The ONLY thing good about this place was the location. The customer service was TERRIBLE. They double booked our room so while my husband and I were trying to take a nap, some people just walked right into our room! Then they said they were going to send us new room keys, and 45 minutes later I called down to the front desk only to find out they sent our keys to a different room! Oh and don't even get me started on the hot dog we ordered with ONLY ketchup, which we told them a few times, and guess what? It came with ketchup, onions, mustard, mayo, and chili. How can you mess up a ketchup only hot dog? This was after they have my husband the run around on where our food was because it was almost an hour after we ordered it (and it wasn't a big order, the hot dog and cheeseburger fries). 2 different people told me there was a shuttle to Discovery Cove, and when I called back in the morning to set it up, find out there is no shuttle that goes there. I could go on and on...

The rooms are spacious and really nice. The balcony is screened in and plenty of room for our group of four. Conveniently right next door to Sea World and not too far from Universal Studios. We ate at the bar near the pool and it was good and reasonable.

Really nice! Some of the rooms could be updated and smoking shouldn't be allowed in the main patio so that everyone has to smell it when they exit their rooms but otherwise really nice!

Huge place right in the center of everything. All parks were within 15 minutes. Great pools and amenities. Well worth what you're paying.

I am here right now and somewhat disappointed. First the good all of the staff have been great except for on chick named Deb who was very condescending and boarder line rude when I called the day before my trip. I asked for early check in and they complied, asked for a room close to the pool because I have trouble walking due to a new hip and trouble breathing with cold. Well it s sort of close but still difficult. But here is the biggest disappointment. The unit is old and needs upgrading. The kitchen floor is so bad it looks like ocean ripples. And the kitchen counter has huge burns on it. I own at acation Village at Parkway and was here to see about buying more Timeshare but if this is what they have I will look elsewhere.

Very large one bedroom with vast balcony. Staff are friendly and easy to find. Location is family friendly and very close to the theme parks.

Well decorated but small (one easy chair). No safety bars in tub. Pleasant grounds. Slooow elevator. Resort fees are a hidden bonus. Bad soundproofing around doors.

We love this place, they have a lazy river a huge pool with a water slide. They also have a little kids section. They have a couple outside fire pits, which we make smores on!! There is a spa and breakfast. We always get a great room huge suite!! We love this hotel it is our favorite hilton property in Orlando!

Haven't stayed yet. But they won't stop harrassing us about buying a timeshare. Everytime they call or we have to call about something they just won't leave us alone about some timeshare seminar. We don't want to waste our vacation arguing with a sales representative. Nor do we want to ever purchase a timeshare. We are arriving wednesday I expect the front desk will probably try to sell us a time share when we arrive. Wanted to have a relaxing vacation but now from first impressions concerned they will chase us down the halls about a timeshare. Like leave us alone already. Your soliciting behavior is not acceptable.

WE STAY AT THIS HOTEL FOR ..0ne week .first morning my daughter was bit by bugs we but some cream nothing help
the next morning same thing append we find out they have BUGS BEDS in HER BED ....
after tALKING to the manager JEFF he decide we need to change the room and call the pest control
she give to the hotel all is effets from the room all is CLOTHINGS and they send them to the dry cleaner 40 hrs later late at night they come back with her clothings 3 of expensive clothings comme back destroy we go back to the hotel show them the clothings and the pictures ....cost to replace 378.00$
they give her 2 tickets for SEA WORLD
THE MANAGER SAID WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR THE CLOTHINGS ...
THEY NEVER CALL US ....
BE CAREFUL IF YOU CHECK THIS HOTEL FOR THE BED BUGS

We love coming here on our vacations. My parents have owned a Hilton timeshare for years and this is our go to facility. It's a little old but they are constantly renovating and improving the facilities. Customer service is always great!

I came to this hotel for my honeymoon i like it good service i stayed 9 nights and i will come next time wonderful place and view

The hotel is very nice though definitely geared towards families with children. All the staff was very friendly and I didn't have any issues during my stay. There's free wifi which seemed to work fine in the room and throughout the hotel though cell service is spotty. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which we loved. It had a full kitchen including dish washer, washer/dryer, small porch, living room with pullout couch, king bed with lots of feather pillows, a stand up shower, and a massive jacuzzi tub which could probably fit 4. The room was made up daily and all the supplies were replenished.The only downside of the room was that it took forever to change channels on the TV, sometimes you would have to wait almost a minute for the channel to tune in. Also the hotel is spread out so it was a decent walk to the main lobby/pool but nothing unreasonable.

We had a small pool behind our building which was less crowded than the main pool area. The main pool area was big enough that even on a busy holiday weekend we were able easily find chairs. We got a couple drinks at the bag which were reasonably priced, they also have a happy hour which is nice to see at a hotel. The hotel only really has 1 bar and restaurant so you get what you get. Remember to bring your ID, I'm pushing 30 and wasn't able to get a drink because I left my ID in the room when I went to the pool.

