Had a very bad experience with the front desk staff, unfortunately it ruined the stay for us.

Quality of the rooms is wonderful, comfy beds and good amenities. The room suite did not have desks which was a little strange. beautiful pools and spas, location is close to many attractions.
We enjoyed our stay! The only draw back to vacationing in a time share is there is no bell service if you don't stay in the main building. There was no luggage trolley available either. The availability of rides via golf cart by staff was good. I stayed in a one bedroom with a full kitchen. This particular location was situated close to just about everything or easy access. We drove our own car, so I can't comment on accessibility to entertainment via other modes of transportation.
Shower had some mold in it. Room stayed in did not look like the pics on the site. Well maintained property. Clean pool. Overall good experience. :)
Had issue with room after first night, called the desk and they took care of it immediately. Very happy with the service.
This HGV is right across from SeaWorld, so you could easily walk over to save on parking. It's also a partner hotel with SeaWorld, so be sure to ask Concierge about discounts on tickets, meal plans, and possible free QuickQueue tickets! The kids loved the heated pool and basketball court, and the free DVD rentals on property too! The units had plenty of space for all of us and the beds are super comfy. We've always had a good stay at all of the HGV properties we've been to. We'll definitely be back!
Check in rep was very helpful. Rooms are 3-star. Food leaves much to be desired
Pool deck with Billy was amazing, superb talent for entertaining my son and def was the best balloon hat maker ever
Great location with many amenities and wonderful staff
Excellent services, lots of on-site activities and shuttles to nearby parks.
Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at SeaWorld. The Best Resort in Orlando near Sea World . Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at SeaWorld proviide 24/7 Taxi service to from Orlando International Airport MCO.
I have stayed at many hotels never had an issue. While staying here in minutes of me going down to my car to put my things in someone went into my room and grabbed my things from my bed and crumbled them into the corner of a closet. I also misplaced my phone and was very nervous looking for it,there was a housekeeper close by cleaning i asked her if she had been in my room she replied no, to fast foward this ridiculousness this lady insulte me and was threatening me because i lifted a towel of the housekeeping cart looking for my things. If my things were there or not her attitude amd way of handling this situation was so uncalled for! I will never come again or recommend it as the housekeeper said im not white enough! Wow
The resort is absolutely amazing along with they staff. We have been coming here for a couple of years now, no complaints!
They force you to hire a wifi that you do not need, they charge you a signal to enter that at the exit, instead of returning it, they charge you again
Have had an unbelievable stay so far. Only issues is most of the outlets I had to use for my items that required to be charged continued to fall out of the majority of the outlets in our suite.
Room was very nice staff was courteous and everything was great and parking was a little challenging late at night and not enough parking space but overall the accommodations are great
Didn't stay here but came here for a timeshare presentation. They were very rude just bc we didn't want a timeshare they tried to hold us hostage harrassing us. No means no if I don't want a timeshare it's my parogative. A timeshare really is just prepaid expense your not saving me anything it's just paid in advance. Michaels and his boss basically tried to call me and my husband cheap just bc we were there for discount tickets. Everyone that came was there for that reason I believe if you want to make a sale you shouldn't be overly aggressive you can't make me buy something I don't want. Hilton is okay it's not all that. I know you work for commission but just like the purchase we didn't make everything is a choice.
Good hotel. Full cleaning of rooms only once a week.
Great time, very clean and relaxing, helpful and friendly staff.
The rooms are nice, but not perfect. The suites I was in had a few flaws. The HVAC system made a light paper rattling noise 24/7. Also the wifi had a weak signal on half of the suite, the half I was mostly in. The ammenaties are nice though, and having a full size kitchen has been great.
wonderful place for a family. we had a two bedroom. a home away from home where the heart lives with family dinner table full kitchen laundry spacious recreation basketball tennis courts ping pong movies balconies X2 . master suite jacuzzi tub. this was a perfect place to be for us. housekeeping was great..shuttles nice, staff friendly. highly recommend
Nice place to stay. We have stayed here several times, and have enjoyed each time we stayed. No complaints, although i do wish they had a bigger place to workout.
