Very comfortable rooms spacious and well kept. Ideal for all kinds of stay. I was able to prepare the meal pictured below as all the necessary utensils were available. Staff courteous, friendly and very accommodating.

This is a great location in Orlando. We weren't going to SeaWorld, but stayed here because they had 3 bedroom condos available for my whole family to stay in. The resort is pretty. 2 pools on the property...thought it's a pretty far walk from most of the condos. We never had a chance to check them out, but the front one looked nice from the lobby. My only 2 issues were...
1. the room smelled like chemicals. We tried to air it out when we first got there, but it didn't matter because every time we closed everything up and left it would smell again when we got back.
2. Check out is at 10am....at 9:30am housekeeping was ringing the doorbell asking when we are planning to leave. I happened to be taking my suitcase down to the car right as she rang it so when i opened it I told her we were just getting started loading the car. I walked down to my car and while I was putting my suitcase in the car SHE RANG THE DOORBELL AGAIN! She again asked if we were done yet! Not even 10 minutes later! We told her no, but we will be out in the next 20 minutes....by the 10 am checkout time. SO she then STOOD OUTSIDE THE DOOR and watched us take everything down to the car and KEPT ASKING IF WE WERE DONE YET for 20 minutes! I was fit to be tied at that point.
We are HGV owners. It's already obnoxious enough that when you become owners they WILL NO LONGER clean your room for you during a short stay, but then to be hounded by the cleaning staff to get out was not ok. When we tried to tell the front desk they seem uninterested in hearing our complaint, BUT I am hoping SOMETHING will be communicated about that.
I would still recommend this resort in spite of bad taste it left in my mouth upon departure.

Arrived for a 4:00 pm checking at 6:00 and no rooms were ready. Checked in given blank keys which would have to be activated later. Told I would receive a text when the room was ready. Went to dinner and did not receive a text. Called at 9:30 pm and told room was ready. No explanation for why no text was sent. Music blaring loudly in the registration area to the point I couldn t hear the person talking to me. Our room is far away from the pool so we drive over to it. So far Hilton Grand Vacations has not been at great experience.

Free stay with a 2 hour sales pitch for time shares...scheduled tomorrow. The 2 bedroom suite is clean and super convenient for a larger family. The full kitchen is awesome for anyone on a budget.

This Hilton is close to SeaWorld. Also Guard gated resort, with spectacular swimming pools and included amenities. Rooms are spacious and staff is really friendly. Would recommend for Disney World/SeaWorld/Universal all in one type of trips.

Rooms well stocked, lovely staff, and lots of things just inside the resort to do besides the surrounding parks. The resort is also in a more or less walking distance to SeaWorld if you have you have time to go. Staying here is one of the best options in Orlando.

My family stayed at this location for a week. The employees were mediocre. A few were helpful when it came to giving directions while others seemed bothered if you asked a simple question. We opted out of room cleaning but would request new towels every few days. Whenever someone brought new towels, they just threw them in front of our outside door. We asked them to take the dirty towels and they acted as though it was a bother to ask them to do that.

We also had an issue during check in. When we booked, we told the reservationist that we would be arriving very early in the morning and requested an early check-in. She informed us that would not be an issue as long as it was after midnight and there was a room available. We arrived around 2 AM and were not accommodated. In fact, we had to pay extra to avoid having to sleep in our vehicle even though our room was available. The associate that checked us in directed us to call the HGVC customer service phone number and they would be able to accommodate us by providing a refund. We tried calling 4 times and each time, after giving the customer service agent the full background, the call mysteriously hung up. No one called us back to follow up and to see if our issue was resolved. Furthermore, we received a text survey while there, in which we told the person we were not satisfied with our stay due to the situation. The resort responded that someone would be in touch. We have yet to receive a call from anyone. This was over 2 weeks ago. I would NOT recommend this location or any of HGVC properties for that matter.

The rooms have clearly been recently renovated & are at an excellent standard. There is still ongoing maintenance & renovations which is good to see they aren't sitting on their laurels. The staff are fantastic, proactive & friendly. The layout of the buildings doesn't work the best in some locations so beware where you're located. The (small) Parrish pool never had its bar open which seemed a great shame. I would choose HGVC Tuscany over this resort, but this is fine if not available.

