A hotel with exceptional service, according to its class ... Almost perfect, only one drawback ... Maybe sometimes under the bed room can be cleaned, so that the dust under the bottom of the bed does not accumulate ... because yesterday when I was looking for items that fell down, I saw that the bed underneath was full of dust ... Just like that, the rest was very good for service, facilities, etc.

Very nice luxury hotel in Bandung, part of the Hilton group of hotels. Room interior design is on point and amenities are delightful. Breakfast buffet is exceptional, serving local, Indonesian, Asian, and Western fare.

A hotel with a truly comfortable concept and atmosphere. With a nice view that directly faces the beautiful city of Bandung. The price offered is in accordance with what is obtained. The food is good too.

Merupakan salah satu Hotel berbintang 5 (lima) di kota bandung. Letaknya sangat strategis, berdekatan dengan Stasiun Kereta Api Bandung, Bandara Husein Sastranegara, dan Pintu Tol Pasteur. Disamping hotel terdapat pusat perbelanjaan yang cukup lengkap yaitu Paskal 23 Mall.

Kondisi hotel tentu dapat dipastikan kualitas Bintang 5. Luas kamar cukup besar terdapat sofa dan meja kerja.

Staf dan kualitas pelayanannya bagus..pilihan menu saat sarapan sangat banyak. Bisa dijadikan pilihan hotel untuk liburan keluarga.

They really helpful and considered to make a better experience for people who having some consent about the hygiene during the pandemic. Also among other the app really great, it also helped us for rebooking, answering some issued, help us to connected with service and reception desk. We also seen them regularly clean the lobby, public area more. More importantly they tried make best effort for workers who bring their kids to have fun experiences although stay in room all over time, like gelato service, the delight kids menu, and some provider of their entertainment channels. Hope they will be set more menu for tea ceremony at afternoon too. We love to see it at next time we visit.

The staff were very friendly and most of them were able to understand and converse in English fluently. The rooms are spacious. This hotel is very close to the Bandung International Airport. So, if you are flying from Bandung airport, its just a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was really good.

The only toilet klosed was sitting hard to shower
