Best resort I have ever stayed at in my life! Amazing amenities, great recreation activities, and awesome food! All staff are engaging and accommodating, and looking out for guests to have the best experience possible

The grounds and units were beautiful, spacious and updated nicely, HOWEVER customer service is lacking severely!!!!! We checked in approximately 30 mins prior too the check in time of 4:00 p.m. only to be told that checkin starts at 4:00 and our room could not be guaranteed due to cleaning and sterilization of the room along with previous guest late check in. The young lady began to tell us that if we had plans that we could leave our bags on grounds and go and come back when our room was available. I explained to her that we had been traveling since 6:00, needed to shower/ freshen up prior to going anywhere. She then proceeds to tell us that we can use the showers in the pool area!!!!! Who does that? Like we re animals!!! Who rummages through their luggage in a supposed 4 star facility and showers and changes in the pool area?!!!! And for her to even suggest it was insulting and appalling. Then after we were notified and hour and a half later that our room was ready, we picked up the keys , proceeded to our unit , only to get there and they keys don t work , when they guaranteed us that they were fine. We called down to concierge to notify them and the response was well you can come back and get new keys. So after we have unpacked ALL of our luggage we re now supposed to pack it back up and trudge half way across the premises to get new keys???!!! I think not! I insisted that someone bring us new keys as THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT. Then to top it off, when we requested a late check out, it was denied. So it was ok for us to be inconvenienced with a previous guests late check out HOWEVER we could not be granted the same courtesy. And upon check out time. The entire facility was empty, literally everyone was leaving. There was a long line to CHECK OUT!!! So tell me again why we could not have a late check out?........ I will NEVER stay at this facility again and I do not recommend anyone s dog to stay here

Very pleasantly surprised with this stay and hotel!!! The initial security at the gate was very welcoming and helpful. The front desk staff was efficient. The room was excellent in every way. The tiki bar added an extra element of surprise and delight the drinks were awesome.

Just fyi to everyone you ll have to set aside an entire day to check into your hotel. We have never experienced this at any other hotel we ve ever stayed in. Pretty disappointing.

My family and I spent the last week at the Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld and loved it! Every single employee was super friendly and helpful. Seriously everyone was awesome!!! The resort was clean and took extra precautions to accommodate COVID protocol.

Staff is highly lacking customer service skills. We are Hilton diamond members and we re told that Hilton Honors has no status here (even though it s a Hilton property??) you can tell that they treat honors members very different from owners here. I was even told that I was only allowed one blanket per room even though I have an infant and toddler sleeping in separate cribs. Speechless. Very unfortunate as we liked the property but ended up switching to the Hilton Orlando just down the road. We liked it much better and the customer service was up to par with Hilton.

Was told on the phone concierge would help with sea world passes. Was greeted by a pushy saleswoman offering a discount on the tickets if I attended what was obviously a timeshare seminar for two hours.. when I declined she just kept saying how quick it was instead of just helping me get tickets. That isn t concierges. It gave a great looking place a cheap feeling before I even got to my room. Was given a handicapped shower without notification. Room felt muggy with temp set to 75. Would happily pay more per night to make up for whatever the place makes by having these pushy salesman in the lobby posing as concierge . Bottom line.. Hilton shouldn t have salesman in their lobby. Bad look.

The hotel was nice, but I did a Sea World/Discovery Cove package. Every time I tried to ask about my quick queue for Sea World I had a time share sales pitch instead. I had to go to a different hotel to get assistance with my package.

Rooms were clean, mostly comfortable. In room HVAC seemed unaffected by my efforts to change the temperature.

Perfect location for quality family vacations. We are longstanding members of the Hilton Vacations Club and enjoy the range of resort activities, member discounts on theme parks and the amenities offered--like the in house movie theater. Hilton quality keeps us coming back!

I have been a Hilton Honors and prior Grand Vacations member for 20 years, thought I would try again and signed up for a package to view their new resorts in Orlando, did not have specific dates in mind but had till the end of year to make a reservation.
I have been harrassed by HGV daily two to three times a day to make a choice on dates, have called to complain many times and they actually laugh and tell me that is their job to make me make a choice!

No longer, I will cancel my AMEX Hilton card, my HHonors account and all dealings with Hilton and go elsewhere if this is how they treat their lifelong customers!!

My advice is to stay away and try other resorts that actually value the customer.

Love, love, love, love it here!!! So much to do! Pool areas are great! Playground was shaded and visible at every angle, main pool had a beautiful fountain in the middle. Stayed every year the past 3 years and still love it! Recommend this place to anyone who wants a great suite and staying more than two nights. Its soo worth it! Always easy check-in and check-out, love the Security at the front, its a perfect location thats close to sea worldand other attractions...overall, if you can stay there, definitely stay there! If not, make sure you do at least once. You'll truly feel as though you're home away from home.