5-27-19 - The Hilton Resort was all that and more. Often times people stay and are rarely in their rooms, but the first day, and each day we were happy to be there. From the staff, room, amenities, service, courteous security, golf cart drivers, and more. On-site movie theater, shuttles to your room, swimming pool with rain/waterfall feature, fitness center, movie rental, eating, TVs in each room and common area, DVD player, and more. Not like your normal stay, and you hear people outside, or running around, none of that. We met many of the friendly patrons, no noise, and had a great time. We ended up shopping near by the first night and ate dinner and breakfast in our room. We ate breakfast on the screened in porch. They provide cooking and eating utensils. If purchase food, remember to get the little things needed like oil, aluminum foil, etc. We spent a good bit of the next day in our room, and on cue later that day, the cleaning personnel came by and took care of everything. You can purchase tickets from the resort, get discounts, directions, suggestions and more. We didn't attend the enlightening seminars, and each day we went out was different and long, and we could hardly wait to get back to our home base. The movie theater was nice, and they played up to date movies twice a night. A monthly calendar was posted in each area. If you go there and go out, keep in mind, if you eat out many of the restaurants close between 9:30 and 10 PM, and if you stay out too late, you may miss out on prime parking spaces. If you stay here you may not want to go out. We wanted to stay an extra day, after being there, but they were booked solid. Next time...

First, off the front desk clerk had a straight up attitude about masks in a state where the law doesn't require them. It was his tone that had me ready to cancel after driving 8 hours. Second, the entire "dining" experience is poor adult beverages and cafeteria food for three times the price. Third, we had to argue with security with three other families when the sign literally on the hot tub said closes at eleven and we were promptly removed at 10. Fourth, the building we were put in which was a 1200 Sq ft suite and the entire building had no ice machine, no vending for water and the tap literally smelled like sewage. I seriously feel like I paid way way to much for a super 8 motel with some paint slapped on and new name. Never ever again will I visit this atrocity. Oh yeah and on the 6th floor with the elevator broken and when I open the door we are st the trash shoot so you literally open thedoor to piles of garbage...... fun times.

I stayed for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The front desk sent balloons and candy before I settled in. I felt so special that after checkout I called the manager to compliment on what her employee did for me. It was very nice. . Here's 5 more stars!

Very good

Most comfortable living we've ever had outside of home ! 2 bedroom huge jacuzzi tub a bit much but 2 full baths screened in porch and full kitchen awesome! The beds were the the best! Clean no hassle getting toiletries and central to everything! Waterfall pool my fave!

we opted not to buy in to the timeshare and if you do, please note that legally you only have a limited time to cancel if you change your mind.

With a full lobby, waiting to check in (which is not a big deal when super busy) we were offered a top floor, but had to wait for it. Granted they have to clean and pass inspection like most hotels. We were not informed it would be a 3 and a half hour wait 445pm to 830pm. With an 8 month old this is not only inconsiderate but down right rude! It s a horrible unwelcoming start to a family vacation. To top it all off the grandparents who are the ones who own a time share with Hilton were not given any kind of reassuring answer. That is NOT customer service! We went from the top floor with a view to first floor. Again thank you Hilton for a horrible start to mine and my kids first Florida vacation!

Beautiful property. No great amenities, you have to pay for everything. I've called several times over the course of a week trying to get a copy of my receipt. No one seems to be able to email my receipt. I never received back the pre-authorized $100 for incidentals. Most of the staff were rude and not knowledgeable about billing questions. Refrigerator had a broken door handle, I called the FD and no one came to repair. I wouldn't recommend because I think they have more guests than the staff can handle. I'm still waiting on my $100 and my receipt.

