The place is beautiful, the people are great, the food yummy!

This place is spectacular!! Service with a smile is standard protocol here. The property is expansive with tons of opportunity l. Lots of activity programming for families and the amenities like the pool, playground, movie theater and other spots make staying here a special experience. Definitely would recommend.

Suite was incredible. Super roomy, very comfortable.

These folks know how to make guests feel welcome. Especially considering it was the holiday.

Always a good spot to stay, meet up with visiting family for a drink, hotel activity and some pool side food. Look forward to it every year.

Would have been a five star except I found a roach in my kitchen (which is understandable in florida) but they just disregarded my complaint about it. If I wasn't from Florida I would not understand that roaches are everywhere.

No room service, but the restaurant is great. The buildings are far apart, but there's free golf cart pick up and drop off service for the whole property. The rooms are spacious with screened balconies and tables and chairs.

Beautiful resort, lots of amenities, and conveniently located for SeaWorld and I-drive.

Beautiful location, central to attractions. Our unit had a backed up shower drain, but was fixed quickly. Many family friendly programs and nice pool area. Staff was helpful

Beautiful, clean and quiet place. The rooms where very clean up to date and everything you need is there. The one bed room is spacious and great value for the money.

This place is awesome, when checked in they didn't have my room ready, but they upgraded me to a bigger and more spacious room, Thanks Hilton.

Unfortunately I was only able to give this resort (Hilton, Orlando Sea World) one star. If you want to enjoy Orlando or Sea World, DON T stay at this place. ALL of the staff are extremely RUDE and there are NO accommodations. The pool is crowded and extremely noisy. Check-in is at 3 but we had to wait until after 4 because the room wasn t ready . I just couldn t understand why the room wasn t ready if check-out is at 10am (no extended check-out).

We asked to have the sheets changed on the sofa bed because there were stains on the sheets, red (not sure what it was). The women came to the door and actually handed me a plastic bags with the sheets in them. I guess they don t change the sheets for you when you ask. Maybe this is a DO-IT-YOURSELF resort. Everything went downhill from there.

Just be warned, there are several other places to stay where the atmosphere is MUCH FRIENDLIER.

Amazing staff! Location is in between Disney, Universal, and Seaworld is right across the street! The perfect place for a honeymoon getaway!!!

The hotel was spacious and clean, and the staff was very accommodating

Came here a while back to visit the parks. We arrived very late but they were very nice to let us check in and get right to sleep. The security is nice and always checks who you are with your parking pass. The grounds are kept up very well with plenty of amenities. I noticed this last time that they installed new gas grills all around the area which is great! There are a number of pools and hot tubs. One pool is even temp regulated. The bar/restaurant has some pretty good food and drinks, although I feel the prices have gone up compared to last time so we purchased less there this visit. They also do pretty good activities and socials during the evenings. We did have an issue with the bathroom being kind of dirty but it was quickly resolved. All in all we had a good time and will probably be back.

May good hotel. The lobby is large with a lot of people with enthusiastic help. Two pesinas that are large too.

Wow! Washer and dryer in the room. Jacuzzi, balcony, completely equipped kitchen. Drive in and greeted by security. Large complex with several buildings. Need to go somewhere on the complex? Text them and they'll send a golf cart with driver to take you any where. Kitchen, dinning room, living room, screened in patio, large elegant bedroom, jacuzzi, and large bathroom even a washer and drier.

HGV at SeaWorld is a great resort with nice amenities. It is however older than many other HGV properties. This means that is things like wobbly knobs on a door, wearing on some of the sidewalks, etc... should be expected. Even with that, it's a great property and a wonderful experience.

+ Hotel area, rooms are okay and the complex is very convenient for park visits.
- Attention if you want to book tickets for the amusement parks in the hotel. We were lured into a sales meeting with cheaper ticket prices. Lasted 90min and you can hardly get out! So better solve tickets directly in the parks !!!

Good location. Rooms are big and great for bringing a family to Orlando. A bit more dated than other Hilton's we have stayed at. Biggest plus is the full kitchen.

The itchest towels and flattest pillow at a hotel I have ever stayed at. The pools were wonderful and the playground was really great to have with the kids. We also ate at the restaurant and it was ok but for the price we were better off cooking for ourselves or going into town for a restaurant

Property is fantastic, check in was disappointing, most staff were friendly, a few were not. Overall, we will be returning.

