Great hotel. The only issue is a split elevator system.

Centrally located in the CBD this is an ideal place to stay during business trips. Very near the best shopping and entertainment that the city has to offer.

My home away from home (60+ nights this year). Excellent service, great location, good private gym facilities.

Nice hilton but truly terrible front of house staff

Large presentation room, clear crisp sound and image from AV system, exceptional catering was provided.

Room was unbelievably dirty, Checked in and placed my bag in the room to rush to a dinner party, arrived back early hours of the morning and slept but when I woke noticed the stains right next to my head and the conditions of the room, mentioned it on check out and the staff member asked if I had said anything the day I checked in, the question should be why does the hilton not clean properly, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.

Great for a stay was nice and cool. Great staff spent the week there with my girlfriend as her birthday present would stay again

Incredible experience at Hilton in Brisbane. From impeccable service to scrumptious breakfast with large but a bit dated rooms - everything is near perfect. Had a small issue with laundry and staff left a beautiful note with a complimentary bottle of wine and dessert.

Event was in the fifth floor conference rooms with a small expo outside. The wait staff were efficient, friendly and polite. Quite discreet actually. Food was good, eggs were a bit watery but that was the only negative. And hey, it's hard doing scrambled eggs in bulk! AV for the room could use some work. The audio was a bit hard to hear up the back where I was and the screen was difficult to see through all the heads. A delay screen and speakers could solve that problem.

Nice hotel. Paid for breakfast and didnt have it as was going to be charged twice.

Went to the AWA gala night here. The venue was very nice, great facilities and terrific acoustics.

Nice hotel if a little old fashioned. Things like a fee for room internet are always going to be a bit unexpected.

The manager at the check in counter was very rude and not polite when asked about available rooms. I was stressed the whole night and will never stay there ever again

Always a fantastic location for corporate events. The Redkite Corporate Quiz takes place here every year and it is fantastic. Great reception area, bar, restroom facilities and dining area.

Just another multi storey american style impersonal hotel with no character and lots of staff

The lobby looks good and modern. We had a spa room on the top floor with great ocean view. It was excellent.
We also had breakfast there but it was pretty average with the price we paid. Not a wide range of variety and the bacon was dry.

Hotel, rooms and restaurant are all very good if you don't compare to the 6 star hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Not anymore modern but comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. If you are lounge member, the food choice is very limited. On the other side breakfast is not big but there are different tasty choices of prepared food .g. poached eggs or also healthy options. Still my favorite hotel in the brisbane CBD.

The location is awesome, the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is a bit disappointing and the whole hotel lacks a warm ambiance.

Amazing room neat tidy and great touches. The bed was clean and beautiful. Views were amazing. could have used a robes.

Stayed at Hilton Brisbane for two nights and absolutely loved it. Great location if you want to explore the city on foot. Comfortable and spacious room. Loved the bed as it was very cosy!
Great customer service and the concierage at the front desk was extremely helpful as nothing was too hard for them. would have given 5 stars if they had not misplaced our bags as we were leaving which added slightly to the stress as we were rushing to the airport. Will stay again.

Restaurant is always amazing, service is attentive and knowledgeable, food is delicious and portion sizes are decent.

Normal business hotel nothing special, location is good. Not recommend if you have vehicle valet only and the fee is $58 everyday

Great size room, and good service. Perfect location, came out the lift straight into Queen Street Mall.

As all ways 6 star service BUT less talking and more service would be great (taking about the lobby lounge).

Spacious venue. Good catering. Conference room chairs aren't the most comfortable.

What can you say it's the "Hilton" right in the middle of Brisbane City with easy access to public transport and all the ahopa of the Queen St Mall. To top it off you can hire a town car at an affordable price to transfer you to the airport or a destination in the greater Brisbane area.

I didn't book a room, but went for dinner at the Vintage restaurant on the 6th floor. The building looks nice and clean, overall experience was great.

Always a great experience staying at the Hilton Brisbane. The check in staff are always fast and efficient - many great staff for example Harry is very personable and helpful. In the executive lounge Mark is outstanding ! Thank you for another great stay.
Some hints to help - always watch online for the prices before you book as they change regularly
High floors are great as they are closer to the club
Use the club outside normal hours as it is small and it gets busy !
On the ground floor the guys are very helpful if you have any questions - ask Steve if you are looking for the perfect running location

As a conference centre the Hilton is comfortable and well catered. The AV is spot on.

Best hotel ever for everything. Rooms are big and with a breathtaking view, breakfast amazing, the guys at the desk really nice and the chief concierge is the best, willing to help you all the time!! Stay there when in Brisbane!

Just ok. The rooms are adequate but tired. The room service was good but the breakfast buffet wasn t nice at all. The staff are a bit hit and miss too. I ve stayed here on 3 occasions for work in the past three years and it s always an ordinary experience.

The lobby bar is a very comfortable place to meet and work.

Hotel location for our short time in brisbane was perfect and the shopping was much better than expected. We wanted to eat in the Vintage Grill it looks great but we mistook the times open.

My Office for 10 years, and a favourite place for meeting lovers.
Staff training and management not always of the excellent standard of 2 years ago, but still my favourite.

Great views all-around. I couldn't be happier with my stay and staff. This was a mixed work and anniversary trip. This hotel went above and beyond by just simply letting them know we have a special occasion. By providing and desert in the room.

Lack of bedside power sockets in the mid of 21st century is somewhat disappointing

I often come here and dine in the bar area. Today I ordered the warmed olives as per menu. They were served Stone cold. I returned to the bar ask them to be warmed up as per menu specifications.
Had to ask for ice in my glass for sparkling water which I normally receive and ask for lemon. No plates for things. So basically they are inconsistent with service quality. Today I m giving them a 1 star
as I was not impressed with service or the staff thinking an order through and the kitchen taking short cuts. I d like to say that s its a great to have wine and watch the world go by and take a break from shopping in this location but today needs a rev up on the normally high standards. Lastly asked for the bill and they forgot it what a great way to end an afternoon of poor service by 3 staff. Come on Hilton you can do better.

Best hotel in Brisbane for sure. Had a great experience booking into the hotel. The main atrium is very welcoming with the glass elevators being very picturesque. The staff are very friendly making the booking process very easy. The rooms are very comfortable with nice views of Brisbane. The pool is also very nice with a serene atmosphere and a gym and function room. It is the hotel of choice for most celebrites and has a great Lobby resturaunt providing some very nice breakfasts and dinners. I'll definitely be coming back in the not too distant future

Visited for a professional event. The venue is fantastic - great spaces and very well looked after. The food for the event was okay, nothing great. The coffee was terrible though...

Great hotel with an amaising breakfast and very modern rooms. Positioned in the centre of Brisbane everything is within walking distance.

Bad management. I booked for twin bed but the manager told me they dont have more room for twin bed.

Has an interesting lunch menu, wine list and excellent service from the staff. A relaxing place to go on a Saturday after shopping spree.
