It's a very nice place. Good location. Parking spots very tight.

I stay here every time I'm in town for a conference. Clean rooms, polite staff, and good location.

Nice accommodations and extremely friendly staff. Especially the security guard at the gate.

We have been this hotel before, we loved it. But not this time. It s supposed to be 400 square feet when we booked. But when we checked in. The room is tiny, you felt you can t even breathe. I don t think no one wants this room, somehow they screwed up our room. The bath room without the cabinet, we don t have the place to put stuff on. This is absolutely a motel, not the hotel. We drove from Maryland to here, we were death tired, we didn t want to make any arguments for changing our room. It s said with the kitchen, but it turned out the tiny sink with the microwave like that! That s really bad experience!

It might be a better stay after the corona is over, but there were several things that were not open, no restaurant, no bars, no transportation...
Room service only came one during the week stay.
We stayed here because it said it had a shuttle to seaworld and it wasn t running... then we asked the desk if they knew anything about the bus schedule and they had no information either... then the next day after we walked over to seaworld they said seaworld had free parking for guest... other than the no restaurants, no bars, no transportation... the pools were a great way to cool off... even the hot tubs were cold.

The first floor rooms were handicap accessible...which would be great for someone that required those amenities.. but for someone on vacation the bathroom floor gets completely soaked after showering...

My expectations were exceeded!
We stayed in a 3BR for 11 nights at HGVC SeaWorld. Every staff member who we encountered could not have been more helpful, accommodating and super pleasant.
Even with the Covid guidelines in place we were never inconvenienced. Our room and surrounding areas very clean.
I would be the first person to give a poor rating if unhappy with our reservation but I do feel praise is just as important for a job well done. This was by far the BEST stay we have had with HGVC, and we have been owners since 2008. From the gatekeepers , front desk, pool staff, market/gift shop, housekeeping, groundskeepers, a big THANK YOU for a job well done.

We just checked in and it seems fabulous. Beautiful pools, nice restaurant, the lady atty thre check in was so helpful and friendly.

The staff was amazing and everything was top notch. Well the coffee packets in the rooms was weak coffee but that was the worst detail. It even rained so hard while there the piol bar nearly flooded and I still lived it. The shuffle board courts were great and the multiple pools were perfect.

Rooms are spacious and resort is very nice. Lots of options, close to SeaWorld.

First of all, let me just say this, I am a HGV club owner and I always stay at this resort without issue. I gave it three stars after staying there for 8 night due to a few things. First was our noisy upper neighbors and the ones next to us. I also found out our master bedroom was right behind the electrical room As well, so it was super noisy. My bed fell hard as a rock, which is so not typical of Hilton. Finally, my daughter and I both fell in the bathroom due to the lack of the ventilation fan working. We are both okay, but just had to lay down more towels and keep the doors cracked to let the hot steam out. We even decided to upgrade with HGVC during this trip. I wish we had a better experience, but that was not the case this vacation. I will say one thing, we love the staff and the kind gesture they made to my daughter for her birthday. Your wonderful staff is what makes us come back year after year.

I stayed at this location for 3 nights. The room was comfortable, although a bit cold despite being 80 degrees outside (and I turned off the A/C). We could also hear everything happening in the room next to us. The water tasted and smelled a bit funny, but I got free bottled water as a Hilton Honors member, so I just avoided drinking the tap water. The set-up is great for families with kids. The restaurant opens to the pool and a movie screen that played family-friendly movies every night. The food was decent but a bit overpriced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to families with children who are visiting Sea World or Universal Studios.

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed at here in Orlando. It says a lot since we have come 4 times now and only stay here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff is so friendly. The food and the restaurant is so good. It is close to seaward and discovery Cove. We love this hotel and plan to come back.

The check in process is extremely slow, hence the 4 star. However after that everything is smooth sailing. It's a nice place, affordable, plenty of options, close to the parks, and a great place to stay. We have stayed there 3 times, and it's nice. If they fix check in to be reasonable, gladly will issue 5 stars. It took us 23 minutes, they had 2 stations open.

The grounds were beautiful and the pool area was amazing. Bar and grille, activities for kids and adults. The rooms were updated and modern. We had a king bed suite but it just had a fridge sink and microwave. Although aesthetically pleasing the bathroom was very small and awkwardly laid out. Housekeeping came very late in the day every day and only made the bed and brought towels. It was NOT cleaned which for anything with the name Hilton associated with it was disappointing! The towels were Amazing! In room coffee gone on day 3 of a 1 week stay and not refilled. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I think I would stay here again because the location was perfect for our event and a good value. Very pretty place but don t expect perfect housekeeping here.

The resort has everything a family needs for their vacation pleasure. Rooms are spacious. The amenities are great. The resort is in a great location.

We reserved the hotel because it was the only decent hotel in Dade City. We would reserve it again because it was as nice as we expected, but especially because the staff members were all so friendly and helpful.