Worth the price, great studios, free parking. What more do you need?
My hotel room was amazing!!! Very clean and neat!!!
Absolutely wonderful location. Great rooms, great service!
Service, facilities and room are nice. Cancellation policy is extremely bad. No allow cancellations
Good location in Orlando, big rooms though some dark in the sunlight. The lack of a restaurant that was not replaced by an expensive shop. If I go to Orlando with children I would recommend. Large pool area.
Nice place but only okay, the staff wasn't that friendly, everything you buy is acconted to your room and it wasn't lush enough. I felt like for the price you pay I want to see more. The products in the room sucked all generic
We always have a great time when we stay here. Staff is always polite and the have great activities for the kids.
Great place for family extended stay. Walking distance to Sea World and Discovery Cove.
Amazing place from the amenities to the room. Great place to go for a weekend vacation.
Amazing Love the Staff super friendly and Erika was wonderful
They need to clean the pool and elevator more often, I don't think the elevator was fully swept out the entire stay
Great family and adult amenities with perfect location near SeaWorld!!
We only stayed one night and unfortunately got hit by the flu while we were there, so didn't get to explore much, but they were awesome about giving us a late check out
Very nice room, good location, free transport to universal, highly recommended !!!
I rate my stay 1/10, and here s why... our check-in was at 4:00 pm. We got there at 4:30 and we had to wait almost 2 hours! Also, when we finally got our room, it was disgustingly dirty!! There was dust in the closets, the bathroom cabinets were scratched up, and when I walked into the bathroom I felt awfully dirty. The shower tile was stained and also dirty. The shower is smaller than the tub! Awfull!! When we booked our stay about 2 months in advanced, we were told that we would be having a washer and dryer in our room... when we got there, there was only a washer and it wasn t even plugged in and ready to work. When we told the front desk about our stay, all they did was offer us extra towels. We were very angry!! This has by far been the worst hotel I ve stayed at. We were not thrilled with our stay.
Beautiful hotel. Went to visit friends staying there. We.visited the pool area and it had multiple hot tubs, a kiddies pool, a splash area and a beautiful rock waterfall.
My entire family loves this hotel!! Always something to do. The activities people keep the fun going all day. Fantastic pools. Great location close to everything. Across the road to sea world. It's just a great place to vacation with a family.
Wow! What a fabulous place to vacation. The suite was beautiful and spacious. I loved the full kitchen as it saved money so we did not have to eat out all week. But when we did eat out there were so many great restaurants around the area. The pool was a happening place music, games played and HUGE. I never felt crowded. This will be a go to on every Orlando get away.
Very nice place with poolside activities. The pool area is very nice.
The resort overall was great my only criticism would be that maintenance up keep could of been better as their were issues with the a broken elevator button from my floor, the lock of the mens bathroom door was broken at the smaller pool, and minor issues with wifi/tv signal
Love coming here every year. This year was the first time we disliked the food, they definitely need a new chef or to add some ingredients back to the food.
While this hotel and the rooms are nice, the service has been horrible. I believe they are fully booked and understaffed. We had to wait 2 hours after check-in for our room to become available. Also, we've contacted the front desk for the gold cart shuttle, extra towels etc. and no one answers. We have only been able to talk to someone once. The lobby is fill d with tons of people at all times of the day checking in - more than I've ever seen at any hotel or resort. Every little thing has been stressful. They definitely haven't tried to make anything easier or better with all these issues. They just keep saying they are working diligently. I would not recommend at all.
This hotel is amazing big rooms nice pools staff is amazing also
As the name suggests, this property is in close proximity to SeaWorld. Disney and Universal are also just a short drive away. They do offer complementary shuttle rides to SeaWorld and Universal, but not to Disney. Since this property is a SeaWorld partner, you get to enjoy perks like discounts and priority entery to the SeaWorld parks. There are 3 pools, 5 whirlpools and 2 kids pool. All one and two bedrooms suites have a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven, washer/dryer and a separate living and dining areas. If you are renting a car, parking is complimentary.