If you choose to do the timeshare presentation to get your gift ($100 gift card in my case) prepare to be there for 2 hours and get the hard sell. Breakfast was krispy kreme donuts, yogurt, bananas, apples, terrible bagels, cereal, and coffee. I can't tell you how many times the salesman said "If you don't want it that's fine I'll let you leave but....."

Wonderful Resort hotel. Free shuttle to all the SeaWorld parks. Try Discovery Cove it is our favorite .

Everything was great except the elevators felt like they had no a/c.

Had a great time, love the apartament for our family it had everything we needed.

Staff is great. Ali at the bar is a true bartender and does an amazing job. Great customer service.

Not as good as i had expected. Some staff made you feel like you were a bother. Shuttle from main area to rooms were never available. Beds in studios not comfy

I absolutely love it here! The rooms are very nice & well kept. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The only thing I would change is the pricing at the restaurant & the market. They definitely overcharge, but the convenience is sometimes with it.

The staff is very friendly and bend over backwards to ensure your stay is the best possible.

The Hilton Grand Vacation at SeaWorld is an astounding stay. Room service is very nice and respectful and the whole place looks like a Palace. The rooms are just amazing, enviting and comfortable with kitchen supplies added! The beds are extremely comfy and the whole atmosphere is quite literally one of the best.

The room was very clean however after waiting over 30 minutes to check-in while waiting in a very unorganized line. No one understood where to stand while they were waiting for their turn. After waiting to check in they hold your parking pass so you are required to talk to someone about park tickets and timeshare options. Our room during the day was very tranquil however due to our room having a connecting door to our neighbors that seemed to be night owls, they were up screaming and making loud noises until 1:00 am - would have been later if security did not eventually intervene.

checked in on June 17, 2017, the next morning my wife's both arms are red and itchy, but we all thought its allergy since she has sensitive skin. We got Benadryl from CVS but it did not help. Her red and itchy just getting worse and more.. on 3rd night my 2 yrs old son was crying so hard and ask to turn on the light..then we found number of bed bugs crawling on bed..we caught 4 alive.. We were moved to another room after report to the front desk at 3 am and stuck in that room til the end of the day (we had to leave everything in the old room).. we planed for searworld that day but missed it and could not get refund for our tickets. We called front desk many times since 9:30 am but the manager did not get back to us until 10:45 am. She did not show any concern or apology for what happened. She told us, Ok, so I will give you $200 credit back for your stay and $125 for our restaurant, that's the best I can do ! At that time my wife was the only one has red and itchy.. we thought at least my son is ok (my daughter slept in other room)... now at day 10, my son and myself both got about more than 80 bites appeared all over the body RED amd ITCHY!!! According to the Centers for Disease Control, it can take up to 14 days for a bite to appear. Some people may not notice bites at all. I understand that this could happen at any hotel.. but how Hilton tread us was unacceptable!!! Our trip was ruined ! we are suffering the pain and the itch given by bed bugs. All of memories about Disney and Hilton hotel are about bed bugs crawling on the sheet. My kids ask me to search the bed every night !!!.. Shame on Hilton !!!

Do not stay here they employees steal from their guest when they leave an item behind

The rooms were really clean and spacious. When I notified the staff that my coffee maker wasn't working, they immediately replaced it with a new one. The staff are always smiling and willing to answer any questions you may have. However, the walls are not that thick, so you can hear the other occupants and traffic outside.

Gorgeous resort and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Definitely one of the best resorts we ve stayed at.

A great place to stay as a family. The 3-BDR suite was spacious and clean. They have a nice screened off balcony so guests can enjoy without bugs flying everywhere. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Wish we stayed longer to take advantage of the amenities.

Cockroaches!!! Took our son on Spring break here with his friend and our room had cockroaches. Front desk tried saying that was normal but they would come spray. Couldn t move us to a different room. Stayed at places that cost $100 per night instead of $750 and never had roaches. Raul the manager never returned my call. Terrible service. I warn you to never stay here!

Been here a few times. Always had a great experience. Being that this is the new year, it was a lot more packed than usual but they put us in a penthouse for taking a bit longer to check in. This unit was recently remodeled and was pretty nice, not like the standard timeshare decor but actually something I would live in.

Had a great experience staying at this resort. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Booked this same resort for another trip to Disney in December.

Good service and staff, but not good room. We had to move rooms twice, we were getting bed bug bites (got the pictures to prove it, great location but they need to refurbish there rooms or something, it s crazy that a 4.5 star hotel would have something like this happen to guests. Not acceptable, service doesn t believe me concerns

I've stayed at this hotel several times and each time was a "crap shoot." After my last stay I will not be returning. Here's a list of problems I've encountered:

Cockroaches!
Mold issues in bathroom
Dishwasher flooding kitchen
Poor to non existent internet
Poor to non existent cell service
Rooms in need of renovation
Uncomfortable Beds
Rude employees
Poor Housekeeping including filthy floors, hair in shower/tub, dirty light switches
Doors that don't open/close properly
Non-Roach insect problems (hundreds of tiny bugs appearing on the floor late at night)
Non working room phones
Difficulty parking near room in the evening
Returning to a room that wasn't cleaned long past regular cleaning hours

Our cable and washing machine was down on our first day but after one phone call someone was sent up and got everything running like new! With a stunning view of the lake+pool and a full kitchen our suite had it all. Overall I am extremely happy with my stay here and I'll definitely be here next year!

