I stayed at this hotel during a conference in Orlando. The hotel is a bit large with many buildings, but it does come with some nice amenities such as a cafe and restaurant. The room was clean and the grounds were maintained very well. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Loved this place, it was right around everything from 10- 15 The rooms were great. But we booked through a 3rd party. Not intending to go to a time share sale presentation. So We did ,we liked what we saw. So much we stayed almost 4hours.But not at this time. So when it was time to get our gifts.. it wasnt what we were told not what was promised. We addressed what we were told. It was sorry cant you. So I spoke with customer service Rachel who was more than to go and make it right. From a late check out to showing empathy to what had happened. Thank you also to guys up front with the golf carts running everywhere. So to Rachel and Shannon .The front end Mgr team . After all this you ladies are the reason we would love to come back and stay here. You are what customer service is about. Loved the property the amminties. Didnt like being lied to by the sales team in the hotel regarding the time share and to what they promised...
Fantastic hotel. We stayed 2 nights in the one bedroom suite. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Starbucks Coffee was provided each morning which was a nice perk. They also allowed us to move our reservation with no questions asked.
These rooms are very nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, came with 2 baths and a full kitchen living room and dining room. I have been in many Hilton hotel but this is by far my favorite. I where'd up purchasing a time share because of this place.
This is great place for families, we have spent there 9 nights and really felt like at home. Close to Sea World and Disney Parks. They have two big pools, one with warmer water. Decent prices for food + small supermarket on site
Stayed there recently and I have to say I was disappointed. Several times we called the bell man for the golf cart to pick us up Never came. We waited outside like 20 mins in the dark then ended up walking. My BIGGEST complain is....I FOUND 2 LOVE ROACHES in my room and 1 dead one. GROSS! called it in and the guy came from house keeping and sprayed some nasty smelling chemical. I don't think I'll be staying here again. Very disappointed.
We came here for our anniversary and truly enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels and some of the nicest people we have ever met. Will definitely be coming here next year. Make sure to get the king suite! Amazing room and very spacious with a nice tub and kitchen!
Nice resort. Clean rooms. Great pools and activities. Wasn't aware package excluded daily room maintenance. So more like an apartment air bnb experience.
Beautiful property with nice employees and excellent service! Only 100 deposit. Bluetooth player in the room! Soft bed and pillows. Beautiful huge one bedroom could sleep 5 easily w the huge couch. Nice pools but no big waterslides
Their guest requests are prompt. Love the 'curb side' pick up to get around their grounds. Pools are clean. Food at grill is good. Staff is friendly. Good place for kids and families . If I were a young couple looking for a romantic getaway this would not be my choice. The grounds are kept up maintenance wise and very clean. Beds are awesome. Housekeeping staff does a great job! Kudos to Mark. Love all the efforts!
I haven't been to many resorts in Orlando but I'm sure this is one of the better ones. The overall staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are a plethora of different activites and events to participate in. The resort itself is very aesthetically pleasing to look at. Several options for the active individual to do including tennis, basketball and a jogging trail. Each room is stocked with a full kitchen and laundry machine. And there are even grills there if you fancy a char for your meals. This establishment gives its visitors virtually no reason to leave the resort.
The property is very nice. Great swimming pool areas. Very conveniently located to see all the parks. This is our second time staying here. You can get to Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and International Drive, all within 20 minutes. As one of Hilton Grand Vacations oldest Orlando properties the only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the rooms, while nice, need to be updated. Very pleased with our stay.
This was our second stay at Seaworld. The first was fantastic; this one not so much. We are owners and had booked this week about 8 months ago; the room we were given was atrocious! It was a corner room that seemed to be built as an afterthought. There were two sinks in the bedroom, the toilet and shower were together jammed in a corner with an incomplete door leading to another sink and mirror. I hated the room from the moment we walked in; it took 2 days but we got moved to another building and room which was very nice. And to top it all off we were charged twice for food and drinks at the Coral Reef which were not ours. The front desk manager fixed the charges but not before they charged us. We had considered this was going to be our last trip to Orlando for awhile, all of this confirmed that sentiment. We won't be going back and we won't stay at Seaworld again.
Hilton Grand Vacations is right next to the parks, so you can maximize the time you spend there on vacation. Its large suites had plenty of room for my entire family and then some. It has all the accommodations you need-- and a large jacuzzi tub, to boot!
The first day when we arrived, about 30 minutes after we got into our room, there was a guy rang the doorbell just once. I was about to open the door to see who it was, he pushed the door in without waiting. He said sorry and he thought the room was empty. Then he pulled out from his pocket some forks and spoons and asked me if I was waiting for those items (????). I know he worked there because he had a badge with a name on his shirt. It was not a big deal but it was a little weird.
That night, when we came to the room after going out, there was a cockroach in the kitchen (I still have a picture of it). We really did not expect a 4 star resort to have cockroaches in its rooms.
Other than that, the resort is a beautiful place. The pools were great, the location is perfect, and the staff were helpful.
