The two main pools are very busy and the noise level is compounded by the Activity Staff s constant chatter hosting games (bingo, trivia) during peak hours. There is no reading, relaxing, or conversation possible. Instead, trek over to the quiet pool on the other side of the property. Although there are no staff or refreshments available, but the quiet was heavenly and most guests were very respectful not to disturb the serenity!

The Supervisor, Andrea, was the most unprofessional I have ever spoken too at any Hilton property. It s apparent that customer service means nothing at this location. An extremely poor experience which would take too long for me to describe. I will never consider going to this location in the future. As a member of both Hilton Honors and a Hilton Grand Vacation owner for many years, I recommend that you stay away!

Nice gated hotel with multiple buildings. We stayed in a studio suite. Great balcony that is screened in and actually locks. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Would stay again.

Room and service were great. The only problems I have are with parking and the elevators. Parking at night time was not existent. I had to park at the main lobby because there was no other space. There is only one elevator for the building, it was annoying waiting a couple of minutes to get to your floor to pick you up. Besides those problems, everything was great.

Great.

Stayed here last night for a one night stay and was not impressed with the customer service.

Checking in at 5pm on a Saturday, they only had 2 people at the counter when I arrived, and a substantial line. It took 15 minutes to get to the counter and another 10 minutes to complete the check-in process, which included a mandatory stop at the concierge (aka timeshare sales) desk. I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member however, there was no priority line.

I got to the room and it was 76 and humid although the thermostat was set to 70. I assumed the A/C had some occupancy sensor and it would start to cool down now that I was in the room. I was really tired, so I took a nap on top of the covers trying to get the little bit of airflow from the A/C vent.

After my sweaty nap, I tried some basic troubleshooting of my own, and I finally decided to call the front desk at 10:15pm after relenting to the fact the room wasn't going to cool down. The maintenance guy showed up at 10:30, took one look at the location of the A/C and realized he needed a ladder (you think he might know that all the units are in the ceiling...). 15 mins later he was back with a ladder.

He reset the A/C, claimed to have fixed an issue with the drain line, and departed once it turned on. I warned him that through my earlier troubleshooting, the A/C would run for 5-10 minutes but would shutoff after that time. He didn't want to stick around to see if it would continue working. Turns out it shutoff again after 5 minutes.

I called the front desk again around 11:15 telling them the A/C wasn't fixed. They said they would send somebody again. However, they didn't tell me that they didn't have any competent maintenance people left (apparently the guy who came the first time got off work at 11). I waited another 15 minutes and nobody had showed up, and my confidence in their ability to fix the problem was waning, and I really was ready to sleep. When I called this time I asked to switch rooms. They said they'd look into that option, but wanted to wait for the maintenance guy to look at it (they said they'd call me back if they could find another room)

New maintenance guy showed up at 11:45 or so and had no tools or ladders. Turns out he didn't really know much about their A/C units, so wasn't going to be able to do anything (and that's why he didn't have any tools or a ladder). He said he would go to the front desk and recommend they move me.

5 or 10 minutes after he left, I got a call from the Front Desk that they'd be moving me to a different room on the same floor, and they'd send a bell boy up with keys. Around 12:30 I finally got new keys and a new, cool room.

Upon laying on the new bed, I felt on my back what I assumed was maybe a feather or a spring sticking out of the covers. Turns out it was the threaded end of sewing needle... luckily it wasn't the other way around...

Woke up the next morning at 9am so that I could get ready and make it for the stupidly early 10am checkout time. It would've been nice if they proactively offered me a late checkout after the late night A/C debacle, but they aren't proactive here.

Anyways, I told them of my issues at checkout and they weren't sympathetic. I feel the least they could've done was waive the $25 resort charge for the night.

Besides the issues, the resort facilities seemed pretty nice. The rooms were fairly up to date and clean (disregarding leftover sewing needles in bed).

I am staying at the Grand Vacations. To be honest the outside looks nice. The staff is friendly. The room looks like an early 90's Hampton Inn. With an uncomfortable bed. No breakfast still. But at the bar apparently they will serve wings and pizza. I am a tad disappointed.

Extremely comfortable and they have great deals for Seaworld and Aquatica. The day before you go to Seaworld, I recommend visiting the front lobby to get a Quick Queue ticket (try to go early in the day, if possible, as they tend to run out). This ticket will allow you to skip the long lines at Seaworld once per ride and is valued at $20 per person. It allowed my family to enjoy the park more, as we got to experience each ride at least once.
All rooms come with screened-in balconies. I was hoping for a jacuzzi as well, but I suppose you have to request it. Oh well, still had a blast.

Great place for family and friends, it is right down the street from sea world aquatica and discovery cove. The service is amazing as well as the amenities. Totally recommend Joining the Grand Vacations Club!