We love this resort! There is so much to do every day, i.e. they have a full list to keep you and your family busy for an entire day. We just got back today after staying here for 4 days (2nd time visiting this resort), and we are just as satisfied as the 1st time. Sea World is directly across the street - you can walk if you wish. We decided to stay on the resort property the following day in order to relax and take in everything they have to offer. The kids enjoyed making their own travel pillows, tie-dyed t-shirts, and we (as a family) played Trivia, Bingo, Family Feud and Deal or No Deal on the pool deck, along with partaking in the ice cream social event wherein the kids chose their own ice cream(s) and topping galore - our party of 7 had a great time. We were already talking about our return visit on the drive home. -- They have a restaurant in front of the pools, and the staff there are so kind and enjoyable - they definitely go above and beyond. My daughter had certain dietary restrictions, and they were able to provide us a special menu along with their assurance that the foods would be prepared per standards. They have 3 pools and 5 hot tubs - more than enough to accommodate all of the guests. Ah, they also have their own movie theater (free of charge), DVD kiosks to rent movies and they play a movie on the pool deck in the evening - what more can you ask for in a family vacation resort? There are so many other things I have not covered, i.e. shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, but check out their website, and don't hesitate to visit Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld - you will not be disappointed. You will be treated with white gloves.
The staff were extremely helpful, and you can tell that they love their job. No matter what we needed they were willing to help. The hotel was very clean. I would definitely go back.
Great rooms, Good Space. Coral Reef doesn't deliver that was a bummer.
I was visiting my family vacationing from out of state. It was a wow experience, the facility and the amenities were amazing, the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious well decorated and very clean which was very important to me. Very nice place to stay .
My husband and I came here for a romantic anniversary weekend. The pictures on the internet are misleading. The studio king size bed room is tiny. The kitchen is just a sink, mini fridge and microwave. We were very disappointed especially bc it s a Hilton. It looks like a room from the 1980 s. It s expensive and you can get much better deals at other hotels in the area. When u check in, everything is good and then you are told to get a parking pass for the car. This is where a lady met us and tried selling us a timeshare even though we kept telling her we were not interested. She kept persisting and persisting. We will never stay here again.
Comfortable, well decorated rooms and a friendly staff.
Reception staff is rude. Service is bad for even diamond members. Room sound insulation is poor and you can here children playing and crying from neighbors. If you are loyal to Hilton and try to get some benefits from being a honor member, don t choose this one since you would get nothing, even no bottles of water. Will not come again.
You can never go wrong choosing any Hilton Grand Vacations location. The staff literally goes out of their way to accommodate any of your needs. I ended up having to catch an earlier flight. I notified them of it and they assisted that I come on in and at least get set up and enjoy all the amenities. Let it be known that they have lots of amenities. I also asked about a higher floor and definitely wanted a great view. Mel who works the customer service desk was so wonderful she really took care of me. After she seen that I was staying over a week she said that she would make sure that all my requests were met, and that she did... Thanks Mel and I will be back same time next year.
Welcoming staff, well furnished rooms an extremely well maintained hotel.
I was there in March 2019. Not user friendly to a diamond member... they put us far away to the main lobby. The activity looks kid-friendly. Condition of the room is just acceptable. Kind of old.
