Great location if visiting Seaworld or Universal. Property was very clean. Recently renovated bathroom and some idiot decided the master shower did not need a door, which subsequently resulted in a lake on the bathroom floor following each shower.

From the time I checked in until checking out. Mel, Brooke and the front desk staff was simply amazing. I called days upon my arrival to surprise my son for his birthday/graduation and they went over and beyond to make it happen. They made my stay here fabulous. We definitely felt like we were a priority. The location, amenities and the property was great. Literally 5-15 mins from everything, literally 2 mins away (directly across from SeaWorld) A MUST STAY, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thanks guys, you have helped make my son s 18th birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back to visit soon.

Lovely resort! We stayed in the section called St. George s House. It s been renovated recently. Really nice rooms. We were able to put the kids on the sleeper sofa which was brand new. Our room had a door so we were able to close it for privacy. The balcony was great too. Plenty of room to sit outside. The resort pools were awesome. Everything was clean, service was great and the staff were friendly.

There's always a hick up or 2 at hotels. We stay in a lot thru out Florida for work reasons. I was so surprised and delighted to find none at this one. The unit is gorvwkus, all the materials are top notch, high quality ones, from the Peter Thomas Roth shampoos and soaps, to the gorgeous lush sheets and towels. The unit is huge, kitchen is perfectly equped with granite. The pool area is like a resort, live entertainment my the 2 huge gorgeous pools with waterfalls, the pool side waiters are flawless. I'm very happy here, and the best part, it was so much cheaper than others nearby. 10 min to Disney and Everywhere else. The premises are gated too, so it feels very safe. I highly recommend it, and I would love to stay here again!!!

This is a beautiful facility. however check in was less than ideal. We waited 2 hours for rooms and finally asked for a manager. No apology. No compensation. We are made to feel like we were asking for special treatment.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was small and a bit dated. The bedding and linens were top notch. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Lots of activities going on, but we did not participate.

My wife, kids and I have stayed her several times. The rooms here are better than some of the other Hilton properties in the area. The resort is large so be prepared to walk, but they do provide rides with carts if you ask. The movie theater is nice and the pools are fantastic. The only real bad thing I can say is the rooms are infested with german roaches. I have not experienced this at any other Hilton property.

I Loooooove This Place. By Far The Most Friendliest Staff & Cleanest Stays I've Experienced In A Very Long Time. I'm OCD So Cleanliness Is Very Important. This Place Is Immaculate. They Have Me & My Husband As Customer's For LIFE.

We are currently staying at the property. We enjoy staying at Hilton properties and have never had concerns. Being it is 4th of July today very disappointing that they were charging $8.95 for burgers and hot dogs and $5 for popcorn at the movie....Our family and many others felt Hilton could of offered these items for free on this Holiday. Or free popcorn any days.(this item is very inexpensive to purchase and make) Many of us spent a pretty penny on our Hilton package monthly/yearly and giving something for free or $1-2 would be nice once in a while. It shouldn t be about getting every dollar from your paying clients during their stay.

We also checked in the evening- around 6 or 7. Within 30 min of being here all of our feet were pitch black on the bottoms. I called and asked for the floor to please be mopped because it hadn t been clearly...and she stated it had been cleaned but someone would come tomorrow to do it. I just feel like I wouldn t of called if it was clean, so why say it. I hate to sound like I m complaining but I definitely want my concerns/thoughts to be heard. On a positive note we love Hilton properties and look forward to the rest of our stay:)

The HGVC at Sea World is the perfect home away from home when visiting any of the Orlando area attractions. We loved the layout of our 3 bedroom apartment home so much we are looking for a condo in our area back home with a similar layout. The amenities are abundant and all the staff we interacted with were personable and professional.

