This was a really great place to stay close to the convention center and the conference I had to attend. I got a good deal on the price and my room was beautiful and clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the bathroom. Everyone was truly very nice and helpful. Even after it became clear that I wasn't interested in attending the breakfast with the pitch about becoming a Hilton resort member etc, they didn't hassle me and were still really nice. also got complimentary excellent coffee and high end bottled water every day which I appreciated; and free parking.

Everything you could want at a resort. Always clean many heated warmly pools,hot tubs, kids pools as well. Warm towels. Pool open till 11:00. Pool side bar and restaurant. The rooms were comfortable as well as the bedding. Kitchen in rooms. Plenty parking. Honestly could not find one thing I could complain about

So first, staff is friendly and polite. Second the room is gigantic! Can easily accommodate a family of 4, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, both bedrooms have 2 full beds. TV in every room, large dinning room table to seat 4. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had! Loved it!

A well manicured tropical getaway. It s usually quiet and always a friendly and courteous staff!

Home away from home. I can seldom relax on family vacations, between tired kids and the logistics of check in, check out, getting enough towels for my towel hoarding family ....

Upon checking in, we received a text message welcoming us to the hotel. This text thread became our point of contact for needs and checkout. GENIUS! My wife loved it!

The outdoor pool are had 2 massive pools innumerable hot tubs, table tennis, billiards, shuffle board, live music and night-time movies. Also, enjoy the guest-only restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as drink anytime after lunch. Happy hour (they call it Burmuda time) was from 3 to 6 and cuts many adults drink prices almost in half.

Our room was as advertised, so big it had a doorbell. The room was WAY nicer than my college-days apartment. Cleaning staff surprised us, we weren't expecting them on the first night of a 2 night stay. Beds made, dishes washed, even my daughter's stuffed animal was positioned comfortably on the bed. We didn't anticipate housekeeping after the first night and left all our valuables and meds out, even my wife's wallet, several computers, and handheld gaming devices. Not a single problem.

TLDR: We all loved it and they exceeded expectations. Safe, friendly, clean.

This place is really beautiful! We've been here several times a year! All rooms are basically decorated the same except for some one bedroom tend to run a little bigger than others. Its quite, peaceful but busy. The pool area is always jamming with laughter n fun for families when we walk by. All employees are very friendly. All restaurants on this property serve really good food. A little pricey but worth it. We love the screen patio n eating out there in privacy in any location. Beds are comfortable, clean and welcoming. The only reason l gave it a 4 star is because finding a parking space for Handicapped persons is a struggle especially after 6pm everytime we have stayed at this place. We find there daily rates are reasonable for the really nice decorated rooms they offer compared to other places around the area. Enjoy!

Excellent hotel for extended family holidays. The Villa for four people has everything you need to prepare food, wash and dry clothes, free DVD movie rental. It also has a small shop where you find what you need to prepare food in the Villa. The two pools, excellent for children and adults. In addition, a restaurant with a more or less varied menu.
And perhaps, most importantly, this one is 20 minutes away from Disney parks and Universal Studios. I have been twice, I recommend it.

Everything about this vacation resort has been amazing. My family and I come here at least once a year, i would recomend it to anyone who asks. The rooms are huge and the service is always accommodating :D

Was planning to stay 1 week but ended up staying 2 weeks!

A great hotel, different location, 8 minutes from the Premium outlet of vineland, 15 minutes from the Disney parks and 7 minutes has a Walmart. The complex has great pools and very easy parking. The hotel is at the mouth of the SeaWorld park. The entire service team is very attentive and goes over all the details. The hotel has a Starbucks and several activities for the family. The apartments are spacious and have excellent infrastructure as well. Stove, oven, microwave and washing and drying machine. Air conditioning distributed. The points of improvement are for elevators that are slow, on the ground floor the smell of cigarettes bothers a little and the tidiness of the apartment is very superficial, there is a lack of whim.

Always a great stay didn't use many amenities but walking distancefrom sea world do it worked out perfect

Room was amazing BUT tried very hard to sell us a timeshare even after repeatedly telling them no! Seller tried to imply I'm stupid because I didnt want a 'free' $100 Amex card (that required a 2 hour timeshame sells pitch...)

Don t waste your time, spend the extra money for Disney. When we arrived no A/C, tuffed it out with portable unit at 2 morning. Left that morning stopped by front no record of broken A/C. Got back that evening still no A/C and offered to wave resort fee, didn t have another room. Date night trying to get another room, then meeting for work all day tomorrow before driving back 4 hours. Sorry business management!!! I ll stay at Disney Resort if I am in Orlando were they have business morales. This is no resort, just because they have 3 pools.

My family really enjoyed the pool area. We were totally afraid walking on the property. We were there for 2 nights and were frightened by snakes everyday. My husband told nearby maintenance about the snake and he called someone. He should not have placed the guy on speaker phone. His response was that it was not his job to get rid of snakes and plus, he's on break. The resort should really put their guests on notice to be aware of snakes. Especially with children walking around!