This place is horrible. Not much to do at all this place. Staff is rude as hell. I cannot stress that enough. Went for a girls weekend so thank god I didn t have my children with me. However went into the activities room and the worker was giving this little girl sand art to do. Now keep in mind this little girls grandmother was paying for her to do this and the worker literally spent ten minutes telling this girl we are going to poor the stand over this paper on the table and then over this plate cause I don t want to clean it up. I literally had to walk out cause she was so damn rude. Then trying to leave with the cart full of our luggage and the cleaning ladies would not move their carts for us to get on the elevator. Asked nicely and was literally told no. Was told check in was at 3pm so arrived on time to get told room is not available. Finally at 5pm room was available. Now we asked for an hour late check out and was told no yet they took two hours from us at the beginning. I have stayed at Hilton s before and loved them. Matter of fact there is one down the street from this one next to the convention center that is the bomb. However this one I will never ever stay at again. Horrible
We are resort owners and have stayed there several times. As we have a son with children living there, it has made sense to have a place to gather with other family members. THIS particular place was the site of a medical meeting I attended a year ago. Unfortunately it was timed so my husband couldn't attend but had he been able to, he'd have been able to take one or more grandchildren to Sea World white I was in meetings. The rooms were spacious & well-equipped. It WAS a bit of a walk to get from the rooms to the meeting hall but I've found that typical of most places in Florida & Las Vegas. Other Hilton Grand Vacation venues have their unique aspects. We have found them very nice & very family friendly. Just be CERTAIN you know what your needs are & they match the room you have arranged for. Once we didn't need as much bedroom space BUT we DID need kitchen space, such as an oven. What we got didn't have one, therefore the pizzas we planned to bake didn't work well. I had to make friends with someone in a larger unit that was willing to loan me their oven for 45 minutes! So I do have to say they have friendly guests at most places. They also have a variety of activities each day for little or no charge. Kids (and Grandpas) generally enjoy these.
Older buildings. Not alot of Amenities. Elevator takes forever to come, especially if you're on a higher floor. Expect more for a vacation club
We were there a week and had to ask for to paper goods, we never had any room service.
We owned a time-share here for about 8 years. Had no trouble selling it and wished we wouldn't have. We missed it so much we went back even though we were no longer owners. The treatment and quality of service remained the same. Awesome spot to vacation!
Not up to the level . Rooms looks old and little shabby . Seen other HGV places which were much better and 7 start quality but this one was very average .
The biggest downside was that we got there the very day Florida decided to enjoy it's 3 cold days of the year. It was our second stay in Orlando in 2 months, the first having been cut short by emergency, so I picked a, hmmm, more fun hotel to help make the second attempt at a birthday trip more fun. Picked it for the pools, and was well worth it. My kid splashed around madly and even made temporary friends to continue having fun. They were heated, which was absolutely a bonus. (Another bonus was the fact that the ducks also enjoyed the heated pools, to the amusement of all.) It was a bit on the steep side for just two nights, it would suit more for a longer stay, but I absolutely got the pools I wanted out of it. The biggest downside, basically the only downside, was the bed. It was hard as a rock, while the pillows were so squishy. I woke with a sore neck both mornings. But in the future, I shall be considering more Hilton Grand locations for trips.
The staff is awesome and the rooms are amazing. Working with the team to secure my family's vacation future was great and I look forward to coming back with the kiddos
Home away from Home. We have enjoyed staying here year after year since the early 90's.
My family and I travelled from Philadelphia to Orando in August 2017. This is a very nice, family friendly place to stay in Orlando. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is convenient and the resort has lots to do. We had a one bedroom suite for a week and were very impressed by the room. The bed was comfortable and the finishes were upscale and modern. We usually stay at the Marriott Grande Vista however this resort is right up there in the top rung with the Marriott property. We enjoyed the pools during our stay, which were very warm and fun. I would reccoment renting a car from the airport (as we always do) as it makes travel between the resort and the other attractions in Orlando but easier. The free shuttles to SeaWorld and Aquatica are confusing and we needed up at the wrong park more than once so decided to spend the extra money and drive ourselves. There was a timeshare presentation that we wasted a day attending and actually ended up purchasing a third timeshare which we did not expect to do. Other than that, the resort could not have been better and I would look into staying here next year, instead of the Marriott.
I will never forget this great experience. Excellent staff attention
Way understaffed and the staff they have is very uptight and unprofessional. Very disappointed.