WiFi sucks in the guestrooms
I asked for extra bedding and it never arrived.
The playground was unavailable the entire time we were there.
The bartender at the pool ignores "some" customers and is hyper attentive to "others."
Pool side service is severely understaffed.

The rooms were clean, the front desk and the front gate staff were very nice. One of the guys in the deli gave me a free coffee! Who doesn't love free coffee!!!? If it wasn't for these items this place would have received one star.

Excellent resort with amazing amenities. Extremely clean public areas with ample seating. The 2 bedroom rooms are large with a kitchen and living room. Great poolside activities, games and large checker board floor game. Awesome kiddy pool, hot tub and live music on Saturday night.

Posted check-in time is 4pm. We waited hours for our room to finally be ready around 7pm. We inquired several times regarding the status of our room during this time, only to be lied to/given the runaround about why our room was not yet ready; they also could not provide an estimated time our room would be ready (how do you not have any idea?). Check-out time is early (10am) - this should provide ample time to have rooms ready by 4pm. By reading other reviews, the delayed check-in seems to be a theme at this resort. Front desk staff and management are less than empathetic; excuses instead of sincere apologies are given. When we finally did get to our room, it had a strong chemical/borderline caustic smell as if the room had been fumigated for pests. The chemical smell was so overwhelming, it caused everyone in the family to feel physically ill. We attempted to air our our room the remainder of the time. We are Hilton Diamond members but this stay has us seriously considering taking our loyalty to a different hotel chain. The level of service we have received here is par with what would be expected at a Motel 6, honestly. From our family to yours, highly recommend staying elsewhere.

The water smells like sewer I will not be staying here again

Pool is big and great for kids. Playground is a plus. Poolside restaurant is mediocre at best, slow service. Starbucks coffee at little store is pitiful and expensive. Rooms are fairly roomy, but decor is in desperate need of an upgrade. Status of carpets a bit questionable.

As well as being close to the sea world, it is convenient to go where.

A great place to go. Highly recommended. Good food, drinks, and atmosphere. It may or may not be haunted in the attic.

Very nice landscaping on the outside and the rooms have everything you need. Great for a family or romantic getaway.

Awesome service! Located convenient to pretty much everything. Enjoyed the floorplan of our 2 bedroom. Not a five star rating because we did come to find out our floor was making our feet dirty. But the manager was good about asking how everything was via text.(Which was cool because it kinda takes the awkwardness out of the conversation.) Got it taken care of before we returned from Disney. Literally everything else is exactly what you should expect from the resort life. Let the world disappear and let Hilton handle the rest. I always hate leaving.

It is a wonderful place for big and small. It has 4 whirlpools (1 with artificial waterfall), 2 pools (1 with artificial waterfall). 1 billiard table tennis / ping pong plate. Kinderparadise and playground, free movie rental, computer and the shuttle is almost everywhere.

I stayed in the Hilton SeaWorld as part of a Grand Vacation Club presentation promotion, and my family and I had a great time. The resort was very nice, and the room we stayed in was beautiful and overlooked the pool. The resort is a short walk from SeaWorld, or a short drive from the other parks. The staff were also all very kind; the attractions desk will give you a free QuickQueue for every person in your room!

My only complaint was that many of the electrical outlets in our room seemed faulty or outright broken. Just a maintenance concern, but annoying nonetheless.

Overall, a great stay and a beautiful resort!

Location was right next to SeaWorld and minutes from strip malls and shopping plazas. I had a 2 bed room suite complete with washer/dryer and an AH-MAZING soaking tub. The pools were GORGEOUS I only wish they streamline the check in process. It felt a bit all over the place but I could have just been super anxious to jump in the water!

PROS: A/C works, beds are comfortable, we enjoyed one of the many small hot tubs in the pool area. Friendly bus boys, staff is extremely friendly.

CONS: As we opened the door into our room, we found our room smelled of mildew. After buying Ozium to mask the air, we found dirty dishes in the cupboards of our kitchenette. Freezer doesn t freeze very well. Tub didn t drain. Water took awhile to warm up and also smelled like sewer. Lack of parking and people just parking in the middle of the road causes stress for guests who are trying to park the right way.

Also on this post, we were given about a roll and a quarter of TP in a pandemic, and have asked front desk to please bring us more not once, not twice, but three times, it s been 12 hours and it still hasn t shown up.

Very nice room with comfortable beds, huge pool,and a beautiful lake. The only complaint is that I opened a soap bar box and it was dirty. The staff quickly got us new toiletries so this problem was remedied. It's location is great close to sea world and other fun attractions.

This place is bunk. Do not stay here. Only nice feature is the pool and it was loud and they were playing some weird trivia game over Elton Johns Can You Feel The Love like it was some corny amusement park. Studio apartment is the size of a walk in closet. No room service or amenities I was told by guest services that this location is not the same as a regular Hilton Hotel and those services aren t provided. Water is hard and harsh on the skin (my eyes are burning as I write this message). The location looks like a bad university dormitory. I love staying at Hilton just not this one.