Well let's see where do I start! Ok so we arrived on January 3rd to check in around 130ish pm and they said we couldn't check in until 4pm, which was ok with me, my family and kids hung out by the pool in the meantime. Around 200pm my 4 yr old became nauseous and threw up on the pool deck. We cleaned it ourselves and took her out of the heat. In the meantime we asked the manager if theres anyway we could get the first available so my 4 yr old daughter could lay down and rest quietly. They said they would see what they could do they quickly accommodated us at 237pm because I still have the time stamped messages. That was great! The lady manager on duty totally took care of us. My 1 star rating would be for the night manager who's on duty now, at this moment. I went in to ask for a 1 hour check out which would be 11am he advised that he couldn't do anything, so I began to tell him how badly our vacation started and in the middle of my explanation the phone behind the lobby desk rang and the manager just picked up the phone and cut me off without saying excuse me or anything while he still had 2 other employees that were free to answer the phone because I was in the lobby at 1230am. I was the only person there. I came to this resort for a time share presentation which overall was pretty good the salesmen went above and beyond to help me become a future owner. THE SAD PART IS I WAS REALLY FOR SPENDING $55,000 FOR THE UP FRONT PURCHASE PRICE WHICH WOULD BE FINANCED OF COURSE BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PUT DOWN 10K FOR THE DOWNPAYMENT but the lack of customer service to help guests out so they can have a "GREAT EXPERIENCE with their family" which is what the hilton harps about is really start to change my mind, so I'm wondering if hilton knows of this rude night manager they have running their property which just cost them this guys salary. My 1 star rating is mainly for this managers lack of customer service. Everything else was great! Rooms are nice and clean. I wont be back at this resort or any hiltons definitely gonna go and look into the Marriott club.

Very lovely, staff was wonderful and the room was nice. Only problem we had was there was so much noise coming in from the front door. Anytime someone walked passed you could hear everything. The balcony was lovely and very private. Will definitely stay again.

I wanted to fully take the time out to leave a review an not just one star. First if your not memember i would not stay here. okay so there is a resort fee of 30.00 a night. not worth it. Also i booked my trip on hotwire with a one bedroom suit with a full kitchen. I get there an i have a studio. The confirmation number i get from hotwire and the resort is totally diffrent, they tell me that they are full an i can not get a one bedroom, but what i come to find out is that the memebers of the resorts are guranteed certain rooms so it didnt matter that i paid for a one bedroom i was not going to get it. secondly they had a one bedroom available because the woman helping the customer next to me said yes sir we have a one bedroom available and tomorrow we will put you in a two. My money is just as good as his but because he was a memember he got what he wanted. Fine. okay so i dealt with a young lady name Kiana she was truly a rebot i would never want to deal with a person like her again. you ever spoke to someone an its like they dont have a care in the world of what your talking about as if they are numb to people, well thats her. Okay so i did the tour of the place with a new guy name Sam, he is the worse person God ever created, he actually said one group of people is better than others, he actually said people like me that come to the resort for a week and do not own is not equal to the owners. He said the owners will be treated better than the so called renters. Sam need to be fired. I will never stay at a Hilton resort again the hotels yes. I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE THAT WANT TO STAY AT A RESORT TO PLEASE GO TO WESTGATE. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN EQUAL GO TO WESTGATE. Also westgate was booked so i thought the Hilton would be nice, big mistake.

This is our 5th trip to Orlando and our 2nd stay at SeaWorld. The facilities are great and the rooms are what your would expect from this franchise... the reason for the 4 stats and not 5 is that I have started in Tuscan village last year and that was slightly better.

The room is nice, though we were not able to get the floor/location we wanted even booking a year in advance. Also, after requesting a pack and play for our infant to sleep in, they said it would be right out. 2 hours of screaming baby later, it was finally delivered.

The room, service, and amenities are top notch. 3 pools, 5 hot tubs, all very clean. Landscaping/architecture is beautiful, modeled to look like Bermuda. Only complaint would be the water has a sulfer like odor, and the sales pitch to purchase a time share.

We felt very comfortable staying here this May, because we felt like they took every precaution to protect our family. This was our first stay away from home since Covid-19 and we could not have felt better. When we checked-in they walked us through all of the extra steps and cleaning processes they had used before our stay. When we arrived at the room, there was a security seal and every dish and utensil was in the dishwasher freshly washed and sanitized. There were sanitizers around the property and even travel packets in each of the bathrooms. By the pool, the chairs were spaced far apart, and we felt comfortable spending time there because we were not right next to other guests. All of the staff members we encountered were wearing masks and were friendly as always. I truly felt that they took every step they could to protect us, and made it an enjoyable trip away after so much time at home. You can see from my photos all the room we had and how well absolutely everything was executed! And you could see their smiles behind their masks!!!

Good location, it's a quiet place. Rooms are big and complete. Only cons is the check-in procces, when they "offer" (force you in change of the parking Card) a breakfast and discounts for a meeting to know the Hilton Rewards Club program, by a cost of $20,00.

Update: They have a $25 resort fee (discovered at check-out). Less stars because of that.

This is one of my wife and I favorite places to go in Orlando. Their customer service is off the charts! The accommodations, super excellent! The whole resort is beautiful. One of the most friendliest places you can visit in Orlando. This is our second time at this resort and it definitely won't be our last. My wife and I would like to thank the whole staff for making our stay a memorable one.
