Beautiful clean rooms great smiling customer service great amenities shuttle service to the theme parks
Room was pretty nice. Check in was a madhouse. Waited over an hour in line.
Great place to stay! The staff was so nice and the rooms are spacious. I would have given it 5 stars but the bed was really hard.
Excellent facility. Everything is spotless and the staff are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay here immensely.
Four stars goes to the clean and beautiful apartment-like suite and some staff members. I would like to extend my gratitude to their Orange County Fire Department and Security Staff. We have been members since 2014. Did not like how I was treated by a staffer. I asked her about one rule concerning "Amateur Sing Night."
What was my question? "Are we allowed to sing A Capella. I do not know too many modern secular songs. I am retired teacher."
She proceeded to show me a list of gospel songs. She also stated that the next night was dance night, "you might be able to persuade the DJ to give you the microphone to sing a song."
I said to her, "Absolutely not... ".
Then, she reminded me again (four times) that my song choice could offend the guests. I like to say this...I know about legalities and offensive words. I would not want to make ANYONE FEEL AS UNCOMFORTABLE OR AS UNWELCOME as she made me feel that night
Although there was a little confusion during check in and the fact that my bathroom smelled like urine all Four days I was there, and after it had been cleaned repeatedly I just gave up with dealing with it. I was asked if I wanted to move to another room, but this was after I was already situated and it was day two of my stay. However, I will say the staff were all very friendly, helpful and patient especially Ellton (we nicknamed him Pooch Hall). He really made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you for having such helpful and great employees throughout the Resort.
Stayed in a two bedroom suite with my family. The accommodations were excellent, the bed were comfortable and the rooms were very clean and updated.
This family friendly resort will welcome you with the feeling of family with open arms. The friendly staff around the grounds and concierge will have you feeling at home in no time. This beautiful resort offers a secluded feeling for some privacy but also offers all the resort amenities including multiple pools, club house, restaurant, live entertainment, and bar for the grown ups, poolside activities for the kids and a beautiful lake behind the property. The resort is a very short drive to Sea World and even all of the Disney parks. Enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shops and activities all close to your resort. The units and buildings are clean, well maintained, welcoming, and offer private decks with amazing views. You will find all of the amenities of home and settle in fast once you arrive at your suite, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, ample size living and dining rooms and a huge bathroom. Bedrooms depend on how large of a suite you book, but I had a king bed single bedroom and it was huge. You also have a walkout off the bedroom to your private deck as well as one off the main living area. A simple and easy check in and check out process will make your arrival and departure easy! I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend giving it a go on your next trip to Orlando. Enjoy!!
The rooms were not cleaned prior to us getting our room. And management could care less. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other choices. Hiltonnproperties have gone downhill fast.
Very nice, my kids loved it. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and there were 6 of us. We weren't crowded. We had a washer and dryer, 2 full baths and a screened in balcony off of every room. We received good service and everyone was nice.
Great resort conveniently located right around the corner from SeaWorld and the water park. Everything you need is right there onsite...movies, pool, playground, mini store, etc. The rooms are nice with screened in balconies, so it's great for sitting and relaxing.
I really enjoyed my stay my room was queit, clean, and comfortable..
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful everything, activities offered, amenities offered, pools and that it was a secure gated hotel. Highly recommend!
The mattress of the sofa bed was broken and we did report the problem from first day and they sent two people to check and every time they promise to find a solution but nothing happened . They told us it s a miscommunication issue . Kids were sleeping on the floor for 2 nights.
They offered us a discount for Disney tickets but on condition that we should attend an advertising presentation ( they pushed us)
Unfortunately it was a seminar about time share and when we refused the idea , they cancelled the discount making silly reasons.
Great spot would definitely come back! It's a stone's throw from SeaWorld and the food is excellent! Rooms are very nice with a screened in balcony in every room. Service is top notch too everyone working here is so nice!
Anthony the manager is very effective and accommodating. There was a problem with my two night stay and he was able to work his magic and keep my family on track. Thank you!