Initially my wife and I were very impressed with the Hilton hotel. We were greeted with smiling faces at the gate and the man that helped us at the desk (unfortunately I forgot his name) was very friendly. After we paid for our room we were sent over to a woman that was supposed to give us our parking pass. Instead of giving us our parking pass she looks down at us with a very confused expression and asked how old my wife and I were and if we were married because we look really young . Then she proceeded to ask if we made over $70,000 a year. Once I told her we did, she looked like she was surprised and kind of smirked a little bit. Shortly after that my wife told her we weren t interested in the time share and she was even more unpleasant after that and didn t even give us our parking pass. My wife and I felt belittled a little bit due to the ageism that we experienced. Although we had an unpleasant experience with her we figured that it was alright because we ll probably never have to see her again. Well, my wife and I got to our room and it actually looks really nice. Unfortunately, my wife and I have been here for about four hours now and the walls are so thin we can hear the people next to us hit their silverware off of their dinner plates. Whenever they open up their fridge it literally sounds like someone is in our room opening up our fridge. We haven t slept overnight yet but I imagine it is going to be quite a challenge with how noisy it is.

EDIT: Now that we have been here two nights I am changing my review from three stars to two. After spending an entire day at Disney all my wife and I want to do is go to our hotel room and sleep. It s basically impossible due to how thin the walls are. Absolutely crazy. Worst experience I ve ever had at a hotel. Although 95% of the staff we met were very friendly and tried to take care of any issues that we had, the walls are just sooooo thin!

My experience with them at this point is not good....

My experience with them at this point is not good. We came for our honeymoon. A very exciting time. We travelled all day to arrive there late in the evening and we were both exhausted and wanted nothing more than to get into our room and sleep. The front desk checked us in and in addition to our room charge they charged us $100 for incidentals. Totally understand yet when booking that was not disclosed. The front desk handed me a card to hand to the
Waiting steward who was supposed to show us to our welcome gift. That was her exact wording. We were walked 10 feet to a counter that they could have just pointed to. At this counter the sales tactics began. I will mention again we were exhausted and very visibly so. They offered so many things I couldnt even comprehend and bit on one that offered a discount to one of the attractions that we were planning to visit. They charged us the full price for the attraction with the promise that if we attended a presentation for 90 minutes the difference in the rate would fall off our credit card immediately. We were desperate to be in our room so we just went with it. We attended their presentation via shuttle to another of their locations and come to find out 90 minutes means over 2 hours and it is a timeshare push from hell. We declined from the very beginning. Was told we werent even in the salesman's level of typical clients. Yet they drug it out for again over 2 hours and once we adamently refused they finally released us. They promised breakfast and being diabetic couldnt eat the donuts or cereal that was offered. Was feeling pretty low glycemic wise and was told i could go buy breakfast at their restaurant and showed out to check out of the presentation where we were told that the hold would be lifted off our card for the full rate and we would just be charged the discount rate for the attraction. Fine. Done. We walk out and find we have no ride back to the hotel and had to pay to get back. The actual hotel staff and amenities are wonderful and we enjoyed the next 4 days of our honeymoon until we get ready for our departure and find they have not only not released the charges for the discount on the attraction for attending their bullcrap they have charged us additionally on an incremental charge which we did not even use that credit card after check in for anything. With all the fraud going on it is advised that everyone watch their financial transactions for this kind of thing. They say they have not charged us for anything yet it still is there. We are still dealing with this and do not recommend being a "renter" from them as they just want to make everyone "owners" to fill their corporate greedy pockets. Very disappointed Hilton. Shame on you.

My wife and I are here for our honeymoon. We got in at 2 am because we had to drive 8 hours to get here after visiting family in Georgia. We got here and we were excited because the place looks beautiful when you pull up outside. Then there are several buildings with rooms. We expected a hotel but this place is more of a motel style. We get into our room and it's quite small for what we were expecting. We booked a king suite or whatever it is called. We hadn't expected that would mean a king bed in a small room. The room is about the size of a 30 dollar room at a hotel in the city I live in. It's nice to have a screened in patio and a microwave but the walls must be paper thin. After driving all day and getting in late yesterday, we were woken up by the people talking in the next room. Just talking. It sounded like he was sitting in the bed with us. Then we could hear dishes clinking. I don't understand why these walls would be made without any noise proofing. People are vacationing here. Not only do people not want to hear literally every noise in the room next to them, but people also don't want other people hearing them. We don't feel we can get any privacy here. Not great on a honeymoon. My wife called the desk with her concern of being able to hear everything and asked if we could go to a different room. They said we would need to check out within 45 minutes, give them our stuff and then MAYBE they'd have another room after 3 PM because they're currently booked. I'm not leaving my room that's paid for, for 8 days, on the off chance they have another one become available. Overall, so far, big bed aside, the quality of this room is below that of rooms I've stayed at in 25-30 dollar hotels. When you book Hilton you are expecting Hilton quality, you will not get that here. You'll be lucky to get red roof inn quality.

