I liked the reception area and ambience of bar. Although the room is underwhelming and breakfast is not impressing. I like the toiletries provided. Overall just ok

Conference facilities were good but food service poor.

Very nice modern style hotel! Very friendly staff. Their breakfast buffet is nice and diverse, a bit over priced for what it is but within the same average prices of hotel breakfast service.

A very nice hotel in central location, good & helpful service staff but the overall rating was marred by a specific front desk staff named Shashi. We generally stay at the Hilton chain when travelling & hope that Shashi was an isolated incidence.
In our stay in Sep/18, upon our arrival, she was trying to aggressively convince us that to upgrade for lounge access, we'd need to pay $95 (in the email from Hilton, it's $65). She then gradually lowered the price & stopped at $70/day. We mentioned that on Hilton website, it's $65 & that's what we paid in our previous stay. That was not enough to convince the lady to lower her tone. As said, this was an isolated incidence with Hilton in our travel. A real surprise - the haggle process at a 5-star hotel & being aggressive to customer.
Other than that it's a great hotel which met all our needs (central location, nice restaurant, good swimming pool, well maintained & equipped gym, helpful service staff). We'd return but check in with a different reception staff

Great location in CBD. The price and service is totally matched. The breakfast is with various dishes and good tastes. Although there are numerous of new hotels near, it is worthy to spend your nights there.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was nicely designed with a little separate office space by using the desk as a separator. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff from the concierge, front reception, housekeeping, etc. were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great too. A lot of times at other hotels you get food that you can tell that isn't the highest quality but the food here was top notch and had a mix of both western and eastern dishes. Only minor point is that the coffee served wasn't the best but it was fine.

Best Hilton in Australia in my opinion. The staff are fantastic and helpful. Location is great and Cental. Facilities are very comfortable.

I am still stay here but this would be the last time stay in Hilton Brisbane.
In room dining was terrible. I know usually overnight menu cooked by night auditor but breads are burned and fries are overcooked, too hard and too salty. He did not bring me a aioli mayo which is on the menu. disappointed, and check in wait too much. treat every guest special is good thing but when waiting people is more than 5, please show some flexibilities, treat one guest special and made other 5 mad is not smart. never seen front office staff who takes more than 15 mins for one guest check in.

There for a free seminar, from what I saw its clean and professional conference rooms. Catering food was good. Assisting staff was helpful.

Fantastic staff. Great hotel option in the middle of the city and Queen Street Mall. Walking distance to Central Station. Pool. Gym. The rooms are comfortable, air con works well. Staff are excellent, and genuine, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. The only criticism would be some room showers could do with more water pressure. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bad experience unless you're wealthy. I had a work Xmas party and saved to be able to stay here. They say security deposit is $100, yet they freeze room cost + $100 upon check in. They 'release' the hold when you check out and charge you again for the cost of the room. So essentially you need to budget for double the cost of your stay + $100. I also upgraded to the deluxe room but found it very small and underwhelming. I have stayed at nicer hotels for a third of the price. 2 stars from me, the lobby and overall design of the building is spectacular but an immediate let down when you open the door to your room.

Dinner at restaurant, fantastic atmosphere and food

The location is excellent, downstairs to the pedestrian street, not far from the train station. But the hotel's breakfast was really too embarrassing for the wife, especially for the Chinese stomach.

Stayed here for a couple of days to celebrate an anniversary and the staff were amazing, even had bottle of bubbly sent to our room as we had arrived as a way to congratulate us! The breakfast buffet was also delicious and the hotel is close to everything shopping-wise too. Been here as a child in the early 1990s and that lobby seems to have not changed haha! Love those glass elevators, always trip me out

Somethings you can depend on .... like superclean rooms, friendly staff and a cool aesthetic at the Hilton.

The restaurant on the first floor is the best. This was the best taste of my trip to Australia. I ate steak, but the sauce was excellent. However, the facilities in the guest rooms may be a little cheap.

Really nice hotel. Great location. Room was modern and clean. Room service food was excellent. Particlarly impressed with Ricky at front desk who checked us in and out. Was very helpful in making sure we got rooms on same level, as well as giving my young son a small souvenir (we were staying to celebrate his good report card at school).

Must see, must stay and must eat Hilton Hotel destination in the heart of Brisbane. Beautiful rooms, beautiful views across the city and excellent food and beveridge selections with so many choices. Separate vegan menu with multiple entrees, mains and desserts. Conference, Wedding and Event spaces with brand new refurbishment. Stunning 83m high atrium with lifts transporting you to your room while you look out over the Vintaged Bar, Guest Lounges and Reception in the heart of this iconic architect designed hotel.

