Great family spot. Close amenities and entertainment. Lots of activities by the pool throughout the day/evening.

Great location, and things to do. The room is fantastic, service is great but there always seems to be a shortage of cabs coming to the hotel

The rooms were nice, bathroom items (towels, shower floor) looked dingey though, staff was really friendly and always looking to help. Pool was clean and sitting poolside at their restaurant was nice, umbrellas were out for shade. The appetizers there were just okay.

Rooms tidy and clean. Hotel staff was courteous. No complaints great day

This is my favorite hotel in Orlando. 3 heated pools, more hot tubs than I could count, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms. We had a blast. Will definitely stay again and again.

Recently stayed in a 2 BR unit. It's HUGE. Could easily fit 6 people. 2 full bath's, 1 with a big tub. The grounds were well maintained. The buildings did look a little run down, but not nearly enough to bother me. 2 huge pools (I think there was another one somewhere). 1 of the pools were heated. Hot tubs were great, and there were tons of chairs all around the pools.Staff were very friendly and the location is perfect. I would defiantly stay here again.

The staff at the sea world Hilton are phenomenal. They have been super friendly, very responsive to the text option for customer support and highly accommodating to the needs of everyone I knew that needed any accommodations.

Wonderful hotel. Great location for SeaWorld and Universal. The one bedroom suite was great for a family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed which was very helpful. Parking was also close and convenient! We would stay here again.

Location can't be beat! Walking distance to Sea World. Close to shopping, huge apartment style rooms with full kitchens. Lovely pool areas, tennis, basketball. Always something to keep the family entertained. Been here three different times and always a great experience!

We stayed here for one night. The room and grounds were nice. Room size for what we had was really big. Appliances in the kitchen were up to date. Room was cleaned to high standards.

Pros: cost, quality of the staff, room size, and location.
Minor con: construction around the hotel made it feel a little run down.

Pretty nice spot. Full kitchen, plenty of conformable beds, very modern layout with a huge HDTV, and lots of space. Only cons are minor: The parking lot had all kinds of stuff layed out that were blocking many of the spots, there was only one elevator per building, and the patio was a bit cramped. Overall a real good place to come back to if you're staying for longer than one night.

This is the second time we stay at this resort the 1st time was exceptional! This time we checked in and when we got the room it was hot someone had turned the heater on, the room did not appear dirty but housekeeping never check cabinet as there was food from other people still in the cabinets. We had to use the washer to clean some stuff on our first night there and it was broken! We called for maintenance and the man that came up was very nice however was unable to fix the washer only able to get us the ability to do one load for now, then possibly fix it the next day. Due to all of the above issues i am giving it 4 stars otherwise def a 5 Star.

We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was totally perfect. The entire facility was great, and within 20 minutes of all major attractions.

It's a nice property with good pools and amenities. Nice sized rooms. Really nice staff.

4 stars - I love the staff and resort. They are so accommodating and friendly, they even remembered us from years past! The pool is wonderful, activities every day for the little ones and adults, live music was on point and the activity center & movie theater are fantastic. The ONLY thing that I was disappointed with is the carpet in our rooms. Please, please - if you have crawling babies, ask for a room with hardwood floors only. The carpet is not visibly dirty, but it did stain my kiddos pants as she crawled around. Not a fluke as this is the second year it has happened. Otherwise I love it - we'll be back!

This was our first trip to Orlando and we had a great stay at this resort!

The room was spacious and clean and the location is central to most everything you would want to go to in Orlando.

We did not use it, but the pool looked spectac-ular as there was great facilities here.

One thing is that they try and push their timeshare sales on you. We were informed at check in about their 'presentation' and 'free' photo package that accompanied it. They also tried to call the room a number of times to push it again. Pro tip - Unplug the room phone!

We were just visiting friends but it is s beautiful property.

This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are all well maintained and upkept, and are modern and inviting. The employees are amazingly helpful and friendly, and truly seem as if they care about your stay at their hotel. The common pool areas are well upkept and so great for kids and adults alike. The on-site cafe is delicious and great for a bite and a drink while relaxing at the pool. The deli and store has amazing food and is perfect for some of the little things you don't want to run out to get. This hotel is amazing and I always look forward to staying here.

Nice pool area, restaurant / bar served well prepared food at a reasonable charge. Happy hour had $5 craft beer and drink specials.
Lots of activities and movies every night. Staff gave excellent service and they were very friendly.
Only drawback was our room or more specifically the bathroom.
Very poor layout, no area around sink to place toiletries. We were in a studio and it was comfortable.
Bed and bed linens were very comfortable.

Kept trying to sell me a time share. Did it as soon as I checked in, left message on phone that night, called again at 8:30 next day.

It is an older property and unfortunately very noisy, at least in the rooms we had 2111 and 2112.

Ok but really long wait time at check in. Staff made some mistakes but gave me a credit to make up for it. Would return again.