This place is well worth the value. Kitchen, dining room table, a balcony, A walk-in shower, a big tub, and a washer and dryer. All the comforts of home are present. you can communicate with the front desk through text messages making communication very easy. Great place to go if you're going to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, or aquatica or even if you're just visiting Orlando. I highly recommend staying here.

This Place is awesome I've been coming here since 1998 and with them building the new resorts around sea world this by far is the best activities for children and adults are fun glad to be a part of the Hilton Family Kevin Sperling

Convenient location to Sea World. Staff was excellent and the amenities were very good. The hotel was a bit older than the other Hilton's in the area. The door between the room adjacent also didn't keep out much sound.

Super convienant to where you want to be. .5 miles fro. Discovery Cove, across the street from Seaworld. 1.0 mile from Aquatica. Walmart 4 miles ways to stock your full capasity kitchen in the room. Access to I4 is 2 minutes away. It is also an 8 minute drive away from Universal Studios.

The customer service as always is the top in the industry. My room had a couple of small things that were not up to standard. However; they were corrected when I brought it to the attention of the staff. You could not ask for a better location. Stay Hilton!

Stayed with a co-worker who is member of the club. Clean everything, friendly staff, lots of pools and activities. Average priced food and drinks. Movie theater, plus pool movie nights. Ample parking and we'll maintained lot.

Stay was ok. Slow to check in. Took over 2 hours partly because they're trying to sell you this that and the other. Don't buy tivlckets for the parks there. you can probably do better elsewhere. Also don't do the gift for taking the HGV tour. They promised 1 hour and it took us 3.5 hours to get oit of there. Half a day wasted!
Room key did not work first time and took them an hour to bring a new one.

The room is gorgeous there are three beds (a king 2 queens) there's a pull out sofa we're 6 people so we're still kinda cramped. A small part of our door is broken it's not a super big deal but it's not great. There are two porches one off the main room and one off the other both are fairly nice. Downside is they took my parents for hours and tried to sell them on some kind of time share condo thing and that was an inconvenient. But it is VERY nice and we've got two more night there that I am very excited for.

Not ideal for business status with large groups, since everyone tends to be spread out. For a family vacation, it seems like a great place to stay, central to most activities in the Orlando area. Studio room is ok. Staying in bottom floor, and found some flying black bugs came in while I was out. They seemed to come from nearby plants - I swept them out and they didn't come back. I would stay here again.

This is *the* place to take your kids. I was thoroughly impressed.

They have a little convenience store that has a huge ice cream bar and a pizzeria. Plus there's a 7-11 on the corner, and a Walmart not too far away. The condos make it easy to cook, clean clothes, and have separate rooms when it's time to try to get the kids to bed.

I loved the layout of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The Master had 1 king, and the 2nd bedroom had 2 queens, which was perfect for our family. Each had their own bathrooms, set on opposite sides of the living room. Our kitchen was spacious, with all the expected amenities. The deck had a table and four chairs. It was fully enclosed, with netting from floor to ceiling. Frogs and lizards liked to perch next to the netting at night to catch their dinner.

Their big pool is fabulous, built specifically for families. There's a terrific little bar with typical bar food near the big pool, with shade that goes quick. Plenty of lounge chairs, and towels are always stocked. They have movie night there, as well as karaoke. (The kids are the best!)

The location is closer to Universal than to Disneyworld, but it's not far to the land of Mickey. About 15-20 minutes in light traffic.

We booked a 3 bedroom. It has lots of room and was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a malfunctioning coffee maker they replaced with a brand new unit with in minutes of me letting them know about the issue. The main pool is great.

Our family has stayed here 4 different times. Rooms have plenty of space and love the option to be able to cook. Staff are friendly and attentive. Has 3 pools and lots of activities for the kids.

The room was extremely clean and amazing. I stayed in the one bedroom king with the nice, seperate bathtub. There are plenty of jacuzzis around the pool area which is great in general and especially now. The manager at this property, Simone, was fantastic with handling anything that I was concerned about. Again, you will notice how clean the room is as soon as you see the sticker on the door and walk in.

The HGVC Seaworld resort was still a step above other resorts in the immediate area near Seaworld. We stayed during Spring Break and the property was very crowded but we were able to timely check into our unit without any delays which was a nice surprise.

The unit itself was in very good condition and found that the entire property took many safety initiatives to keep us all safe from COVID.