Restaurants were closed but they had food trucks in the parking lots. Beautiful pool and hot tub area was open. Friendly staff.m

The location is ideal for visitors of Sea World and only a few exits away (on I4) from Disney parks to the South and Universal parks to the North. Our suite was very nicely appointed and included a kitchen with refridgerator, oven, coffee maker, microwave and blender. There was a stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom had both a shower and a separate soaking tub. The entire suite was spotless and new looking. Everything was in working order. The balcony opened to both the living room area and the master bedroom. The king bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in with a soft, heavy comforter and dense, plush pillows that seemed too full at first but quickly let your head sink in. The staff was courteous though we didn't need to interact with many people during our stay. The pool area was clean and there is a nice playground right next to them.

The pools and grounds at this hotel are beautiful but some of the accommodations are questionable. During our stay we dealt with noisy neighbors, a broken dishwasher, loud AC unit that made it difficult to get a good night s sleep, and the towels are not soft. Some rooms have been renovated. Make sure you get one of these rooms during your stay. The location is fantastic and the pools and property are really nice.

Excellent. Comfortable, spacious apartment and the facilities are splendid

We were nervous leaving our home during a hurricane but Hilton was a wonderful place to escape to. The management has been very informative and keeps us updated on closures etc. this has been a wonderful experience and really eased our stress.

The location is very centrally located to just about anything you would want to go to. Despite having to change rooms two times the first couple days due to various issues (odd smells, water leaks and some bugs) all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool areas were very nice and I would recommend staying near the main pool area as it had the most to offer. They did say that they have discounted tickets to the theme parks available but they will make you schedule a time to go to an open house to get the discounted price. They are also constantly trying to sell you on stuff right from when you check in which is annoying. There is also the $25 per day resort fee (on top of what you already paid) to keep in mind when booking.

Overall it was a decent deal but will probably look at other locations for future visits.

Do not book a reservation at this Hotel. The hotel looks nice but the customer service sucks. Tried changing a reservation due to work schedule change and they did not want to help. I called the 800 number for Hilton customer service and they said it's up to the hotel if they want to help you or not. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they can't help you either . Bottom line I will have to pay for a reservation that they have plenty of time to change and not use it. My family , friends and hopefully you will not stay at any of the Hilton Hotels in the future. I will be retiring shortly and do a lot of traveling and Shame on you Hilton for loosing my business. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the LACK of customer care by the Hilton management.

If I could give no stars I would. I had the worst time in any Hilton I have ever stayed in. My wife and I were first put in what they said was a new renovation area of there hotel. The faucet was broke, the fridge look like someone kicked it and it was right next to the elevators. The room was so noisy we asked to move because of the noise. We were moved by a gentleman at the front desk that said if we needed anything just ask for him he would be there all night. Well he was gone as soon as we changed rooms. Well the second room had no air conditioning going was 80 degrees in the room so we went down to talk to I believe his name was Marc, well he left and we then talked to Anthony that moved us again. We move to a higher floor where we had noisy neighbors that we had to call security on at 1am banging on the walls trying to get into our room from the connecting doors the walls couldn t dampen any noisy what so ever. Well on another night we had to call security once again because the pool that our room over looked had people in it screaming and yelling till almost 4 am when the pool closed at 11pm. Horrible experience all together and yet we still have to pay of course the 28 dollar a day resort fee that was one of the worst to speak of. Not happy at all with the stay we had. A year prior we stayed at the Hilton Orlando off of international drive and that was fantastic this on the other hand was not. I would have loved for my money back to stay at the other Hilton in a heart beat then this place.

Room was not ready at check in, no one knows when it will be ready, no one seems to care that customers spend money to stay here! Of course they don't offer refunds even when the hotel is at fault! Be prepared to sit around like you're homeless until a room is ready.

Highly recommend staying here. We are a part of the RCI timeshare. Excellent clean good service. Only problem with our room was that the refrigerator temperature was off. It was either too cold or it was too hot. But I'm not going to give a 4-star for that.