Stayed here one week with family. Very nice 2 bedroom unit. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The resort pool is great. Enjoyed the nature trail that cicles around lake on property. Plenty of parking near building. Easy access to Sea World and I-4. On property dining not great, but of course plenty of places nearby.

The entertainment group kept Blairing their games on the speakers at the pool literally all day! We re here to relax not play bingo. Rooms were good, restaurant was good. But let us relax, don t need B15 & N37 is my ears all day

Great place to visit close to all attractions, but a lot to do right at the resort

I just booked my stay for next year as well, we are definitely coming back! This resort is perfect if you are a family with young children, they have a club house with activities for kids, paiting and play station. They have a playground on site. They have a splash pad for small children and a nice size pool for the older kids.
Rooms are nice and spacious perfect for famalies who need the space when vacationing. Very happy with our stay and very happy with the front desk and staff how they handled our requests.

Harassed by staff that couldn't leave lounge chair under umbrella unattended for more than 30 minutes. We left our stuff to go have lunch at there pool side restaurant coral reef. Gone about 45 minites and there was a lady sitting in our chairs with all her family stuff on ours. Asked her to leave and she did but came back with staff. Who said you can't leave your chair unattended for more than 30 minutes. I asked the staff lady so if I'm in the pool I have to get out in 30 minutes, oh no. So you're contradicting yourself? By the way where is this written rule. I have a pic of the pool rules and it says nothing about that.
Will not be back for this reason alone. Don't bother me I'm on vacation.

We took in movie by the pool, while eating pizza from the deli.

It was a GREAT resort, clean ,the workers are friendly, its a lot to do there. Its very close to stores, parks and the grounds where put together very well. My only complaint is the lack of a free shuttle and no shuttle from the airport

We go here all the time. It's a great place to stay. Beautiful rooms and pools.

Definitely a 4 Star. Better quality than a 3 star but not quite a 5 star. The location is perfect for those intending to visit the Amusement parks. Hotel provides shuttles to Universal Studios, SeaWorldand Aquatica. Onsite market has great Pizza and lots of activities for your day at the pool such as kids playground right beside the 2 main pools, pool tables, checkers, ping pong, karaoke and pool side movies. If i could make a suggestion, could be a bit cleaner. It's not filthy or anything of the sort, but they are not totally on top of the floors. It is definitely not spotless. It is a busy place so it can't be easy but if they had more staff for cabana service and cleanliness it would probably be a 5 star.

Very high end resort. Enjoyable experience and great amenities and activities. Right next to the SeaWorld and really close to Universal and Disney respectively.

Cream of the crop, beautiful hotel with beautiful accommodations. Excellent place for kids, updated and luxurious rooms, amazing beds!

Not much to go on other than the bar had only Paper straws that were horrible to drink thru and crumbled with usage.

You can tell they used the money and refurbished the room. everything look great and updated

Rather apart hotel, friendly and serious staff, we forgot a suitcase in the corridor immediately a call from the reception to let us know.
Cleanliness, beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi.
Still far from Orlando but near sea world.
Please note if there are 4 of you in the same one bedroom apartment, two of you will be entitled to the uncomfortable sofa bed.

The room was ok - nothing special. The property was pretty neat though with a couple swimming pools, a little shop, and a decent restaurant. I was surprised to see a guarded gate entrance. I guess that helps keep out the riffraff. I'll be staying here again in a month.

Service and rooms are amazing! Highly recommend for vacation and business travel.

Not impressed. Here for 4 nights and reported that our stove didn't work. No response. Hate to have had a stopped toilet.

Second trip here, almost as solid as the first. Rooms are top notch and I've had great experiences so far, both times. The bellmen are super friendly and loyal if you tip..as you should anyway. Inside tips I learned second go round...
Food has slipped slightly in the poolside restaurant..it's ok now.
They have a shuttle that can run you to venues/conventions etc if you ask
They also will golf cart your lazy a to the 8th building on property if you get such placement.

Off season now, it is nice and quiet but all services running.

This is what the enjoyment of good, clean living is all about. The Time Share has all the comforts of home away from home plus more. It combines a condo and hotel environment into one experience.

The rooms have been updated since the last time I stayed here. The property is well maintained the stay here has been quite comfortable.

Very clean and well kept. Centrally located with lots of stores around it.

You can feel the resort feeling in the spacious grounds and rooms.

Extremely unsatisfying, was locked out of room on 3 separate occasions, no remorse or attempt from anyone with hotel, didn't get extras that we paid for and were promised. Tried to sell timeshare to us but why would you buy from somewhere that doesn't care. Will NEVER return or recommend this to anyone !!!!!!!!

Nice location, staff very willing to transport /commute you to your building-rooms.

As always the staff are top notch. The location is awesome, directly across from SeaWorld and the rooms are large and clean.

Rooms a little outdated. And it's a far walk if your room is at the end. I did Uber here. It's is kid friendly and the pools look fine for kids. WiFi speed is awesome, the best I think I've experienced for hotel.

