Staff could have been more attentive for a 5 star hotel.

Attended a Social event at Hilton Hotel. Level 5 was where it happened. The hotel was clean and the BO was good. Lots of space avaliable for events. Drinks, food and service was all good.

The only good part of this stay was the bed. Otherwise I thought the room wasn t that clean. The gym wasn t clean nor did it have much equipment. And the access cards I was given kept not working resulting in a quick gym session taking a long time as I then had to go to reception to reactivate the card. For the money I spent it really wasn t up to scratch.

Extremely pleasant.
Will be back.

Central location in the CBD. Variety of shopping and food options right outside in the Queen Street mall. Conference facilities were good, however they are undertaking some constructions at the moment, which caused some noise interruptions during the event. Food served as part of the conference was good.

Hilton has such a relaxing environment. It is a best place to chill.

Paid over 1000dollars for 3 nights, not worth it.
If you book for standard king room you ll get a room which is worse than 3star hotel room.

There s no complimentary water for standard room type. Hahahaha NEVER COMING BACK. If you dont wanna ruin your holiday, choose another hotel unless u are going to book for the suiteroom.

I thought brand name is very important in hospitality industry but I was wrong. I believed Hilton is one of the best hotel in the world so I chose to stay with Hilton but i made a horrible mistake. Everything was perfect before I arrive Hilton Brisbane. This STANDARD KING ROOM TYPE ruined my holiday.

It is a great spot for a professional event. There are plently of different sized rooms perfect for any number and the food provided is quite good.

First time visiting for a wedding. The venue was beautiful and the staff were friendly enough. Although the wait staff need to pay more attention to guests needs.

Hotel amenities were slightly above average. The hotel manager checked in with us on both days if he can do anything to improve our stay. The best thing about this hotel is its location, you just have to go downstairs and you are among shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. Very lively place to stay.

Rooms are neat and tidy. View is great. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Brekfast options are good. 24 hr room service is awesome. What else could you ask for ! The hotel is an epitome of a good business hotel.

The hotel whilst it is in a good location, is dated, the conference facilities in particular need some work if you are wanting to hold a large scale corporate event here. The food would be the highlight, with quick and efficient service.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. The bar is beautiful and my espresso martini was great

Congratulations to the Management and Staff of the Hilton Brisbane for the efficient and friendly way they are handling the Covid restrictions. I felt extremely safe and welcomed during my 5 day stay during July 2020. My room was effectively sanitised, the public areas were clean and spotless and the services delivered with politeness and enthusiasm. A credit to you all - thank you!

We had another excellent overnight stay last weekend for a business conference. The hotel lobby smells amazing. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The king bed soft, the bed linen fresh, comforting and silky, the pillows were very good however a little to high profile - perhaps you could offer a low profile as well. The bathroom was clean with lovely smelling personal toiletries. The shower pressure, well let s just say this is your biggest downside - there is none and for a five star hotel, this really needs to be addressed. Other than that, excellent location. Nice view. Snapped a great price. Have loved every stay. Images are copyright.

Good hotel with impressive lobby and nice pool and sundeck

Excellent check-in, very friendly staff. Room is a good size and clean. The toilet requires some effort to flush, minor complaint for an otherwise top quality room. Free WiFi for Hilton Honours members.

Neat and tidy conference floor. Great facilities and food.

The room was very well presented and impecably clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive, even when there were a few issues with my booking and the hotel being over booked. While it wasn't their fault, they did everything within their power to find a solution. Parts of the hotel are getting tired and perhaps not quite up to Hilton quality, but it was still above average.

The building is quite amazing with the open internal architecture and all floors have internal balconies.

Sensational venue for a conference, my thanks to the friendly and helpful staff.

This review is based on our most recent stay. Previous stays bumped the score to 4 stars. Hilton provide the opportunity to request certain things for your stay when you book online. We requested a room as far away from the lift as possible. We got the room right next to the lift. Normally they get this right so benefit of the doubt. They moved us up the hallway after a trip back to reception. Normally when we stay we request a couple of extra towels and son different pillows. These requests didn't follow us to our new room (we can't be sure they made it to the first room as we didn't enter). We got it sorted eventually.

Extremely happy with my experience at Hilton Brisbane. Luke and Ben W were very helpful. The drinks were amazing that were made by Timothy and Andrew (the new bar tender). I would definitely recommend Vintaged Bar

Was nice and clean good room and great buffet breakfast.

Outdated grey and boring, no spark and zero creativity and charm you would expect from Hilton. Disappointed.

Great views from the room. Comfy bed and great facilities... All in all great place.

Classical souless Hilton. Flatpack decor. Staff do their job but nothing to make the place special. Exec club far too small and shambolic.

We went for our wedding night, booked the deluxe king suite... you would expect an actual king bed not two beds pushed together. Middle of the bed felt like a mountain where the beds are pushed together - or two whales slept in opposites sides to cause this.
Upgraded to use the executive suite without being told and charged additional $65 for nothing.

Very disappointed with the service and out dated room.

Complete ripoff for a terrible bed!

Looking for an easy to find place that is comfortable and quiet to meet someone? I like this place. It's in the lobby of the Hilton and has the lovely atrium/filtered sunlight going on in the afternoon. Drinks and snacks are $$$ but its unassuming comfort and luxury make this a good place for a meet up and unwind. They have a list of dessert cocktails too. Delicious!