Overall, Hilton Grand Vacations is an incredibly SHADY deal, and if you decide to stay after you read this you can t say I didn t tell you so. I did get a good deal but considering flight, food, car rental, ect I d have just as much fun going literally anywhere else and I wouldn t have to be stuck in Orlando at this Hilton.

Clean, newly remodeled, pool was great. It was cold out and the heat worked good in the condo, and the pool was warm and the water falls were still going (so great), comfortable place to vacation. This was my 4 time there, will be back.

Accommodations are perfect as they are close to many of the theme parks not to mention they have many facilities that will make you think twice in leaving the grounds, such as sporting facilities (tennis courts, basketball and etc.), a wonderful lake, and activities for children. Rooms are well contained and featured to make the your stay a home away from home.

AWFUL costumer service. Pipe burst at 1:30 in the morning and made us transfer up 6 floors to a different room with no assistance. You'd think they'd upgrade us or offer some sort of extension but nope. Still had to check out the next morning with no extension. Unbelievable. They don't even bring towels to your room

I would have given 5 stars if not for the daily timeshare harassment. You WILL be pressured into going to a timeshare presentation. I expressed my absolute unwillingness to be involved before my stay when I received an unsolicited phone call, then again at check in (I had to speak to these people In order to get my parking pass), and then daily phone calls until I finally complained formally. I will not be back.

Rooms are awsome. Feels like home. Big tvs. They kind of hound you to do a time share presentation.

Check in took awhile, desk staff was not clear on room options. We were asked to attend a timeshare owner meeting four time, and each time we declined. Food was good, but overpriced. Worst part was our room, which was next to the boiler room. It sounded like a semi truck was reving it s engine up and down none stop. I can t even believe they would put someone next to this noise, which was constant. We are Hilton Grand Vacation owners, and never had such a poor experience as this.

We went to the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites at Sea World for our honeymoon in July 2013!! It was fantastic!!!! There was nothing there that we could complain about! It was the perfect location, the staff members were respectful, and very friendly! The pools were amazing, the room itself was very very clean, and whenever we needed anything it was to our room within 5 minutes or less... and if we had questions they were immediately answered. We will be returning there! It was beautiful! The only thing that I would change is the time the pool(s) close. I don't understand that if there are no lifeguards present in the first place... why the pools close at 11:00? I could understand for children or teenagers, but for adults I was confused on that! But overall it was great!

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. The 1 bedroom suite we stayed in located in the Smith building was great. Nice size, great water pressure, pretty clean compared to a lot of other hotels, etc. They have shuttles and golf cart drivers to take you around the property which is very helpful. We enjoyed our time at both pools and the waterfall over the hot tub is a nice touch. We also played shuffle board and used their free DVD service. The reasons I rated 4 stars instead of 5 are 1) the Coral Reef Bar and Grille had watered down drinks that were not worth the money and there was an issue with our bill which I thankfully caught before we left the property, 2) the shuttles don t have automatic doors so the driver had to ask us to close the door which was annoying, and 3) for the prices charged by the hotel, they could offer a little bit more such as complimentary pool balls/games. When we asked for a beach ball to play with, we were told we could buy one. That was a real smh moment.

We had a blast. We will return. Staff, room, hotel was great. We purchased Hilton timeshare.

Loved my stay. From my experience, I stayed in one of the two newest building, but all were seemingly beyond adequate. The room was very nice and these must be the most comfortable beds that I've ever slept in. The pools are amazing, you've got to see them for yourself. The downside is the vending is somewhat lacking after hours, would be better if the machines accepted cards; so no real issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pools are great. Overall, the staff was friendly.

You should note it is a timeshare location. If you do not own one of their timeshares and are a Hilton Honors member, you will be asked to sit in on one of their presentations. They initially ask you to participate by calling it a "welcome gift". Although, you are told it's a 90 minute presentation, it's actually 2 hours. The free meal provided is either a yogurt and donuts or a hot dog.

My sister & husband vacationed there from NY. The room was very nice and tastefully decorated. The balcony view was a bonus!!!

Relatively close to SeaWorld, providing shuttle service at lobby. Rooms are outdoor facing, "non-indoor hallway" like, security is all over the place, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on how you feel about that. We stayed at a 2bd room villa kitchen/dining living room are acceptable size - separating the master suite from the 2nd bedroom. Master sports a king bed with hot tub and unusually small walk-in shower (no door or curtain) double vanity sinks and balcany access (shared with living room) 2nd bedroom is a typical hotel room with standard amenities, small kitchenette and mini fridge. I'm docking down 1 star because I reserved the rooms 2 months ahead of time and kept calling to request 2 queens in secondary bedroom and upon check-in was not informed about the change back to a king.. I didn't even bother to complain because we settled for pull out couch in living room (which wasn't as comfy as a full queen bed)