Great location. Great Pool. Nice walking path. Close to Seaworld and Discovery Cove. Pool parties. Have bands that play sometimes. Spacious rooms. Perfect for families. The bar at the pool is terrific for food and drinks. We love this place.

It is actually a beautiful place, but if you buy into their club plan they fail to tell you that that do not report to the 3 credit bureaus. So if you have great payment history to them it does not matter. They only report you if you have BAD payment history! Definitely not right for those with good payment records! Check out other vacation clubs. Do your research.

Great location with spacious rooms, friendly staff and good places to eat.

This place is great. Large rooms, good views, great pool area--with lots of activities and fantastic staff. I've stayed multiple times and each time I'm treated like a rock star.

I checked in to this around 10 and they said our room will be ready around 11-4, and we said ok and left to eat lunch
. We came back later, went to the pool, and waited in the lobby. After we asked what's going on because so many people were waiting in the lobby(including us) waiting to get our rooms. Every time we asked them thethey preceded to lie to us and make excuses. We are currently waiting here and it's been 6 hours

This was a gorgeous place to go for vacation. We were pleased with the distance to Disney and the cleanliness of the rooms!

Didn't think the room was very clean. Liked the staff.

The resort is nice, but the sales pitch they subjected my girlfriend to is just rude. It is off sight, they are not flexible on the times, there is no transportation to the sales pitch, and they kept her longer than the agreed time. We were at SeaWorld, she had to leave to go to the "presentation ". It look about 4 hours in total.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom during my stay and it was great. Had a full kitchen and washer and dryer

Checked in after a long day at Universal Studios Park and the staff was so welcoming and helpful from the start. This place is amazing so far! So happy to have booked here. Had a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch, full kitchen and dining area, and a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend.

I come here once a year for work. A wonderful place. Staff very courteous. 2 bedroom suite is wonderful. Plenty of room. Washer and dryer a big plus. Hard to beat. With the big kitchen do not have to eat restaurant food every meal.

Was a pleasant stay. The rooms were pretty nice, however I found the floors to be unusually dirty, so much so that if you went barefoot, then got in the shower, mud would form. The elevator in our Devonshire house was in need of major repairs. It sometimes took up to a minute for the elevator doors to open.
The pools were kept nice however, and always stocked with towels. You could order food to the poolside which was nice. The patios were screened in, rather nice for bugs.
Of probably stay here again if it was available, but will look for a place closer to Disney next time. This is about equal distance from Disney and universal.

Amazing!!!! The amenities are wonderful, the property is beautiful. I was a little bothered by the sounds of work vehicles in the morning but all in all it was amazing!! We'll be back Very soon

I can say the rooms are very clean and nice. We stayed in a 1bedroom that sleeps 4 with the pullout sofa. Loved the complimentary shuttle service around the resort. We did have a few hiccups (no dishwasher detergent, no laundry, sink stopped up, etc.) But those things aren't a big deal. However, as an owner of this resort there are no perks. Everything cost money to do! If im paying for a share (i.e. $50k plus $1k maintenance fees etc...)on this resort why do I want to continue to pay more money to enjoy what the resort has to offer. Makes no sense! But overall this is a nice place to stay but not become an owner.

- All restaurants are closed except for the pool bar (no servers you must wait on a long line to order food and wait for it to bring back to your chair or room) menu is overpriced finger food
- The pool bar line is long all day because it's all that's open. It doesn't open until noon.
- Marketplace hours are 8am - 2pm so prepare to order delivery if you need anything or rent a car
- Parking is very challenging by your room
- No shuttles running to any theme parks
- Pool area very crowded dont expect a seat..people leave their stuff on chairs and disappear for the day. If you don't get a chair by 930am you aren't getting one that day.
- Not enough pool space for the size of the resort.
- Patios are screened but there's no screen on your door. You can see bugs getting in through screen so i would've liked to have a screen on my patio door
- Thermostat is very finicky and it seems as though the hotel actually controls the temp during day because when I tried to warm up the room it wouldn't turn on but then it did later at night.
- Bathrooms in studio are very tiny. Door almost hits the toilet that's how tiny.
- No ammenities. Ive stayed at the Marriot vacation club next door and that's 5 stars. This is sad to call a vacation resort as there's barely any activities
- Hotel completely lacks services.

Good pools...clean areas...next to Seaworld...rooms were very nice!!

Everything is good, but the stairwell smells bad because of a leak, and the floor is covered in water because of it.

It is a very complete hotel, fun for children, I have been several times and we like it. The only but was the sound of the elevator near the room.

The Hilton was good/average. Nothing fancy. Nice and clean. We stayed at several different timeshare units in Orlando before and this was personally my least favorite. That being said, I can't think of anything bad about it.
All in all, I think it's a good place to hang your hat while on vacation.

Great hotel and SeaWorld is 15 minutes walking distance away. Not much else to do around on foot.
