I recently moved my rental property management to Vision Property Sales after a local rental management agency failed to do the job they have been paid to do for 5 years. How do you miss the fact a dog has been living on the premise for 2 years , the fact they tenant had over 60 holes in the walls , the fact carpet was so badly destroyed by dog urine there was no option but to replace it . Thousands of dollars in damages and lost rental and virtually none of it reported or reported so vaguely we had no idea of the extent of the damage. When you live over 2000 kilometres away you have to rely on professionalism in the agents you engage. In the short period of time I have known Tammy, Brad and their staff I couldn t have asked for a more professional, respectful and helpful group of people going well and above the call of duty to get us back to where we should have always been. Thanks guys for your efforts very much appreciated.

We have rented a house from a friend through Vision. The people are extremely rude.
When you want to rent one of their houses they will ask you EVERYTHING. What creditcards do you have? What is the credit on them? How much do you spend on clothes, medical, drinks, food, restaurants etc.etc. and many more questions that are incompetent and on the border of "police state" approach. You are treated like a criminal from the first moment you come in. If you have a choice; Do not rent through them.

Highly recommend vision realestate. The team have been nothing but responsive and supportive to me and my family during our time of renting. We dealt with Tammy and her interpersonal skills and commitment in servicing us tenants along with managing landlords expectations was nothing short of incredible.

I have rented through numerous real estates and none stand out more to me then vision.

Having a young family meant extra work in getting the house ready for handover to next tenant, in this process Tammy was able to provide timely quotes that were well priced and worked with us in being able to rectify outgoing report.
Tammy has attention to detail along with an understanding of what is general wear and tear as opposed to tenant damage.

Tammy was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and has a very caring, positive and genuine attitude. We have no hesitation in recommending Tammy to any prospective tenant or landlord.

Brad was fantastic to deal with! The whole process; from conversations prior to listing our property, through to then navigating us from the point of offer to securing the sale, he and Soph were both amazing! They provided honest advice based on the current market, and they were both constantly updating us leading up to exchange. Genuine people, so great to deal with, really can t recommend Brad and Sophie enough!

Run!... Run as fast as you can!. Tammy managed one of our rental properties for 12 months, and we use the word managed kindly. It was only after we told Tammy that we were moving to another real estate the defect list came out. We had to replace the fan switches in all bedrooms, the fan in the main living room wasn't working, a hole in the bedroom ceiling, drawings on the walls and marking on the flooring. Now we understand normal wear and tear but all this didn't happen overnight.
So we give Tammy and her team 10/10 for talking the talk and telling you want you want to hear, and 1/10 for actually managing and doing their job.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

As a tenant I found Tammy Locke and her team at Vision excellent to work with. Never once did I feel inconvenienced or intruded upon and her communication was always timely and informative. I highly recommend Tammy, either as a tenant or as a landlord. Thanks Tammy.

Sea Change
Brad and Sophie at vines took us through our new home in safety beach approximately 3 times...they were very helpful with anything we wanted to know about the property and about the builder. We even took our kids back after we committed to the buy and they were more than happy to let us. When our bank delayed they were patient and understanding with the painful process. We love our sea change and wished we did it years ago! Please don't hesitate to contact Brad or Sophie....they answered our calls and were helpful in all areas...thanks again guys.

$1400 PER WEEK for a two bedroom house in Woolgoolga? Pretty obvious that you are attempting to take advantage of backpackers and fruit pickers, absolutely insane.