NOT CLEAN. Don't bother. Understaffed and overwhelmed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Took over two hours to get bedsheets for the sofa bed (none in the room). Imagine being exhausted at 9 PM after a day of travel, and you can't sleep until 11:30 PM! NO PARKING!!! We had to park by the lobby- that's over 20 mins walking and there were no golf carts!! And during this stay, I have tried contacting the front desk by phone- out of 20 calls, only three times did they answer after 100s of rings. The room was NOT clean and the experience has been awful and embarrassing- I spoke so highly of HGV to have my family stay here. Other customers were outside our building all discussing how awful this experience has been- we are not alone. Never again!!!!!!! Update: Called again for sheets and towels- and yet again, no sheets. This place is a joke. Another update: They are staffed at 25% for 100% occupancy. So, greedy for money but lack resources to support. Disgusting.

Facilities are excellent and rooms are spacious, staff is extremely friendly. Overall a great experience!

Great place for relaxing and things to do if you "want out about"!

Hilton Grand Vacations Sea World Orlando is a high quality resort. Suites include full kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), and bathroom(s). Some suites include a large jetted tub. Ample parking is available for guests. Property includes multiple pools with waterfall features, tennis and basketball courts, convenience store, pizza parlor, and restaurant / bar. The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is polite like, courteous, and helpful. Concierge will help book tickets for theme parks, attractions, and shows and provide discounts and coupons when available.

Stayed here for a week. Loved the room ! The resort was beautiful!

About 15 minutes away from Disney. Not horrible but traffic in the immediate area is a bit of a pain. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Place is neat and tidy. I like how they communicate through texting. I also really...really like the front gate attendants. They are so friendly and nice. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

Came for the week and planned on using the free shuttle to Sea World and Discovery Cove but found out the shuttles are not available right now when I checked in. The website doesn t say anything about what s not available at all. Also the website doesn t tell you the restaurant and bar are not open either. You can get a drink from the bar with limited hours and that s about it. Some food at the bar ....Ordered nachos and got a bag of chips and cup of cheese?? Cheeseburgers are in plastic bags and microwaved for you. I understand with COViD things are limited but at least give us a warning on the website. I m glad I had rented a car or I would have ended up walking to 7 eleven for higher priced food and drinks for our room if I couldn t get to Publix. And Uber rides would have cost more than the car!! I suggest you rent a car and go to Publix for food and drinks or you are going to need to take out a loan!! The room was great and the service staff were too but very disappointed in the advertised amenities that are not offered. Plus a $25 resort fee is charged everyday but without these amenities it s an extravagant amount to pay each day for nothing, not even a newspaper. The amenities on the website say paid breakfast which isn t true either. 2 muffins and a granola bar were $12.46....

My husband left his computer mouse there and the resort mailed it right back to us. I asked for a late checkout and Jennifer was very accommodating.

Always a great stay and great location. The studio suite is adequate, but if you have older kids opt for the 1 or 2 bedroom suite. The restaurant and multiple pools are fantastic.

I travel for work and for family vacations A LOT. And never have I ever wanted to go back to a place I ve slept. This place broke the mold and I will return again shortly. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The team here is wonderful. The pools, hot tubs, waterfalls, towels and all the amenities are amazing. Continual communication from hotel via text. Problems resolved quickly. Easily the best hotel I ve stayed in ever.

Wonderful hotel, I've been coming here for years and will continue to come here for years to come. The only thing that needs addressing is the chairs by the pool look dated and could be replaced but that's a small complaint.

Clean, afforable and roomy. Gets a bit busy during peak seasons but otherwise great!

We took a family vacation to Orlando and this place was fantastic. Plenty of room, and kitchen space. The master bedroom had a very large tub with jets that worked very well. The kitchen was fully stocked and it made it easy to save money by cooking there. Highly recommend.

Great experience with the staff; they were professional, friendly, and courteous. As soon as we checked in at the gate, front desk, and wandered the area we were impressed with how attentive and helpful the staff was. The rooms were clean and decently priced for a king size bed with mini fridge. I would say they were not the most soundproof rooms. The swimming pool area was nice which included two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a kiddie pool, 1 ft. deep, for the little ones. They had a little "park", and different games/activities going on. For families planning to stay here, they have a movie playing each night and also have an area were movies can be rented and taken back to the rooms.

For those who play Pokemon Go, this is a great location to be.