Very lavish hotel with many ammenities. Rooms were a little basic for a studio but no problems. They have a small convienience shop and restaurant on site. Pool hours are from 7-11. The hotel is super close to Seaworld it's a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk.

I stay here every year and love it. Close to Disney, downtown Orlando and, of course Sea World. Great property. Clean rooms. Beautiful view from most of the villas. Staff are super nice. My kids love the hotel and especially the pool area. Usually staff members are wonderful but this stay (Sept 17-Sept 24 2019) was one of the few times I've had a bad experience. The system checked us out a day early. The next morning after a LONG day at the disney parks, housekeeping walked in the room. It was 8am. We were all asleep and its always a little intimidating to face a stranger in your pjs with your "I just woke up" face on. It happens and no big deal, I explained to housekeeping that there must be a mix up, checked the reservation confirmation in my email and called the front desk. No apologies or anything but front desk rep said she would call housekeeping to let them know they shouldn't clean. Housekeeping came back 2 more times anyway. Called front desk again. Got the apology. Mostly aslo got "I don't know why it did that". Fine. We were up at this point so headed out for the day. Upon my return I had a message on the hotel phone. I checked it. It asked that I call the front desk. A very RUDE rep answered the phone and advised I did not leave a credit card when I checked in. I advised that I DID leave one. She said that when I decided to change my plans at the last minute and stay another day it must have knocked the old card off. I told her that I did NOT change my plans. There was a system error. Her exact words were "Whatever. You need to come down to check in and give us a card. You've made charges to your room today and they need to be processed. You can't charge things to your room if you don't leave a card on file." I felt mortified. She was making it sound like I stole something or that it was my fault in some way. I rushed down to the front desk (A long walk from the Villa I was in...I'm a HGVC member...so I'm used to getting that little extra courtesy when I check in, so it would have been nice if she offered to have someone pick me up...and APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience). I got to the front desk. She asked if I had a card to give her. I gave her my card. She said "great. you are all set." Then turned around to speak to someone in security. My hairs were on end, but I let it go. Instead, I asked if anyone had turned in any goggles. My daughter had left them by the pool. She said "I don't know" we don't keep lost items here. You can go by the pool and see if they are still there. I advised that I did go to the pool and didn't see anything. She shrugged and said you can keep checking back. Usually the rec center will have them. (it closes at 7pm and we were leaving the next day so I sighed and headed to the cafe to get a coffee. The lady at the cafe noticed I looked tired and called one of the maintenace guys to pick me up. Wonderful guy from Brooklyn chatted with me the whole way back. I was thankful for the courteous woman at the cafe and the kind man who took me back to my room. The front desk lady... Karma.

Meanwhile I can say generally:
- great property. HGVC has other, newer properties but this one is by far my favorite.
-close to Disney, Universal, Outlets, Orlando Downtown and Seaworld/Discovery Cove/Aquatica.
-Concierge will recommend out of this world places to eat and various discounts available
-staff (usually) very friendly. Housekeeping does a terrific job
-NOTE: if you are a member, housekeeping only comes once in 5 days. We aren't a large or messy group so it's not a big deal for us but I can imagine that large families may have issues.

I noticed guests on the bridge feeding baby alligators and snapping turtles. I suggest a sign in that area as the alligators are getting accustomed to food and will likely end up getting euthanized as they get bigger. I took pics and video of the baby alligators because they were so darn cute, but did NOT feed them. There were probably about 3 ft from snout to tail (and growing).