Nice resort close to everything you need in Orlando.
Very clean nice location. Good food, good drinks. Higher class of guests.
Awesome hotel room, pool and close proximity to SeaWorld, Disney world etc.
Very nice and quiet, great location very close to everything
So many cool activities. Loved the waterfall pool and jacuzzi
Fun and friendly staff, good location, great suites. They have an on site restaurant and deli. The food is excellent. There are three swimming pools with hot tubs, a movie theater, and DVD rentals on property. There is a recreation department that does games, karaoke, and parties daily. They are a gated property and 24 hour security and maintenance. It is a very good resort.
Beautiful area. The staff was very friendly. Only thing was the shower was designed poorly - no door or curtain so the bathroom floor got extremely wet.
Very nice and spacious hotel we stayed here for 6 nights and everything was nice from the rooms to the movie theater the restaurant inside the hotel was nice but expensive I enjoyed enjoyed my stay here my only complaint about staying here was when we first arrived they offered us a tour with the opportunity to become a Hilton owner and it was worse 2hrs ever wasted personally Hilton ownership is a scam and if I want to go on vacation I d rather save and pay for my own vacation..after the presentation they went over all the amazing things Hilton offer through the Hilton ownership and of course everything seem so right to the point that it seemed too good to be true and of course it was and long story short they wanted us to put down over $2k down and pay $800 a month smh Hilton ownership or whatever it s called is a scam and I would not recommend doing it if you come to this hotel and they offer it they will offer you a $100 gift card to attend the time share and it s not worth it
This resort was just okay, amenities were just so-so. Not worth the 25 dollar resort fee.
Everything there was wonderful. Food at the bar by the pool was really good. Its a little bit expensive but for the convenience you cant complain.
Terrible so far. Stains on bed sheets, bougies on towel. Called guest services with the phone that had mold on it. The room smells with weird "old" smell. Got the new set of bed sheets that did not fit the bed.
A good place for a family vacation. We loved the pools and the activity center. My granddaughter made some crafts an enjoyed herself. The rec staff was nice and helpful. The computer games were fun as well. There is a nice store on property that has a good selections of snacks. The concierge staff were helpful in making our Sea world visit more fun. Free quick passes for the best rides, free bus transportation back and forth to Sea world. I believe there were other options for the other parks as well. Approximately one hour away is fabulous Cocoa Beach. Worth the drive. It's a lovely sandy Beach and the waves were fine for a child. She spent most of the time making friends and playing in the sand. The only problem was very minor. The bathtub cold water did not work. The tub was repaired that day and worked fine the rest of our stay.
Nice and very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Definately a recommend.
My first experience staying at a timeshare hotel. Very impressed with both the property/amenities and staff. Highly recommend.
Great hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was amazing, and I love the waterfall pool. Their gluten free pizza is great, too!
We are here now. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Staff is unkind, rooms dirty, floors bowing so your room door bumps over it and makes a horrible noise everytime you enter or exit. Off popular paths to get picked up or dropped off, workout center unclean, too few machines, never enough to actually use any, hours of pool, food, etc. are way too limited. Shuttle service is poor and you spend half yoyr vacation WAITING! We are Silver Hhonors members and we've never had this type of horrific experience with Hilton. I actually wanted to cry on this vacation.
Second time here! First time 2 bedroom suite with in laws, this time with husband in a studio. We enjoy this place.
The staff was great, great location. 8 to 20 minutes from most attractions, but not in the hustle of it. Across from SeaWorld. Many amenities on the grounds. I was not I formed that there was a large washers and dryers in building eight, which I think is very important. The restaurant at the facility is over priced and not that good. I do think they should update there rooms. We had to be moved from our room because of weak but they handled well and compensated for the trouble. The rooms were great. We would definitely go back. I highly recommend this location.
The rooms and property are absolutely wonderful. Updated feel and very comfortable.