Looking forward to stay there again in the future

Hilton HHoners Diamond Member; My wife, niece and I just spent a week here. The 2 bedroom on the 6th floor was very nice, only drawbacks were bathroom mirrors are set for folks shorter than 6', (I'm 6' 5") and could only see from my lip down, limited close in parking and insufficient handicapped parking (a single Handicapped space per building, which always fill up by 6 pm)!!!
The staff were ALWAYS FRIENDLY and helpful, they greet you each time they see you. Room was spotless, the screened in balcony with ceiling fan was exceptional and the kitchen was well stocked with everything other than food. Beds were large and comfortable, AC worked very well. Onsite restaurant was overpriced but typical of resort restaurants. They stopped their breakfast buffet three years ago, shame!
You sometimes have to take out your own trash but only to the trash room on each floor (???????). Shower heads were good (not great) and so was the water pressure! No tea provided in the rooms and coffee kits were slow to be replaced. DVD player attached to the living room TV and onsite DVD rentals available or bring your own. Dining table was large, with plenty of comfortable sturdy seating for 6.
Elevators were very hot and humid (open to the outside landings). Sofa sleeper not to comfortable as a sofa...
Easy access location, use your room key to reenter the facility through the right hand lane.
Based on our experience we will try other Hilton Grand Vacation locations but probably not return to Orlando. The Hilton part was great but the Orlando part is finished for us.
NON-HGV RELATED
Be prepared for the locals that drive 10 to 15 MPH under the speed limit and the tourists that weave in and out and cut you off while reading their map, texting, cell phoning or arguing with the kids.

Second time here, we love it! Our favorite of the Hilton properties we have visited. Not near the congested areas. Activities for kids. Pools are very nice. Room is spacious, well furnished and has everything we need. The staff have all been extremely helpful. I'd give a BIG 10 to Christina who went looking for my lost phone, found it and returned it quickly and was very pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend and I hope to return.

Not what I expected. I had to wait 4 hours until a room was avaible. After driving 10 hours with 2 kids it s not what I was expecting. The shower didn t have a door. Causing the whole bathroom to get wet and be slippery and dangerous. My 3 year old slipped and fell. The shower was dirty and the sink was clogged with food not letting the water go down. I wouldn t stay here again. They double charged me because she couldn t see that I had already paid online with months in advance.

This is a very conveniently located hotel. It's right next to Sea world and only about 10 minute drive to Disney. Freeway access is easy. The room I stayed in was a suite and was clean and well equipped. The front desk staff was really helpful when we asked them to hold our bags while we went to the theme parks early, several hours before check-in. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was 5 nights over Veterans Day weekend and although they were full. we never felt crowded or heard any noise... from the check-in, drivers, housekeeping to store help all employees were amazing!!

We initially had a great room, it was on the bottom floor with a screen porch & shade trees... absolutely beautiful!! At first we were concerned about people above us, but never heard a peep... unfortunately, after waking to a very warm room, it became apparent there was a mechanical issue with the AC, causing us to move... to a top floor room, although the room was the same, only 1 elevator made access a bit slow... and the ambiance just didn't match the first room. It felt much more hotel like... outside, at least.
Everyone, and I mean EVERY employee, we met had a greeting and asked if we needed anything!!

We went to the hot tub by the tennis courts and had the place to ourselves at sunset... perfect!! Clean and lots of towels available!

Store/deli... very good!! The girl in the ice cream area made us delicious sundaes and even heated up chocolate sauce to mimic hot fudge...
Sandwich was good!! Very nice to have made to order food so close.

One thing we noticed was people waiting for "rides", we were in the last building (after being moved) and had no problems walking all over the property!! The paths were softly lit and well cleared, actually walking increased our positive impression of the property!!

My only wish is that they'd offered something to my sister for the inconvenience of the move, we had food in the fridge and clothes put away... it was definitely a "bump" in an otherwise perfect visit. However I will note, the gentleman who came to help us move (I wish I remembered his name) was the BEST!! He lightened the mood and had absolutely no hint of irritation helping 2 hot, menopausal women move so much stuff to a complete other building...

An amazing place to stay!! Parking was always available close to either room, the 7-11across the street was a plus as well for snacks and soda. We look forward to coming back!

It's a great hotel with good service and have very good measures for covid cleaning. The building itself seems old, and the customer service in the market place should be better. Suites are big, but outdated interior design.

The facilities we're beautiful. Sparkling pools. Our rooms were recently remodelled. The customer service was exceptional. One example of four or five positive experiences we had was with our shuttle from Sea world. I failed to make a note of the return times of the shuttle. I called the front desk and she sent me a text with the document. Slick! (and my wife was happy. "Of course I know when the shuttle will take us back...")

This place was awesome! I stayed in what looked like a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and had sanitation stations. They had so many activities for kids. 5 hot tubs and many pools with differing ft levels. You could rent movies if you so chose and you could scan for discounted restaurants and activities.
My daughter and I were here for 4 days and 3 nights and loved every bit of it.

OMG! What can I say! Every time I travel to Orlando, this place is like my second home! I always get the 1 bedroom suite. I love it because it's like an apartment. The room is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Between the restaurant and bar, swimming pools, hot tubs, movie night, happy hour and much more, you can stay on the resort without ever leaving.
