The stay was horrible. After waiting in a long line in the lobby to check in , I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes extra in their lobby because my room was not ready. During my check in David told me my reservation was already paid in the system. Upon checking out he told me that I needed to pay for my room. I called my credit card company and was informed that the hotel already charged my account for the full amount. Another staff member Rachel proceeded to yell and belittle me in the lobby in front of other guests. This was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. My entire weekend was ruined by my horrible weekend at this resort. This was not worth the $208 that I paid for the night.

Less than 10 min away from the Orange County Convention center. I had a 1 king bedroom suite it was huge with everything you need for a vacation. Nice patio, spacious room and my room looked better in person than in the pics. THEATRE is free. -1star for not having a nice view and no one maintained traffic flow upon arrival to check in at the front desk. Cars blocked the thru traffic lane while workers say nothing. Phone reception bad but the free wifi is good. Tried to book again but summer season price doubled....Glad I stayed here. Most definitely will book again

I Arrived here with my family only to find out they had given BOTH our Rooms away. Golf tournament in town. They sent us with a fake Smile allll the way to the back of this property. Had to LOAD our LUGGAGE BACK INTO OUR CAR TO REACH OUR ROOMS!
I decided after looking at this (Broken down Motel style portion of their property), ill just go to bed and upgrade tommorow. Both our rooms had PLUMMING PROBLEMS! Tub wouldnt drain and toilet wouldnt flush properly. I assumed this isnt a surprise to the Hotel/Motel,.. when I called to complain because both rooms not 1room had PLUMMING issues. Blood Pressure was up before I came here, and went up even higher!

Clean staff friendly but the women who check me in was not friendly and had to pay a resort fee per day when told I paid she said I still had to pay and contact jet blue who made my reservation very rude didnt even explain how to get to my building everyone else was very nice and helpful

We went for 5 days and we're very pleased with our stay. The convience of having a small store ( which was suprisingly affordable ) on site was a great convience. The bar & grill was very affordable and had great food. (Try the mahi tacos or the burgers, both were amazing)
There are plenty of different pools and hot tubs where you can either be tucked away, or close to the common area's. Every day they have different events that they offer for all different ages , which is always fun. I would suggest this to anybody who wants a great affordable home away from home.

PS Happy hour (3-6) drinks for $6

We stayed in The Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorl...

We stayed in The Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld for 2 weeks while looking for a place to live after moving. The only room we could get was a studio, which was smaller than an average size hotel room but had a small screened in balcony. Upon entering we thought it was a nice room but soon found things that bothered us. First the bathtub/shower was sloped in, so you couldn't put anything on the sides of the tub, slippery soap and shampoo bottles had no chance of staying. Then, the only trash cans that are in the room are the bathroom size, nothing bigger, even hotel rooms have bigger. Next, the room nextdoor to ours had kids and being kids, they had toys that made noise. The rooms were adjoining, so, they had a door but that door let so much noise through you would think they were in the room with us. Next was the bed, softer than any bed I've felt before, we even asked to move but no other rooms were available. I do however have to say they staff was really friendly and tried to help us out, but it just didn't work. The place is huge too, they even have bellman that drive golf carts around to bring you from place to place on the property. I even had one stop and help me as I was bringing our luggage in, to go and find a luggage cart for me. They all say good morning or whatever and talk to us. So, there were some annoying things but nothing that was a deal breaker.

I just got here and have no idea why is this place 4.5 star, it s very dated , I feel like I m in a high end motel. But not a resort for sure. I have to say the staff is great and helpful. They helped me to change to room but still nothing special, it s absolutely not what I saw online . Very disappointed

My family and I are staying in a two-bedroom lockout unit, which is comfortable enough. However, we had reserved a two-bedroom unit (not a lockout) and were told upon arrival that our reserved room, which we specifically requested due to its extra space, and which we had already paid for, was no longer available. Not super cool, Hilton.

Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. The smaller private pool has been great as we are here for sports tournaments and haven't spent too much time here. Mild complaint..coffee maker is really out of date and need to go to the main lobby daily for bottled water to make it

Super great people, so helpful and nice, our room was also great, very comfortable and clean, had all we needed for our stay, cant wait to go back. And everything is within a mile or 2 if you want to eat out or cook in the unit.

Really pleased with out one bedroom unit at Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld. Our suite he lots of space with high ceilings (maybe because we are one first floor?). About 20 minute drive from resort to parking lot at magic kingdom (then u will have to take the parking shuttle from Disney parking lot to monorail/ferry transport, then wait for monorail/ferry to arrive, then take transport to parks.......leave at least an hour (if not a bit more) to get to where you need to be). Tub in room his hueg and amazing. No door or curtain on shower takes some getting used to and results in wetness outside of main shower area, so that's not ideal, but not a deal breaker either. Nice big two door closer in room. Screened in balcony great for meals outside.

We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations for a week...

We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations for a weekend trip to Sea World. It was recommended by Sea World as a participating "official" hotel with lots of benefits for those going to Sea World.

Pros: It is very close to Sea World, a 7-minute walk across one road and the parking lot. It has a shuttle, and public trolley transportation stop is right outside the entrance. The grounds are pretty. The bellman was very nice and helpful with our bags. They will take you around on a golf cart from the lobby to your room building. The pool was clean and patios were nice. They have a playground for the littles. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and it was large and spacious, with comfortable beds, and all amenities were as described.