Fun fact: there's a cement path located near the Hamilton houses that leads into forestry, if you walk further over the bridge you'll reach a bunch of relaxing benches overlooking the lake.... Just be wary of the gators!!

Amazing family vacation resort. It is centrally located to everything. The staff is wonderful and friendly!

What a fantastic property! I really cant say enough good things about this resort. Everything was spot on! The remodeled rooms were clean roomy and up to date. The pool layout was great and provided plenty of room for people to swim. The restaurant and bar area featured good food and drinks. Just a really nice place well done!

No Complaints Our Stay was amazing-Nice&Clean-The Full kitchen had every cooking&eating essentials We needed-I Love the washer&dryer ability I left with clean clothes-Screened in Balcony was My favorite area&The Tub was Dream Bath!

My stay was enjoyable overall. Comfortable bed, helpful staff. The pool area was great despite being cold. The resort is a little spread out, but not too much. I had no issues while here. The DVD rental option can be fun if you can find the time to watch a movie.

We have stayed at this location in the past and each time it was a five star experience up until this time.
To start with we had to wait over an hour past check in to receive a room assignment. When we opened the door to that unit we were shocked to find that unit already occupied. I returned to the front desk and explained the situation I was given another room assignment in an area of the complex that I was not pleased with but I was told there were no other units available and was only offered a small discount for my inconvenience.
If I had been interested in a discount vacation experience I could have chosen any number of other locations but I expected more from a Hilton Grand Vacations location.

It was so fun to stay. Even during the pandemic they are so safe and thorough with every step of you time there. The staff was so friendly accommodated every need with efficiency and most importantly accuracy! They actually listen. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I'm never staying anywhere else.

This is the second time we've stayed on the property and it is really nice. There are lots to do on the property and things planned by the staff daily. Several hot tubs throughout and huge pools. Basketball and tennis courts along with a theater and gaming systems. This trip we decided to become owners because it was so nice and there are multiple properties to vacation all over the world!

Unimpressed. That s a mild way of expressing my opinion. We tried to check at 715 - my room was supposed to be ready at 4 and still not ready. Another 30 minutes they said. Are u kidding- we have dinner reservations but guess we won t be able to change. I am VERY angry. Hilton will not be able to come back from this in my eyes. I knew I should have stayed at a Marriott

Was told to check-in was at 4 pm. It is now 6 pm and still sitting in the parking lot waiting on the room. Wish I could head home.

The gal at the front desk was as nice as could be when i checked in after midnighr, and i gotta say, it made my night. Comfortable bed, beautiful views and lovely facilities.

Husband and I celebrated our one year Anniversary here. We loved the amenities and it being close to international drive. Also love being able to rent a DVD in the clubhouse.

Beautiful resort. Well decorated and homey feeling. Only got a 4 star because the floors were dirty and unswept. Luckily they include a broom in the suite...but I am away on vacation not trying to clean up my hotel room as soon as I get there.

This is our second time here and again it's a wonderful time. There are literally activities for the kids from 7am - 11pm at night. Pools are always clean and easy to get to. Drinks are great at the bar - specials run from 3pm - 7pm.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! We stayed in a 2 unit for 1 night until we transferred to another Hilton Grand Hotel but this one was our favorite! We haven't been to FL in 16 years and walking into this HUGE 2 bedroom with 2 balconies was just incredible. The pool is so nice, staff was incredible and beautiful grounds. HIGHLY recommended. We didn't have little kids but if we did, this would be the place to stay. So much to do for the kiddos and even as adults we very much enjoyed it.

Nice, but I wasn't comfortable here. Was here with my daughter & son in law. I'd never go to the trouble to load a kitchen for a week. Bathroom was big & good lighting. Maintenance had to come fix the toilet, but they were there promptly & fixed it quickly & well.

This was a great place, clean and a minute away from seaworld!!

The room is a nice suite but the view of Seaworld's parking lot is not so nice.

Awesome place. Great swimming pools, food, staff and basketball courts and more. They have activities every night from karaoke to movie night. The hotel room itself was huge and comfortable. Definitely can't wait to stay again next year!

Amazing rooms, multiple pools of different temperatures (warmer, cooler, 2 spas, multiple kiddie pools in the same area), staff super friendly, can watch movies while at the pool, actually feels closer to Disney than some of the Disney resorts, and obviously close to sea world. Love it

Location is great! However, the concierge desk uses convoluted language and ambiguous wording to get you. DO NOT purchase anything or agree to anything from them. There will be strings attached FYI

Nice but a little dated. The resort is close to everything and easy to get in and out of. Only other issue was parking but not terrible. If you show up late you'll have to walk a ways.

Great feeling staying here, nice room and space to call home while we are here. The deli and restaurant stays open late, for the night owls, such as ourselves.
Had a blast here, we would definitely recommend!
