From the moment I requested to change my booking from a King bed to Twin rooms I was met with a No Can Do attitude. Phones were never answered and upon arrival and check-in I discover the bed is two singles pushed together! The elevators were not working properly and this caused a lot of delegates to be late for conference presentations and workshops. IF you wake up early on a Sunday morning don't expect to be able to pop into Hilton coffee cafe, they don't open till later. The staff were great. Management however are not customer focused, we stayed on the busiest day of the year in Brisbane and the Hotel was so short staffed - due to cost cutting - that it made the experience very distressing.
There are so many other great hotels in Brisbane, locally owned. My advise stay in one of those.