We are owners at Hilton Grand Vacations Club and this location is our favorite in Orlando. Easy access to highways without the traffic of some of the other hotel spots on International Drive.

My husband and I love this resort! Friendly staff, fun poolside events, and great food and drinks!

Love coming over here for periodic short (3 night) get-aways whenever possible. We try to book 'studio' size to maximize point usage. Always have a good time. Great service, super pool(s), convenient to attractions! Sorry it's time to leave already....

Love the place, a classy but lowkey area. Personnel are very accommodating. They make sure everything is taken care of. Love the game and party ion the pool!

Great resorts they just bug you and bug you about the timeshare offers

My family of 10 stayed here for a week and it was awesome! We had two rooms next to each other. Was a little disappointing to have to check in later than anticipated - as they hadn t already accommodated is together. The apartments were well equipped, and close to the theme parks. Although a little dark we were hardly in them and made use of the almost new bbq areas and the great pool area. Loads of entertainment for adults and kids and the fitness centre is a plus! Would definitely recommend

Loved it! The guard at the guard gate, Brooke, Justin and Cash...Thank you all, you guys are great and Brooke checked in on us our entire stay to make sure we were good. The suites have everything you need, love the space, especially the tubs ( wish I could take them home with me) Loved that SeaWorld was right across the street, the pool the jacuzzi, everything was wonderful, will definitely be staying again.

This place is phenomenal. Right now with covid they don't have any complimentary breakfast or activities center but they do have a variety of water activities including like 3 regular pools, 2 water fall pools, hot tubs, 1ft tall baby pools and a splash zone. Very cool. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook lots of meals while we were there and they had nightly food trucks which was a very fun touch!

We've been vacationing here for over 20 years. Each year gets better and better! Love the place!

This place is Awesome!!! All the staff was super friendly & personable ... The pools were amazing!!! Loved the waterfall!!! Restaurant food was really good!!! Very tasty!!!

Great vacation rental. Staff are great hosts. We had one bad morning we lost some important things, Mike, a concierge staff, took us to the store so we didn't have to walk. I really appreciate the beautiful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was delicious, we ate several of our meals here. Great place I highly recommend!

One of the original and older resorts in Orlando, but it's nice and the pools are great. There's a market at the resort and the units are nice with screened in decks. The location in relation to SeaWorld is fantastic and even in relation to Disney properties.

Stayed as a guest of a time share owner. Excellent amenities, full kitchen and large bedrooms. Multiple heated pools and hot tubs. Balconies in each bedroom. Close to Sea World. Workout facility could use improvement.

In a COVID19 era the hotel has done a great job of putting in procedures to keep you safe. I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open as the poolside service is typically great here but I understand why.

The rooms are newly renovated and are we felt very much at home. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful resort. The staff is friendly. The room is beautiful and perfect. The bar has Bermuda hour everyday from 3-6pm. The drinks are sooooo goood!!! The pools water is nice and cool. The Gazebo is over a little pond and has some alligators and turtles. Some giant Carp too. I think I found my forever vacation spot. I didnt have to leave for anything.

Ill equiped to handle the number of guests at check in for the holiday weekend. Also very thin walls, too easy to hear surrounding guests. The other grand vacation properties in the area are far better!

This hotel is in an ideal location for a lit of things. SeaWorld, Aquatica, Disney, good restaurants and shopping centers are close by. The facility was very clean inside/outside.
I liked my room alot, especially that there was a sink, refrigerator, and a stove.
Although a lot of the outlets weren't working and one of the lamps seemed to be broken ( prior to me), those weren't deal breakers to me.
I also had a patio with my room. It looked like an apartment, it was so nice.
If money was an option, kids would still have a good time because there were many activities on-site. My daughter ( age 7)really enjoyed our 4 days/3 nights stay.

Overall great experience here. The service desk was absolutely outstanding and the bellhops were helpful. Staff quickly took care of any questions we had. And our rooms were neat and clean. It's a pool and exercise room where awesome. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stay here over and over again. We were just here a few months ago. The staff is great. The rooms are always to a Hilton standard and my kids love all the activities. This trip we arent even leaving the hotel.

Rooms were decent. Pool area is very Orlando which is not a bad thing. Great atmosphere overall. Customer service at check in was super slow, they only had one person for like 8 people it was hectic and then the sales person trying to get you to buy a year of parking

Loved every bit this place!
King suite... exceptional from every standpoint, and very very spacious.
The lighting was ample and warm... no harsh florescents over the sink, thank you.
Staff was excellent, as was the property. You're doing all the right things!
Can't wait to come back, especially once the restaurant opens.

Nice facilities. The pool areas were nice, well-stocked with towels, and plenty of areas to stretch out and enjoy the sun. My kids loved the kiddie pool area and the movie rental kiosks. Check in was a breeze and the front staff members were cordial. Cons: There was a huge roach in the room's iron water reservoir (dead), the bathroom sink was clogged, and there were bugs/gnats flying around the room and in the microwave.