BEWARE...They STOLE 1148.98 From us without authorization!!!
My wife and I wanted to take our 13 year old grand daughter on a once in a lifetime trip. We told her that when she turned 13 we would take her to Fl to swim with the Dolphins and she had been dreaming of this trip for several years! Sea World Hilton made this a nightmare as we made reservations, as we have hundreds of times, but were never informed that there was going to be a non-refundable charge to our credit card. We needed to make a travel change and several weeks before (NOT LAST MINUTE) we called to cancel the reservation. We were NEVER informed that there would be a cancilation fee or charge. We were first aware of the charge when it appeared on our credit card bill. BUYER BEWARE!!! This Company was untruthful and charged our card without authorization and refuses to refund over $ 1100.00 worth of unearned services and undisclosed charges. We have tried to resolve the issue and have five other grandchildren to take on trips. Hilton refused to refund our card. We live in New Mexico and Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld is uncaring and unconcerned about this issue. I use my credit card for hundreds of transactions a year and have never been so unfairly treated. Buyer beware if you need to change your plans...they turned our dreams into a nightmare.

Great place! Multiple pools, hot tubs, trails, activities, etc. Has a movie rental service, a movie theater every night, and they have great tvs in the room. My only complaint is that my room, in Tucker Town, was very close to the busy road and we heard ambulances and police constantly. Every night.

Thank you HGVC Seaworld for another wonderful getaway. We appreciated the comfortable setting and excellent wifi for our "working from home" days. Even with a thin staff, your service met or exceeded our expectations.

Amazing suites! Super clean and very comffy! Omg, I literally did not want to get out of bed because the sheets are soooo soft! All the staff, from every corner were just pleasant and super nice! Only thing I didn't like was that the kids activity center (which is super cool) charges to do activities like painting and so forth. Should really be free of cost to play. Other than that, I would stay again and again here!

We liked the attention and kindness of the staff, the adjustments due to COVID seemed very good, very nice facilities to enjoy with the family, in addition to the pools and jacussi they have a children's area and gym they gave us passes to park for free in the Seaworld parks , excellent location, it was a very nice stay.

Very nice property with poor service. Took over 30 minutes to get two drinks served at the pool side bar with only a few tables actually full. In the morning the grille was cleaning the bar with bleach without warning people before hand. Sat in bleach and ruined some clothing. Then they thought it was smart to air dry the tent with leaf blowers spraying the bleach everywhere while people were eating. Plus couldn t hear the person across from me the whole breakfast. And it took an hour from sitting down to receiving my breakfast with only 2 other tables. Beautiful property but don t have their act together.

It's right next to Sea World. Has a Bone Fish Grill and 7-11 within walking distance. Room was great.

Mediocre stay at Hilton Grand Vacation Seaworld

We paid full price for a one-bedroom suite at the Hilton Grand Vacation Seaworld. There were a number of issues that we faced when we checked in on December 29.

1. Our family arrived at 3:30pm at the reception desk to request for a higher floor to face the pool. The rep, with a first name starting with L, told us a suite in the Sommerset block is being inspected and should be ready in about 45 minutes (4 pm is the normal check-in time). L suggested we go to the pool area to relax while the suite was being finalized. We came back to the reception desk around 4:30 pm. L updated us indicating the suite is still not ready. At this point, I reminded him that check-in time is 4pm. He then rudely blamed us for choosing a higher floor that faces the pool. He told us that there are plenty of suites available on lower floors.

Eventually, at 5 pm the Sommset suite was not ready as it didn't pass their housekeeping inspection. We were assigned a suite in a building at the far end of the complex that faces the parking lot. We lost an hour of our time just waiting for the check-in.

2. We phoned front desk for a shuttle to take us to the main building. The shuttle arrived about 10 minutes later. The driver called our room phone and advised us of his arrival. Then we got down to the designated area, the shuttle was gone. We had to walk more than 8 minutes in the rain back to the Sommerset block where we were told to park originally by L.

3. The drink or appetizer vouchers given by front desk required a restaurant manager to approve the transaction. We waited over 30 minutes for a restaurant manager for his/her approval.

With the exception of those issues above, the property is well maintained and beautifully appointed. The decor is outdated when compared to HGV's newer Orlando properties like Parc Soleil or Las Palmeris.
