at 32in and very old with not a single foxtel channel.
No mini bar whatsoever and barely enough milk for 2 cups of tea.
Stains on the wall.
Considering its supposed to be the premier hotel in Brisbane at 5stars its a huge disappointment.
Have stayed in many lower rated hotels and motels and had better amenities and services.
Definitely wont be wasting my money on the hilton again.

Mostly good; could have used bigger soaps in the bathroom.

Had buffet breakfast here with some guests staying at the hotel, food was fresh, well stocked and quite delicious, Omelette station excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Event space was ok. Not enough toilets for the amount of people at the event and they were not kept clean during the event. Food and service was ok. However their weren't enough waitstaff for the number of people

So far so good. The martini and staff were nice although I asked for 8 olives in my martini and I only got 5. The air conditioning was on 19 and it is the most economically correct to have it on 26. Save the planet. The music is to quiet and very mundane. Would 10/10 stay here again.

I can t rate this place enough, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The Concierge Ben is the nicest, most helpful, amazing person I ve ever met in costume service. We had such a good time we stayed an extra night. The rooms were tidy and clean.
This will be where we stay whenever we are in the city.

I took my Dad here for the Sunday buffet breakfast. The restaurant was very modern yet comfortable and inviting. The food was good and the chef prepared me a delicious omelette. Great service and not overly expensive. Will definitely return again.

Super fancy, super expensive, if that's what you want then you get your moneys worth.

Standard Hilton hotel, nice and clean but disappointed as a Diamond member member not to get entry to executive lounge

This place is pretty nice for sure. The location can't be beat if you like shopping. It is right on Queen Street where there is more shopping than you can do in one day or even a week. The rooms are pretty nice and the people are very helpful.

Visited for a work function. Meeting room was great, very suitable for the purpose. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights, rooms are great, very clean and modern and staff are very helpful and pleasant. Walking out of the lift straight out onto Queen St Mall. So very close to everything.

Nice looking & very professional hotel! Convenient location. Nice restaurant with good but pricey food. Would use Hilton Brisbane again

A Hilton that is both elegant and brutal with its full building height atrium at reception. Location is great just off the mall in the centre of the action in Brisbane.

Good room for a standard, bed very comfy, would be nice to have complimentary water which most of the other Hotels did.

Was there for the buffet breakfast, they have a great range. I especially like the pre-made smoothies and make your own juice.

Not staying for night but for parking. Good place to park here and have a city tour by feet.

Went to a wedding Sat night - the food and service is definitely not 5 star - I eat better at an RSL. The poor quality food buffet ran out of ALL food and had to wait 15 mins for them to bring out more - the bread came out last after we finished our meals, my husband waited 10 mins to get a fork and then had to remind them again. The beautiful ice sculpture ordered by the bride and instructed to be plugged in upon its arrival was forgotten about so it melted away. The coffee and espresso's were served in tall mugs I could swim in - and where's the saucer and teaspoon to stir your sugar? The MC made a toast to the bride and groom but the staff forget to fill the glasses with champagne - not to mention they were still setting up the cutlery and glasses at the main table when the guests were arriving - I felt so sorry for the bridge and groom who would of spent a fortune that night and not got the 5 star experience they were so looking forward to receive. The bride and groom found their room had not been cleaned, dirty cereal bowls, mugs, jugs scattered around the room, the bathroom not cleaned with used towels still in there and I could go on about all the disappointments of the day and night however the list is too long.

Beautiful decor and bar near the front desk. Also has a nice restuarant inside the hotel. The hotel itself is in a mall and at the perfect location to do some shopping or grab brunch

The Hilton in Brisbane is definitely one of my favorites. The rooms and location is great and service is awesome. I love the internal design with the wide gap in the middle. Makes it very classy.

Very clean and close to where we needed to go for our Hens night. Cost was a bit high but it was reasonable for what we got. I do believe we could have gotten similar for cheaper.

Nice and clean but ballroom a bit dated. Door to ballroom has broken handles.

Arrived here in 2018 for business and attend the Singaporean Welcome Reception here. This place is gorgeous.Great food, easy location for both public transport and car access. Reasonable parking rate at winter garden.

The function room was suitably sized for our event. The breakfast provided was ample and of a high quality. The wifi could have been faster. The environment in the waiting areas was very elegant, with nice chairs, a nice staircase and a baby grand piano, unfortunately the piano was locked .

Check in was a very pleasant experience. Customer service was very good with staff very helpful and friendly. I did find the sheets and pillows were dirty and had problem with sleeping on my first night. However, once I had the sheets changed, it was very much better. The discount for Hilton Honours guest for their breakfast is also very good value

Hilton Brisbane is right next to probably the busiest shopping and entertaining district in downtown Brisbane. There are tons of restaurants, all the high end shops, and several shopping malls within a 3 blocks section of pedestrian only street. The river is just short walk away either to the east or to the west. It is even within walking distance to the fabulous South Bank. This hotel offers what you would expect from a high-end Hilton. The room is clean, and with all the amenities you would expect. The gym and pool are great, and the staff is really friendly. It's a good place to stay if you like to be in the middle of everything of downtown Brisbane.

I stayed here for a week with my mother. I was attending a conference in the hotel and my mother was touring each day to various parts of the city and region. This hotel served as a perfect landing place for both of us. The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The lobby on the executive floor was an ideal refuge for any weary traveler, the breakfast was perfect (loved the juicer), the evening appetizers and drinks were lovely, and the man working up there in the mornings made our stay there feel like home. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

Fantastic location in the heart of Brisbane. Excellent pool and great food in the hotel.

Building is showing it s age, but the service was good and the location was perfect.

This Hotel has the BEST foyer/atrium in the whole of Australia. The roof above is 25 levels high, reaching into the heavens. The staff here are super considerate and friendly but I find the decor in the rooms fairly average. The gym is well equipped and the hotel is right in the heart of the action

My partner and I stayed at the Hilton for the long weekend. At Concierge we were greeted by Ben Shaw and after a conversation he found out we were here for our anniversary. Ben went above and beyond to make our stay so special. Thank you Ben for making our stay so memorable. You were so great, helpful and professional. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the Hilton next time we are in Brisbane.

The three best things about the Hilton are it's comfortable beds, excellent service and location. The hotel itself is dated and in need of a makeover. The rooms are quite large but those situated on the corridors overlooking the central atrium are impacted by noise from the lounges below. We stayed there on a Friday night, and could clearly hear the breakfast music from 7am the next morning. Breakfast itself was very good with a good range of dishes from a variety of cultures.

I love the ambiance and environmental. The main floor is an incredible atrium, just look up and see the beauty. The vintage bar was delicious for dinner, and the breakfast buffet had a juicing station, delicious bacon, and tons of choice. Really nice room with an insane view of the city... Can't wait to come back.