The property needs to improove some details with the elevators not working, paint on walls, vacuum the carpets in front of guest rooms and they need to trate their employees better and take action when they report any damage on property to Improove the salt score, they also need to greet more and make their guest feels like they're having the best time of their life. Other than that the rooms looks good and clean to be honest (;

This is such a cool hotel it has awesome accommodations including three pools and shuttle buses to each of the major Orlando theme parks such as Disney World SeaWorld Aquatica Universal discovery and Treasure Island I would highly recommend this hotel

Terrible customer service. Horrible checkin experience with long waits. Confusing and slow process to pickup overnight parcels. Great one bedroom suites. Awesome bar and restaurant for food to go or casual pool side dining. But the front office, checkin, obnoxious time share phone calls on my cell phone, were beyond bad. Also, the room i had was next to the parking lot--with late night returners from the park. If you can avoid the front desk you can certainly enjoy a great property with luxury one bedroom apartments with washer and dryers. Late checkout fee charged for noon checkout. Convenient to many locations--but with all the options in the area--would probably not go back again.

Water takes like swamp water and smells like sewage, so you stink after bathing and have to buy bottled water. The mattress is so thin as to feel non-existent. The system is confused. We went through 3 layers of security to finally be told we needed another Uber to get to the correct resort. Only good thing is the staff are wonderful and service awesome. However, buying from their store costs 2-4 times the local economy.

Worst vacation ever at this place. We had paid for our hotel room before the trip. At check-in, front desk couldn t find the reservation and demanded we pay a second time. Zero customer service. After speaking to a manager was given a $100 resort credit for the trouble. Wish we had left the hotel at this point. Our room was literally the last building on the property. We had two small children and no car, not easy to get back to the main building for any activity. At check out, we did not have a resort credit on our account. It was supposed to have been corrected, upon returning home today, we still had the charges on our account and did not get the credit. This is the first and last time my family will stay in a Hilton.

Everything was absolutely perfect about this place. The pools were gorgeous, the employees were so nice, and the room was really nice. The huge huge draw back was the insanely uncomfortable bed. It was like a dang piece of plywood. Oh, and for some reason they decided to call at 8am on the door to ask if I needed anything.

A solid 4.5 star experience. While we didn't use a lot of the available entertainment options onsite we found the room to be spotlessly clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The kitchen was well appointed and user-friendly. Internet was easily accessed and fast.
While not as close as we wanted to be to Disney it was still a manageable distance (20 minutes).
If your vacation plans only include Sea World you're in the perfect spot.
The only downside was the (in my opinion) the price of the accommodations....but you get what you pay for.

The room itself was spacious and clean. I did not like how you had to walk outside from building to building. Especially when it is raining. Every time I had to deal with the front desk the service was horrible. Concierge was rude. Bell person called a cab to get me to the airport and it was a 10 passenger van for just myself which the bell person knew and my cab ride cost $65 compared to my ride from the airport to the hotel for $35. I also did not like the resort did not offer room service or a variety of places to dine. I would not stay at this resort again.

This hotel is Beautiful! I love how each "parish" is named after a parish in Bermuda. The resort is massive, so it would take quite a while to walk everywhere but, guess what? You can call for a bell hop and within w minutes, you've got a ride on a golf cart to where ever you need to go within the resort. Our room has a full kitchen and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. And when I say "full kitchen", I mean ALL the utensils, full knife set, beautiful dishes, good cookware. They really put the comforts of home into this place. I would say that although childreb are welcome, it's more of an adult-centered environment. There are 3 pools and a playground so there is stuff to do for kids. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and plan to retuen sans children.

Loved our stay at Hilton Grand by SeaWorld ! Lots of fun activities around the pool for the kids. SeaWorld is literally across the road, saved on parking!!! Our room had all the amenities and was a lovely space to unwind from the day. We had a great vacation!

Huge gated community for HGV owners and guests. Diverse pool with waterfalls, hot tub, pools and shaded areas to visit. Poolside bar is full service and has bar food. We enjoyed the gyro. Spacious 1 bedroom suite with soaking tub and separate stand up shower. Large living room and kitchen.

Struggled with check in. Had to wait hours while "owners" walked right in. Too big for my liking but there are plenty of things to do here. Grounds are so spread out but they are beautiful. Will not stay here ever again but for a large family it would be ok.