Great location, right on queens street mall and South bank and the botanic gardens and many other attractions Accessible by foot . Amazing hotel brimming with activity and great food. The staff where very helpful and the rooms spacious and clean..Just loved the bed and there is limited wait for elevators. A hotel with everything you could ever want.

Attended a work conference here. The venue itself was great, very lovely. The catering was delicious and plentiful.

Great place to stay,very friendly staff and big buffet served in the morning. It has a clean swimming pool and jacuzzi to try to chill out and relax. I highly recommended this place to you if your in Brisbane CBD area.Outside has a lot of shop to choose with great price deal.Different food in different culture cuisine to try too.

Great service and wonderful positioning between Queen and Elizabeth streets. Right in the middle of the city and its vibrant night life. A great place to stay for a short getaway

We didn t stay here but went to the restaurant and had some superb vegan food! Some of the best food I ever had.

Very, very nice hotel-quiet spacious rooms, polite and helpful staff. Almost makes you forget the 2mbps down/2mbps up free wifi with over 0.5s latency - it's pretty terrible. Other than that it's a dream, and very impressive interior with glass elevators.

Great atmosphere and drinks or coffee and tea all night downstairs at the foyer bar.

I just love sitting and having a cocktail & a snack when I am in Brisbane at the Foyer of the Hilton. The bar staff are so lovely and so helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful especially on these hot days sitting in the air conditioning is Wonderful.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Queen Street Mall. Easy access via a lift from the Hilton right into the Mall. Close to David Jones, Zara, H & M and many more fantastic shops.
The hotel always has great service. Our last room had a wonderful view of the river.
Good restaurant. Lovely breakfast there too.

A nice hotel. Modern rooms that while not huge offer enough space to be comfortable. As with pretty much all Hilton hotels the breakfast is pretty amazing! Good location for close access to the hot spots in Brisbane.

Attended the hilton for a large function. The function room was lovely, and the food and drinks service was excellent. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Would definitely be keen to come back again.

Had a wonderful experience. Was my grandfathers first time staying in brisbane and the hilton staff made our stay exceptional.

The service, the lovely spanish lady at reception and gentleman spent time explaining everything to him till he understood. The staff were always willing to help and very polite.

The buffet breakfast was wonderful catered to all different diets. Valet parking was wonderful (cost $58 pay when you checkout) and the lovely gentleman open doors and assisted getting my 90yearold grandfather out and unloaded, carried and reloaded luggage.

The room was superb well ventilated, well lit and throughly cleaned (see photos, this was a double bedroom 2 separate beds). The room cost was $234 on a Saturday night. To top off the weekend they sent up wine for his birthday.

Staff are so nice and willing to help. Very professional and I recommend to all.

When I stayed at Brisbane Hilton the accommodations were endless. The rooftop poolside was a great place to lie on the chaise longue and wind down. The buffet was better than Las Vegas, Nevada casinos and that speaks volumes. The room and service was A1. And Aussies are the friendliest coolest people. Jon CEO atomic-wedgie.com

Great position in the City. 4 stars for being handy, 3 stars for being quite tired and dated.

Had a function there ..Loved the venue, the food and service and the atmosphere..was quiet crowded at the time..must be a popular place by everybody..

Nice hotel. Location was great for us.

All the staff were attentive an pleasant. Room was good but the shower could have been better. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the bar, again staff were great. Breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Lots of good food and shed to make fresh omelettes.

Will defiantly be stopping there again.

I stay here every time I am in Brisbane. I love the rooms, the staff but most or all I love the internal elevators and the crazy view they give.

Good place to live as it is on Most happening place of Brisbane. Surrounded by shops malls and cafe.

The best hotel for shopping while walking around Queen Street Mall in the heart of the city. However, the lounge is a bit poor.

Was a great place to stay, nice clean big rooms, a great location for shopping and nice pool and outdoor spa. The staff have been great and accommodating and the restuarant that is in the lobby has great steaks!

Nice hotel but ridiculously small television in rooms.

Good food and bar but room was ok as there was no balcony and good view.

The view from my room was priceless. The access to downtown is second to none, just go out the back. The Executive Lounge is awesome. Great staff.

The hotel staff was very professional and attentive. The lobby area and lounge was also very impressive. However, the room itself was very dated and uninspiring. The lighting was dim, the carpet was fading and the TV was very old. The bathroom interior was clean but very old fashioned. I was expecting a lot more for the price paid and the Hilton brand.