My friend and I have just spent an evening at the Hilton 12/11/15. From arriving by taxi until we left by taxi next day our visit was very enjoyable. The staff were all most polite and helpful from the young man who checked us in to the gentleman in the executive lounge who checked us out and rang down to have a taxi waiting.
On the evening of 12/11 the staff in the executive lounge looked after us in an exemplary manner. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys good service, excellent rooms and a central location.

Expensive but location was excellent and you get everything in the room that is expected of the price.

The room was a bit underdeveloped than the rest of the Hilton, but the cleanliness was clean ... But the Hilton Manner was totally kind ... The 25th floor was better on the opposite side than the lounge. Location is in the heart of Brisbane's downtown.

Nicely sized room with great sound quality for those speaking on stage.

The food here is always the best.The service was quick , the portions and presentation was well laid out.the staff is friendly as well.Its awesome place.

Review 2019

Our karate season of the year 2109 started on the 23 February with the Sunshine Coast Karate Challenge . The IKD mob had a great time and it hailed lots of medals:
4 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals.

We had a great day at the AFMA Competition in Brisbane on the 3rd of March, with outstanding results from the IKD-Australia team:
5 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medal.

The QKA State Titles were on the 16th-17th March 2019 and Dustin, Delara, Diba and Jethro represented IKD Australia in Brisbane. They had a great karate experience and came home with a lot of medals:
2 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals.
And I must also mention a well done to David and Daria for refereeing all day strongly and fairly and for sitting and passing their referee exams!

Our 5 IKD-Karate-Australia Queensland State Team members Daria, Dustin, Delara, Jethro and Diba represented Queensland at the 2019 Australian National Championships in Launceston/Tasmania in August.

The Nationals were truly a success for our 5 IKD-Karate-Australia members, who brought home 1 gold and 4 bronzes medals.
And David did an upgrading on his national judge accreditation.

Then they were the Sunshine Coast School Championships in October 2019.
We had our young karate warriors Zac and Dana competing for their first time ever! (3rd place in Kata and Kumite and Dana 2nd in Kata and 3rd in kumite). They were so cute but also strong and did a fantastic job: Dana won silver in Kata and bronze in kumite and Zac bronze in Kata and bronze in kumite.

The 1st IKD-Australia Internnational Gasshuku (Seminar) was held at the end of October 2019. It was our first Seminar with Shuseki Shihan Woon-A-Tai and it was superb!
Shihan Woon-A-Tai conducted a truly great seminar from which everyone was able to further their skills in a way that hasn t previously been taught by other instructors. We received heaps of positive feedback on the new skills that were being taught and look forward to another seminar with Shuseki Shihan Woon-A-Tai hopefully in the next year!

Our MP Tony Perrett and our mayor Mick Curran were present at the opening ceremony of our seminar. We are impressed with their unwavering support towards our or Organisation and their impressive speeches!

We were also lucky enough to have a Kyu and Dan grading with Shihan Woon-A-Tai.
It was a great honour and so good to see that everyone did so well and passed their grading!

Our last tournament for the year was the Queensland School Championships in November in Cleveland. Again, we brought home many medals with cute Dana again winning a silver medal and a bronze medal. All together we got 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 2 bronze medals. It was a very pleasant tournament and what a great finish for the year it was!

Our break up party for 2019 was held in November at the South Side School swimming pool. Our karate family had a great get together and enjoyed the sunny day immensely.

I turn up to breakfast and get asked if I want to pay to 'upgrade' to hot breakfast. hmmm thought breakfast was included but ok...

I sit down and get asked if I would like coffee. Yes sure please... I get the bill for $5 coffee.... hmm ok.

Hotel lobby is very nice, so is the view from the pool deck. Good gym considering it's a hotel gym. Clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, great location and staff is friendly and helpful.

A great conference venue with good facilities. Parking nearby is very expensive though. Valet even more.

The location (elevator opens onto Queen Street mall) is the best thing about this hotel. Everything else is meh, meh, meh. Definitely NOT the luxury hotel you expect it to be. A Mantra would be fancier than this Hilton.

Despite some room mishaps, the employees and manager on duty went above and beyond to make my stay great. As a Hilton Diamond member, they had a very nice Executive Lounge and breakfast. I'll definitely be coming back!

This Harry Seidler designed building offers an architectural and luxurious oasis in the middle of Brisbane. I recommend a visit if only to see the magnificent design or to have a quick drink. Of course if you re looking for somewhere to stay as well; the Hilton won t let you down.

Really nice hotel.

Staff were pleasent and attentive. Room rates were good and the hotel is positioned in a great place for shops and restaurants.

Has a nice restaurant for breakfast( we didn't eat dinner here but would happily do so) and a great bar for drinks in the lobby.

Will defiantly stop again

I was there for breakfast today. Relying on previous memories however I left very disappointed.
Coffee warm flat white and expensive at $5 on top of the buffet $38
Poor fruit selection & really it s peak fruit season not a mango, lychee, cherry to be seen
No juice in carafs
Pancakes not fluffy and quite horrible
Fruit to juice was missing apple and oranges and herbs such as mint
I hate to provide negative feedback like this but it was really very disappointing

I like the Hilton it's managed to stay current and it has a wonderful design. Unfortunately the parking/check in desk on two different levels annoys me a little. When I've travelled I don't want extra needless interaction.
