Attended Hilton and furnishing and presentation was immaculate

Good place at the center of the CBS. Good restaurants and shopping around.

Food was ok nothing extra ordinary, the ambience was nothing like 5 star. Tables were very small to be comfortable. A little disappointed

Great location with walk in straight to Queen Rd and the CBD.

LOOKING FOR PARKING, definitely use the Wintergarden public parking booked ahead using online services such as SECURE PARKING. The elevator from this multistorey parking opens straight to Hilton foyer on level 6. Very convenient.

Basically you shouldn't expect much of a view from Brisbane CBD in general but if you're looking for one we upgraded our room to level 20 which is the Delux rooms floor and this close to the best view you'll get.

The rooms were 4 out of 5 good and the service and the pillow menu was a Hilton grade as expected.

The buffet breakfast was good but short on staff on peak hours.

In general the location and the close proximity to a multistorey parking if you are on a hire car were the hits as it saves us $50+ per night on Hilton valet parking which is a price of a room on its own.

Great food, easy location for both public transport and car access. Reasonable parking rate at winter garden.

It was a good place for the corporate event. The lunch in the restaurant was very nice

Nice place, really cool architecture. Was only here for the one night so didn't get a chance to check out all it had to offer. Would come again.

Started here for work. Everything is of a high standard and the inside of the building is quite stunning. Service was excellent and it is right in the heart of Brisbane.

Elegant indoor design. Great location, 5min walk from the Central Station and full of dining and eateries options.

Hilton Brisbane has the best location on Queen's Mall.

Thoroughly enjoyed their beef pie, which had a lovely savoury flavour with covered with crisp pastry with a side of mashed peas. I followed this up with a Pavlova with fruit, which was equally delicious on the sweet scale. Both the meal and dessert was apart of their festive flavour lunch & desert options running from November through to December.

Highest quality of service...staff always willing to help and with a smile. Meals were delicious

Attended Griffith University Business School Gala Dinner on Level 5. Event ran very smoothly and service was excellent.

I stayed at the a Hilton in Brisbane for 3 nights. The experience was very professional. However, certain parts of the hotel is outdated. Certain convenience facilities in the room would have been appreciated, like a Bluetooth radio and more accessible power outlets.

This is the grand dame of hotels in Brisbane. Best possible location. Classic, well designed rooms. Everything at your finger tips. Staff are welcoming, friendly and courteous. Will come back here for sure.

Food in the restaurant down stairs was quite average.

Poor service by wait/bar staff. Had to order a drink multiple times and I still didn't get it.

loved it Great hotel Great Staff. Was a regular at the executive Lounge on 25th Floor they are super lovely always looked after me really well.

Don t stay here. Go to new Westin. Stayed last two nights - food awful, hotel very tired, service in bar extremely rude - I asked to order food from room service to the bar at 11pm as bar food had closed and initially bar staff refused until I finally called service express via the main 1800 number, Uber eats got there ten minutes before the room service. Management ... sack your bar staff and get a service mentality ... you now have real competition and that sort of attitude belongs in a two star hotel at best. I stay at five star hotels two days a week and you are delivering a two star product. If you want to follow up the bar staff were on the night of 28 August - two males, one was rather large, the other rather small.

Quiet place but rather expensive, A$29 for a continental breakfast.

Was a very nice experience with friendly staff and well worth the price for meals which where of an exceptional standard. Great selection of wines to complement as well

This place is very comfortable and the environment is very elegant. It is very close to the city. It is also very close to the Lai market.

So, the first thing that you notice when you visit this hotel is the amazing smell that they have when you walk though the concierge area.
Rooms where immaculate and the staff very friendly and the best thing about this hotel was the location, right in the center of town.

The front desk staff were great and accommodated our late arrival without any hassle.

I stayed over the new years period and I was told I could have a late check out at 2pm. I agreed to pay $50 fee on the basic I left by 4pm and was charged $100

I am furious and will never stay there again. If feels like once you pass over your credit card details you have no control over what they may do. And you can not take what the staff say as factual. It's shame as the rooms were to a high spec.

Great service. Counter staff were excellent, room service was great. I was there as part of a conference, but part of the problem was that other hotel staff were assembling other displays in the hallways area near our conference room... That made the event look messy and you could hear noise from the construction process during our conference. I understand that we are only renting the one conference area, but still, the place was a mess. Breakfast selection could have been better for the price though.

A great hotel, as expected. Excellent city views from our room and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was most enjoyable and not too busy which was nice. Really enjoyed being right in the heart of the cbd. Definitely worth staying here.

Fantastic service, value and comfort every time I stay. I find it difficult to want to try anywhere else. Worth becoming a Hilton Member for the discounts.

Ageing rooms and I struggled to fit in the shower height-wise but still quite a nice hotel. The standard is as expected for Hilton hotels. The evening staff in the lounge and concierge were especially nice and that's what really made the stay great.

Staycation package was perfect.
Staff service excellent and very attentive. Throughly enjoyed the Vintaged Restaurant.

Love the Hilton "secret scent" when you first walk in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Concierge and valet go above and beyond. Thank you to them! Room was kept tidy and stocked. Very comfortable. The most important person I want to acknowledge is Mark from the executive lounge. He is worth his weight in gold. Hilton is very lucky to have such an attentive hard worker.