I absolutely enjoyed every part of our stay. The room was wonderful full kitchen comfy bed soaking tub. Ate meals on closed in balcony. The pool was amazing with pool side games and activities. Love that you have to check in at the gate or have a key to get in. Definitely will be coming back again.

So we booked this as a timeshare for our trip to Disney World.

The room was awesome. I loved the tub, the bed was really comfortable. The room was huge! The pool was good and the bartenders were really awesome. They even waited three minutes before taking my money just so I made it happy hour and saved 4 bucks on my drink.

The downside? The 'cleaning service' that comes once a week only does towels. No bed making, no sweeping, no table wipe downs. Also, there is a $168 resort charge. That wasn't brought up until check-in.

This is a nice resort. I would urge the management team to instruct the staff to stop parking directly in front of the buildings with their golf carts. Many guests have bags and small children they are trying to get safely out of the parking lot and staff is taking premium spots.

We are currently members of HGVC, We loved it! The room looked just like the model shown to us in Hawaii----so, that was great to see. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. It was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were perfect, clean & spacious. Beautifully decorated. And the patios/balconies are all screened in. This was the perfect place to return to after a day at the parks. Good location, away from all the traffic, but between Disney & Universal. I would definitely stay here next time.

While the hotel is actually not in Seaworld it was beautiful. The staff were super nice and they provided a ride to all the attractions. We grilled, chilled and hung poolside. Absolutely amazing!

I am giving this rating for Anthony. He was incredible! He made me feel like we were visiting a good friend and he was there to help my family! My daughters were celebrating their birthday and he really made my family feel special. 10 out of 10 for customer service and the room was really nice, roomy and full of cool little things to find. Thank you for a great stay and birthday for my daughters!!!

Love this resort....it's clean and well-appointed, with excellent amenities. The Hilton beds and linens are the best. Of the 4 HGVC resorts in the Orlando area, this is my favorite....it seems more like a condo or apartment than a resort - I really feel like I'm getting away.

My husband has been an owner of Hilton Grand Vacation Club for over 20 years and when we were dating 8 years ago he took me to a Hilton. We spent our honeymoon at this same location. The experience at Hilton is always the same. I no longer have the fear of whether the appearance or accommodations are as described. The staff goes above and beyond to deliver professional friendly service. Everything is clean and serviced throughout the day. It's a family atmosphere with many activities or you can spend alone time with your partner. We come here twice a year and have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend this resort.

This is the only place I want to stay at in Orlando. The heated pool and hot tubs are fantastic parts of its appeal. Its easy to get to everything especially if SeaWorld is your destination.

We traded in our timeshare to stay here. Our check-in time was 4, we couldn't get into our room until 7. Trying to keep kids with autism preoccupied for 3 hours was a nightmare. We were also told as timeshare guests that we took a backseat to regular paying guests. Not exactly impressed with that kind of attitude. I'm sure they were busy, but definitely not acceptable.

Damn good location to enjoy Sea World and Aquatica!
Same Hilton service but location is Superb!
May need to drive a bit for Universal and Disney! Especially Disney will need to be an early bird to dodge the morning traffic or just stay at the Disney resorts.

Almost right across the street from seaworld, walking distance to a cvs, convenient to the disney parks or the orange county convention center. Rooms are like small apartments with full kitchen and cookware and plates provided. Large pool with several hot tubs and activities around the pool including pool bar with great drinks. Enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Pools were fantastic and clean! So was the room, very spacious and having the whole family there, we had enough space and privacy when we needed it. Close to sea world water parks too, a bit of a walk but theres sidewalk all the way there!

Hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. The staff is generally very nice and friendly. However, they receive very low points for service due to an extremely poor experience with checking in. We were specifically told multiple times that we would be able to check in early and the staff even said they would contact us when the room was ready. They never called us and we didn't get checked in until 5+ hours after we were told we would get a room. So they get poor marks for extremely poor communication skills.