Cons: It began with the check-in/concierge interaction right on the first day. Our room was not ready when we got there, although we were 1 hour early for check-in. We stored our bags and went to the pool. Meanwhile, I went to the concierge to try and book a dinner reservation at Dine With Shamu. She wasn't able to help at all, so we asked about other restaurant options nearby. After a confusing discussion about where to go, we picked Point Orlando and asked how to get there. She recommended the trolley, but had no idea how much it cost. She thought she could print us vouchers, but then couldn't. I expected more from a concierge. We gave up on them after that. As for our suite, it was incredibly noisy - there was an AC unit on the adjoining balcony that rattled constantly, the faucets dripped, the fridge motor was super loud. The bathrooms were very worn - the toilet wobbled to the point it seemed like it was about to tip over, the molding around the shower was peeling off, the shower faucet trim was broken. Not the quality we expected for the price.

As for the shuttle to SeaWorld, if you missed it you had to wait a very long time (1hr+) for another one. So we walked twice. Not a big deal, but with 2 little kids it wasn't ideal. We had just visited Disney and their shuttles are much more frequent.

All in all it was a fine place to shower and rest, but we will choose another hotel next time.

The rooms are amazing. There are washers and dryers in each unit. If you are staying over a week, it is nice to be able to wash your clothes. The kitchen is nice! It is a full kitchen. The amenities are wonderful! And the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. It is like a home away from home.

If you are staying in building 9 and 10, its a walk everytime u need to go anywhere. Rooms are old and AC is set to 50 degrees all the time. Nice to stay if you coming over just at night.

Love it

The trip started off a little bit rocky due to our room not being available until after 7PM, but the staff and managers were extremely professional and helpful! They offered me 4 free drink coupons and 40 dollars worth on spending credit on my account. I have stayed here before, but this time around the grounds seemed to be redone and the building that I was in (11) was just renovated. The new renovations were amazing and the room was absolutely wonderful!!!!! They have nice wood floors, everything was super clean, and the entire place was perfect. They also gave us a late check out due to the late check in and made the stay wonderful!!! Thanks to the managers and staff!

A little hiccup upon check in, other than that perfect! Clean huge rooms with all the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff, grounds are clean and lots of pools and hot tubs and activities for all! Have been staying here for years and will be back again soon!

Phenomenal staying experience. Everyone there has been very upbeat and quite pleasant. The grounds are in perfect condition and it makes for a very nice experience. The only downside is that my room has some dust in it on the ceiling fixtures. Other than that it's been perfect.

Really it was a very bad experience, no room service, no daily cleaning, from day one I raised a complaint about bent bed mattress I couldn t sleep on and I had to sleep on the floor, however no body responded except after 3 days .. miscommunication between the hotel staff rather than carelessness is very obvious .. they pushed us to attend presentation about time share property company and they promised to provide us promotion on Disney tickets but they didn t keep their promise and wasted our time without even apology .. I m really very frustrated and I do not recommend this hotel for anyone ..., stay away wasting money

I mostly just slept. Too busy with parks. The rooms were very nice. The staff were very friendly. My daughter had a great time. We only stayed 2 nights. I loved the screened in balcony. Our building had it's own pool instead of the huge resort pool. Sorry I didn't get to use it. The pools close at 11pm. I would definitely go here again.

The accommodations were very good. The staff that shuttles you from your building to the main reception are very friendly! However, it's more expensive than advertised. The resort fee was about $25 daily and there was another mystery hotel tax other than the typical state / county taxes. Plan for about $40 to $50 extra daily than the advertised rate. Oh, the resort fee included two bottles of water or coffee daily, pool towel, wifi and DVD in room, even if you do not use. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you usually get the water complimentary. Not there ... And, breakfast is not included at that hotel. There is a restaurant / bar by the pool that provides all meals. The omelette was very good!

Nice

DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COST.

DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COST.
I checked into this hotel on monday june 29 2015 the first room they checked me in at a mountian dew bottle on the side of the bed. Sad was moved to a bigger room with jacuzzi and recieved a $50.00 rate for inconvience. So my wife say stay a second day give them a second chance. Now the REAL ISSUES START. Keys did not work on tuesday upon returning from shopping with bags. Housekeeping saw me and contacted the front desk at 205pm to have them bring me up replacement keys. Coudos to her for the attempt too bad security management front desk and the rest of the hotel dont have her since of urgency. After 15 min of standing outside in hot florida weather still no keys. So this same housekeeper contacted them again. And was told keys were in route. 225pm still no keys. So at this time i used by cell phone call into the hotel and was advised that loss prevention will be bringing me keys in 2min 240 still no keys. Finally understanding my concern the hsk said we not suppose to let u in but im gonna let u in. I go into room call speak to mananger for 10min still no keys finally he said let me see was going on i will be sending u keys and call u back. 247pm security brings me keys after 40 min it took me complaining to a hotel manger to get keys that work. sad!!!! Finally every 10 min i got someone knocking and sliding pizza coupons under the door i cant even drive into the hotel im a guest without a room key security up front so how the hell these pizza guys getting in to pass out flyers sad!!! It was my anniversary and they ruined it worst customer service i ever had. Avoid this place im here waiting on checkout telling u the place is terrible avoid. Avoid avoid avoid avoid

We've been staying at the HGVC SeaWorld for many years, and it's one of our favorite properties. Easy access to all the attractions, and the SeaWorld perks (like Quick Queue) are awesome. As always with HGVC, there's a bit of an upsell every trip, but the large rooms and nice arrangements make this a great vacation spot.

This was a very nice property, the best thing being that it was located near all the parks. We had a lovely two bedroom suite with kitchen but didn't really have enough time to actually stay around and enjoy it or the hotel's other amenities! The DVD rental was definitely an unexpected bonus of which we were able to take advantage.
The only problem with the room was that it was located just behind the Mechanical Room and there were loud noises emanating from there all day and night!
