Hilton Garden Inn Columbia/Harbison Review

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was just kind of meh, especially for the price.

Clean rooms. Staff professional and helpful. Well lit parking lot. Close to restaurants and Interstate. Just a nice place to stay.

Went there for a executive meeting and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The chairs in the conference room were awesome. Very nice visit.

Only here for one night. Everything seems fairly well maintained but the pillows were super uncomfortable. I'd love if they could provide breakfast earlier than 7...a lot of business travelers catch flights earlier than that. Staff were friendly and courteous and walkable to several restaurants nearby.

The room was clean and beautiful. It was overpriced though. The room was basic and not worth $130.

Wonderful staff. I left 2 cell phone chargers in our room. Called back and Byron, at the front desk, was able to locate them and arranged to have them shipped to my location on the west coast. Can't say thank you enough!!

Beds are poor quality and lumpy, no free breakfast, slow internet... not what you would expect from a Hilton.

The appearance of the hotel was nice and clean. However, when I woke up the next morning on October 25, 2016 I notice a bed bug crawling on top of the comforter on the other bed where my clothes and overnight bag was on. I took a picture of the bed bug just to confirm on google image if it truly was a bed bug... and it really was. That morning when I had to check out to go to a work meeting I informed the front desk and showed her the picture. Her response was that she will notify maintenance of the problem and that she was sorry. Being that no one called me of this matter; I called the GM once I gotten back home but he had left for the day so I left a voicemail in regards to my situation and hopefully he'll give me a call back tomorrow morning.

Good destination, food and services. We stay here when in the Columbia area.

Really nice property, well maintained and terrific front desk staff. Bed was VERY comfortable and room was clean.
Catering staff did a great job with the SC Youth Soccer Association annual meeting of approximately 100 people. I'll look to stay at this property again

HGI is an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff are professional and friendly, the property is clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. A hearty recommendation !

The hotel was very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff was phenomenal. We arrived a bit late and the staff was very warm and welcoming. We wanted a cocktail before retiring and the bartender was one of the sweetest ladies ever. I would CERTAINLY stay again.

Great place to grab a good breakfast on the weekend, not very busy

All American Grill inside the hotel was terrible! It took 2 1/2 hours to get our food an hour to get our appitizer. The menu had 1 price and we were charged a different higher price for our steaks.

Nice rooms, adjustable beds, TV on the small side, close to Lake Murray and Riverbanks Zoo.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. We had a pretty late meal in the lounge. We were not impressed with the food. Otherwise everything else at the hotel was top notch. Good customer service.

HGI Is the best hotel for a 3 to 4 star experience you could want. Geared for business, but great for families. It's my preferred brand.

Nice enough overall, with friendly and courteous staff. Accommodations were clean. Biggest drawback was the bed and pillow were uncomfortable. I woke up about 3:30 AM and just could not get comfortable enough to sleep. That is the only reason I was there so they probably don't really deserve 3 stars, but maybe I had a bad night.

My go-to Hilton property when I m staying in Cola. An endless supply of local dining spots, all within Uber distance.
