One of the cleanest, and most up to date Resorts I have stayed in for years.

Great place to stay! Room was clean and inviting. It's literally six minutes from the mall. A dozen restaurants within 5-10 minutes.

I was working on the pool, not staying there,but it is a very nice place

Double charged my credit card for a night stay and took me various phone calls to get the charge reversed. Proceed with caution if you book.

Great hotel. Clean room, friendly staff. Easy check in and check out (I was at the counter for a total of 3 minutes between the two!) Plenty of parking and great location. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Lobby is nice. Bar area is nice and service is good. COVID breakfast was cereal so not great. My room smelled. Killed a huge roach in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Great hotel, but the traffic noise is aggravating. The hotel does offer free ear plugs. Right before I checked out I found a way to keep the fan running on the AC that probably would have helped. Love the bar and free breakfast!

Room is clean and great location to find a good place to eat

I attended a LuLaRoe popup at the hotel yesterday. The facilities were beautiful and clean, the room was perfect for the event and the staff was pleasant. Great experience!

The hotel was beautiful with nice staff! The only problem I had was there was a school staying there as well and all I heard from 7:30 am was slamming doors and it was aggravating. So I didn t get any sleep! When I checked out I didn t get my final bill cause I left early because I couldn t sleep due to the noise. Later to find I got hit wit additional charges! I ve stayed at this hotel before and never payed any destination marketing fees so this is something new to me! I ve should of been told this up front!

This hotel has nothing special and seems overpriced for one night with no breakfast included. The lobby looks good but our room looked dated. In addition the thermostat didn't work properly and could not regulate the temperature in the room; it was also loud and bothered me all night.

Nice hotel. found hair in bathtub that did not belong to our party. Comfortable bed, however you could hear a lot of outside and hallway noise.

came here for a continuing education course for work and their facilities were clean and accommodating! Staff were friendly and attentive!

The room was nice and clean, but nothing special for the amount of money they charged. No complimentary breakfast. Internet was incredibly challenging to log onto, and I work in technology for a living. You have to pay over $10. I have found far better value with other chains. I can only recommend this if you cannot find a vacancy in another decent hotel. Marriott's Residence Inn is a far better value. Comfory Suites and Holiday Inn Express also typically are better values in that level of hotel.

Hotel was extremely outdated. It needs major renovations and updates. The breakfast was decent and the waitress staff was friendly and pleasant. The location is great as well.

The staff was amazing and answered any questions without any hesitation. The staff was polite and very helpful. The room was extremely cleaned and disinfected. And the prices were affordable for the room and what is also great about the hotel is that it is surrounded by restaurants and the mall and other stores are right down the road. We definitely recommend.

Hotel is very clean and well kept. All staff were very friendly. Pool is somewhat small but well maintained and the kids liked it. Workout room has dumbbells up to 50lbs and an adjustable flat bench as well as a cable machine, stair machine, treadmill and recumbent stationary bike. Food was very good as and waitstaff were great!

Staff at front desk is awesome. Especially the young lady who checked us in.

We were there for one night. It was clean and the door was sealed to confirm that room had been sanitized. Considering that we are going through a pandemic everything was great.

We stayed for the Northwoods Blue State championship tournament. The hotel and staff could not have been more kind and accommodating to our needs! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Everything was good from rooms, to staff and to food!

Its a beautiful place in the lobby and all around. The rooms were just like any other. I thought the beds were nice but the pillows were fluffy until your head hit it and went flat . They had a inside pool. We thought it would be warm as it is inside but it wasn't. We still had a nice time. They had a adequate work out space with new weights. The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked or stay.

Visited relatives staying over the weekend, staff was courteous. Rooms and amenities were above board! Loved the "hot bar" made-to-order option.

I enjoyed my time here with daughters, my grand children, my future son in law. No complaints food was great. Waitress and mgrs were great

The Hilton Garden Inn is a great place to stop for a drink after dinner. Beautiful decor and comfortable setting. It feels more like an old fashioned lounge than a hotel lobby. My husband and our daughter stopped by after dinner and we all enjoyed it. This will be our go to place for a nitecap. Great, friendly service as well.

I visited a friend who was staying here. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I would consider staying here on my next trip to Columbia.

We absolutely loved staying here! In addition to being nicely decorated, spotless and well maintained, the entire staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating. Joseph, the front desk manager, was on top of everything for sure. Yolanda and Brittany at the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful! And Margaret in the restaurant never lost her cool when the place was packed, serving everyone in the friendliest manner and in short order, and everything was perfect and delicious. Due to the hurricane evacuation, the hotel was full on short notice. How she kept up I'll never know, and she was always so pleasant and fun to talk to. She made our stay extra special! Kudos to whomever does the hiring here!

Loved my stay here! The whirlpool bath, swimming pool and comfortable bed were highlights. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay go above and beyond the expectations we had. I can't wait to come back

Very clean. New beds, new locks on doors, and a very amenable (though $10.95 buffet breakfast). Each room has a Keurig with K-Cups included. Overall a pleasing and enjoyable experience.

Had a wonderful time there this past weekend! I had the pleasure of meeting team members- Margaret, Karen, and Lorenzo, while there and they each made me feel immediately at home. Felt like I was leaving friends just after two days.