So far the room has been nice and the staff very friendly. The only complaint is there was no shower curtain (handicap room) and no good place for towels to dry.
Everything is excellent, but unfortunately the guests in the next room smoked all night, and the smell of smoke passed to us through the door, which means that I and the child could not sleep with the second-hand smoke all night.
Service was great but the property is not as up to par as I would have expected.
The best place I have ever stayed. Very clean and the staff is excellent.
Unless you have a timeshare, don't stay there. Both rooms we had were infested with bugs and the walls were so thin.
Very disappointed in the checkout policy or better yet the way it was administered. I have been here dozens of times. This time when I asked for some extra time to check out I was told no due to heavy booking. Then the man told me , BUT if you pay $25 I could stay until noon. How convenient. Never coming back here or any Hilton again.
Please post this.
The hotels were awesome. You get to have your own kitchen, washer and etc. So many pools and lot of activities like ping pong will be visiting again
We stayed at this resort under a marketing promotion to attend their timeshare opportunity presentation; it was a 3 night stay at one of their resorts in exchange for a 2 hour sales pitch. We stayed in early August, during the high point in the season so the resort was very busy. It was me, my husband, and 2 kids that stayed here. I bought the fairly inexpensive marketing package a while ago and paid for a one bedroom upgrade later. The total cost was a little over $600, which is about right for a 3 night stay in a destination area. I will review this experience in two categories: facilities and staff/customer experience.
Facilities:
The resort itself is very nice. You drive on to the compound directly viewing the clubhouse with a circle drop off/pick up driveway. The club house has several ammenities and plenty of things to do, to include a piano room, movie theater, free DVD rentals, market place shop, kids activity center, fitness room - with a massage room, on-site restaurant and bar, business center, two pools, four hot tubes, and a waterfall. The compound has several buildings where residents have an option of studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom suites. The resort also had a entertainment concierge on site which provided free shuttle to several of the surrounding theme parks. We chose a one bedroom for our stay. The room is very nice with nice size kitchen, dining room, living area, large shower room, and this unit had its own set of washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a separate sink and tub with access to the balcony. We were very comfortable here, it was a nice escape after long days at the parks. The on-site restaurant was delicious, reasonably priced, and convenient. The bar had decent beverage options for both kids and adults alike. The resort made for a great family vacation.
Staff:
I felt it was necessary to distinguish between facilities and staff from the standpoint that each individually contributed to our experience. The facilities were wonderful but on the other hand we were disappointed by the staff and customer experience we encountered. The check in process was well intended by having several staff at the door checking off your name on their lists, but not really necessary as you still had to check in at the counter where they asked for your name again to find your reservation. The process was a little slow as the entry way was crowded with guests and only 3 people manning the desk. Once we checked in the hotel initiated a text system where the guests could interact with the staff for any reason to include getting entertainment and activity info (which we never got) or request items. Once we checked in we settled into our room and bought some basic essentials from the local Walmart (which I would not recommend). We called down to the front desk to get some extra pillows and blankets for our kids who were sleeping on the pull out couch. It took them 3 hours (11pm) to deliver the bedding. My husband called several times through out our 3 hour wait to determine if anyone was actually going to deliver them that night. The front desk just kept assuring us that some one was coming and that they were having staffing issues that night. We found a roach in the unit the next day and reported it. The front desk said they sent people to investigate at 10am, but that's false since we were still in the room.
The lack of leadership interaction, and poor staffing practices of false reporting of completed services is what warrants this place as 3.5 star rating. The facilities are wonderful which I would rate at 4 or 4.5 stars but management and customer experience is lacking.
Not impressed at all. U would think it's a Hilton resort so it should be too of the line?! It wasn't. The room smelled like a damp basement. The sheets had stains and the cover had holes!! The shower drain was clogged. Had to call the desk Wich they sent someone right away but u would think I'm a slow season they would keep up with the rooms and make sure they era well kept.. nope! The pool was ok the hot tub outside was filled with cigarette buds and like most we take our kids to enjoy so that was kind of disgusting. The only good part was the distance to SeaWorld, discovery cove and aquatica Wich is around the corner from it.
The Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld far exceeded my expectations. We are owners and have stayed at the other Orlando resorts but never this one...boy have we been missing out. The customer service from the very first phone call was fantastic! The staff members were patient and listened to my concerns, answered my questions and helped me select the perfect room for our stay. We had a one bedroom suite in The Warwick building. Our room was at the very top and in a corner away from noise, elevators and other guests...it was perfect for us!! The room was well decorated, tidy and ready when we arrived. The bathroom was not quite as fancy as Parc Soleil but it has been updated and we enjoyed the door less, walk in shower. We enjoyed our rooms balcony every morning as we sat outside and ate breakfast. This resort is close to several roads that stay busy around the clock so we were glad that we brought a floor fan b/c it blocked out the excess noise at night. The resort can't help their location so I am not counting that against them. The resort has a very nice store that carries anything you might need that you forgot at home plus, they had delicious Pizza and hand scooped Ice Cream. We ate more than we should have! There is also a nice pool side restaurant that serves a variety of menu items ranging from burgers to chicken to fish to steak. What sets this resort apart from the other Hilton Grands is the stunning pool. Oh my gosh I was in absolute heaven. There are two main pools with two hot tubs with one of those pools and hot tubs having an amazing waterfall accent. The waterfall was my most favorite I could sit and look at it all day and pretty much did. We were able to get two chairs underneath the fall everyday and it was pure perfection. We read our books, ate lunch, took naps, talked --- literally my happy place! The hot tub with the waterfall was really neat as well. We brought our towels and sat behind the water and the noise drowned out the surroundings and we just talked and talked. My heart is sad writing this post because I wish I was there right now! There are also several games located by the pool such as ping-pong, pool, shuffle board and a life size checker board. The activity staff has games and trivia throughout the day and movies at night. The fitness center is located beside the bathrooms and honestly it could use a few more pieces of equipment it was very clean but sparse. However, not counting off points b/c who works out on their vacation! As you can tell by now we absolutely loved our stay and we would come back in a heart beat!
Hilton Grand Vacations is a beautiful resort conveniently located across the street from Sea World and minutes from Universal and Disney. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely and their on-property dining locations are delicious! Their deli in particular has great food. This resort also has 2 beautiful heated pools and spas and there are several places to shop and dine that are very close. We truly enjoyed our vacation there and can't wait to stay again!
Loved our stay! Beautiful resort, peaceful nights and delicious food.
Fantastic hotel like setting, bought into their plan and look forward to many years of my association with Hilton.
I always have a wonderful time at the Hilton Grand Club.
Loved this place! Very nice accommodations. My girls did not want to leave! They said it felt just like home!
Beautiful, approximately 100 meters from the sea world this magnificent complex is located in a huge park with adjoining lake, surrounded by tropical palm trees and trails to walk around during the day, there are three swimming pools with whirlpools, bar, souvenir shop, gym, free renting movies, tennis courts, basketball, many promotions for guests, the rooms are spaziosissimi apartments equipped with every comfort, the price is the place.
Cool place. The suite sleeps at least 12. More then enough for our 6. Nice pool side area also.
The location was good but the hotel is not as good as a regular Hilton hotel. I would rather spend the same amount and stay at a Hilton hotel. I stayed 3 nights and the Hilton Grand vacations refused to clean my room after each night. Also, the rooms are significantly smaller than a Hilton room. The one nice perk was that they have a texting service where you can text the front desk to have questions answered or if you need anything rather than calling the front desk.
They have multiple pools on site. The rooms range from a studio, standard hotel room, to 2 and 3 bedrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking can be tight sometimes.
My experience great! The staff made my stay stress free. Thank you all.
Everything great, but people in hallway can easily be heard.
Poor guest relationship. Zombie staff & management. Not recommended.