We stayed at this resort last year for our spring break. We planned 3 days at the Disney Parks but wanted to stay off grounds to save some money. I loved this resort and our room, in fact our kids wanted to leave the parks everyday to go back to the pool. The pool and outdoor restaurant/bar was amazing...I counted 5 hot tubs!! We are going back this year and plan to just hang out at the resort and take advantage of all they have to offer.
We loved our stay the the Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, with 5 adults and 2 children. The size was ample, with all of the amenities you would need. The room was very clean, beds we're comfortable, and shuttle service to Aquatica and SeaWorld was fast and easy to navigate.
We stayed in one of the three bedroom suites with two other couples, and had PLENTY of room. Very spacious, nicely appointed, well maintained, with a good kitchenette and in-suite laundry. Two of the three bedrooms featured ensuites, and one also had a jacuzzi tub plus private screened deck. The AC seemed to work well (and was blessedly quiet) and the beds were very comfortable. There are three pools on the property, a restaurant, a deli/convenience store/coffee bar, fitness room and other amenities. The fitness room was great - a bike, elliptical, two treadmills, a full dumbbell rack (up to 75lbs - very unusual for a hotel), a cable machine, kettle bells, mats and Bosu ball. And it was all clean and in working condition!
The only thing we didn't care for was the restaurant, which is actually more of a poolside bar. The food was pricey and pretty forgettable, as were the drinks, and being open air means no AC.
Check-in was alittle bumpy but the rooms are nice. On-site Grocery store and deli were alittle over-priced. They do provide golf cart drop off for late arriving guests from check-in area to the room. Free shuttle to SeaWorld.
Someone that works at the Hilton stole my card information to book a room. I called to find out what was was going on and she hung up on me. I tried to call again and they did not answer! I had to call my bank to report the fraud!
Was gifted a 7 night stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations by my brother in law, and the place was great. The room we stayed in had a full suite bathroom with whirlpool tub, large living room area and kitchen. The service had been great, and all staff have been exemplary. The location is very close to the Orange County Convention Centre, which was a bonus too.
Food available at the poolside grill was good, not quite amazing, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Good location. Units very dark in side even with curtains open and all lights on. Very dated and depressing dark furniture. The 25.00 a day resort fee is a joke. There is nothing there that justifies this fee. I consider it a rip off, just a way to make extra dollars without providing any benefits. Best I could tell for your 25.00 you get a bottle of water or a cup of coffee free movie and 30 minutes of long distance phone service which with everybody having a cell phone would never use.
I must give proper thank you to this place and I will never stay anywhere else in Orlando. This place has everything you could possibly ask for. Restaurants, bar, amazing pools and hot tubs, beautiful 2 bedroom suites, with everything in it,spa etc.the staff treats you like royalty I have zero complaints oh and very affordable, roughly 600 for 2 nights. We will be back next month for Halloween and I can't wait
Had a check out at noon! I go to my room at 1135 and someone has my wallet counting my money do not disturb sign on DOOR! TOTALLY disappointed with my stay! Felt violated and robbed
We visited Hilton Grand Vacations in mid-July 2016. Check-in was a bit overwhelming. I got there around 3:45 for a 4:00pm check-in but the room was not ready. We ended up having to speak to a manager after a hour of waiting. Also, I did not realize that it was timeshare so, of course, the pressure is on there.
However, THIS PLACE IS NICE! After check-in everything was a breeze. My family had an one bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious. They provide dishes, pots, even laundry soap for the washer and dryer. It is like a little furnished condo. Outside of the room, the hotel activities are great, I believe when we went there was a movie night on Sunday and Wednesday night- so while you are out enjoying a swim there is literally a movie playing on a big screen. The hotel features a theater, store (in which you get two free waters or two cups of coffee each day), a restaurant by the pools, outside pool table and ping pong table, playground, etc. You also can rent free DVDs- it is just awesome. I definitely recommend this hotel. If you are not a timeshare person, just choose to reject their offers.
We just visited for a 4 night stay and we enjoyed it! The grounds are kept very clean and manicured. We didn't participate in the events available but from what we observed, it looks like they have a lot of family friendly activities on their itenerary. We stayed in a studio room which was a good size with a king bed. Kitchenette was nice to have also. The staff was very nice. We were in a unit farther from the main office but there was a shuttle available that could pick us up if we didnt't feel like walking. They also have shuttles available for the theme parks that are complimentary.
The hotel was really nice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was also really beautiful. That said we did have a few problems. They gave us the wrong room at first. When we got the correct room we seemed to have difficulty getting enough hot water. Other than that it was nice.
This was our first stay here and we loved it. The rooms were clean and average size for a king bed room. The check in/out process was easy and all the staff was friendly. There is a restaurant/bar next the the pool. It is a little expensive but the food and drinks were good. That is where you have breakfast as well. They have a shuttle bus to aquatica that we used. It gets full fast so definitely get there early. They had karaoke there Friday night which my kids loved. It was a great time and we will definitely stay again!
I had such a relaxing time in 2013. I am looking forward to coming back to orlando and spending some nights there. Staff were so helpful i blushed. For an african that was a lot of good service. Thumbs up.
