Pas ok. I visited other Hilton Garden Inn (Elmira) and was more satisfied. Overall ok but too expensive for the offer at hand.

Some of the nicest staff I've ever me!! Very clean!!

there's no complimentary breakfast you have to pay for that you have to pay for Wi-Fi no ventilation system in the bathroom

Use it for family reunion they did great job..the food made by staff is A1!!

I have stayed here many times. Always comfortable. The staff is always helpful.

Located in the heart of where Lexington and Richland counties meet, anything you want or need from a variety of restaurants and bars to shopping for anything you could want, including the Columbiana Mall, are all within walking distance or an extremely short drive...also convenient to I-26

The handsome young male at the front desk was a jewel. I was tired, and irritated but he didn t even notice. He was so patient and professional, I felt bad about my behavior. This man s demeanor was so calming. The hotel was clean and the room was very clean. Thanks Todara, for your exceptional service.

The welcoming staff was very polite. The business room was large roomy very clean. The restrooms have always been clean. Any staff I have encountered has always been very friendly.

Called ahead for a room, no problem. Got there with the littles and we went right to the pool, it isnt too big but it is just fine for them to get their pool fix and go to dinner. I had a burger, it was the best hotel hamburger I've had in a long time even if the cheese on it was sparce. Kiddos had flatbread and chicken wings, both were good. Breakfast was real good too, like the burger, the grits were better than you get in most places(even regular restaurants)

Great place, great price, very clean, and wonderful staff.
Great breakfast most the time though one morning which we arrived at close to the end they had limited food and weren't willing/offering to accommodate.
Like all these places it seems like they don't have enough parking spaces for the number of rooms/guests.

Arrived early our first day. We were told our rooms weren t ready. We had to wait in the parking lot for an hour. Rooms were clean. NO HOT WATER IN THE SINK OR SHOWER! It does have a gym though. There s a college a few blocks away that was playing very repulsive and obscene rap music until 10PM.

The room was great, the location was close to the venue that was attended, the breakfast was good

Stayed one night for work in a double queen suite. Room was comfortable and there was a modest pool and workout area. Continental breakfast was generally good, except the potatoes tasted like cardboard.

Comfortable beds and clean room. The swimming pool was not heated.

I spent some time there with a friend, very nice and laid back feel of the lobby. Very modern and comfortable rooms as well. Friendly staff and convenient hot meals. A bit pricey but if you have the funds will be a very nice choice indeed.

We love staying here when we can't get a room closer to downtown Columbia! The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly. Plus, the breakfast is superb. I highly recommend a stay here!

Attended a CLE here. Very clean facility with friendly staff. One thing that really stood put for me was the food--this was hands-down the best breakfast I've ever had at hotel/inn.

This Hilton Gardens was a big disappointment. Food traces left out side of our room .,and we didn't order any food, and this was at check in time. Ice machines were Filty, Mode and mildew inside. This is going to make someone very sick.We check at less 3 of the ice machines and this was the case with everyone of them

Hilton Garden Inn is a very clean and pretty hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, and I never had any issues while there. I did not rent a room, but it seemed the perfect place to host events with big rooms and free wifi.

Ad said breakfast, consisted of boxes of cereal and coffee, a energy bars, nothing more because of the coron virus, also floors said they had vending machines, wasn't any, if you wanted any kind of drink it was downstairs next to the desk and drinks were $3 a piece and all they had was juice

Easy access to the hotel and surrounding restaurants and shopping.

Stopped for the night on the way down South. Nice big hotel, full but not noisy at all. Clean & Comfortable, basic hotel room. Only negative very minor thing is no fan in the bathroom. Staff was the best, really nice & friendly.

Very satisfied with the accommodation. Excellent beds and linens. No continental breakfast was the only complaint. They do offer a made to order breakfast, but we chose a less expensive restaurant nearby.

We stay here most game day weekends for the last 2 years! Staff are always nice and personable. Location is great with a lot of restaurants, mall shopping and a short 15 min drive to the stadium! Go Gamecocks!!

I loved the restaurant in the hotel! Considering the hotel is surrounded by chain restaurants, it was kind of refreshing to have a different option. The staff is very friendly and amenable. Very clean, and the amenities (patio/loung, hot tub, pool, and jacuzzi) were great for the price point. Totally satisfied :-)

Great hotel for the price, stayed during the solar eclipse. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and a nice restaurant that opens at five to dine at. I would recommend the Caesar salad. Close to a mall. The pool is a little small, but the glass wall next to the gym is certainly a nice touch.

Standard Garden Inn. Located right off the interstate. Friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was extremely good. The best we had in a long time! There are restaurants and stores all around the area. Breakfast is cooked to order for 11 dollars.

Great staff and room. Almost drove by it because the sign and Building id hidden behind trees.

Love the pool and everything else in there I like my mom spending the night there so I really want to spend the night with her because it looks so beautiful

Went there to check availability for a social event. Excellent staff. Very helpful and courteous. Hotel lobby was very nice. Beautiful and we'll kept. Rooms that were shown were very new and fairly updated. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or a social event.

Chelsea was great. As the representative for the hotel she catered to all of our needs. Hilton was use for my wedding rehearsal and dinner. The hotel was also use on my wedding night and I was upgraded to the romantic package at no additional cost. I highly recommend breakfast at the hotel it s worth the price. Everything was great, service, room, the food and the breakfast

Nice place. Went to Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse after staying there overnight for Thanksgiving.

Stayed at the Columbia, SC Hilton Garden Inn while in town for the weekend. Great and welcoming staff, clean facility, convenient location and comfortable rooms. Really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I was surprised to find out they do not provide hair dryers! And of course i was in town for a relatives wedding. Interesting too, that this was priced the same as the competition, that offers free breakfast. Overall, nice accommodation.

Bad sleeping experience but their customer service was BEYOND EXCELLENT and made up for it.
Sleep is important...
You hope to sleep comfortably in a hotel, right? Beds were absolutely terrible. Mattress felt like your were sleeping on plywood and the middle of the mattress had a dip. My husband and I called the front desk to get switched to a different room, and the staff was very curteous and speedy in giving us a different room, but we still slept terribly. The bed in the new room was "better" than the previous one but still had an obvious dip and the were parts of the bed that were totally uneven". I slept absolutely terrible, tossing and turning all night. When asked about our stay by Brittany at the front desk, we politely explained to her how badly we slept and encouraged them to get new mattresses for their guests. Brittany went on to say that they were already working on that and that floors 5 through 10 already had new pillowtop mattresses. The mattress where we slept is still one of the older ones but she added that they can be adjusted with a control on the side that adjust the firmness, (we didn't know that, but that still wouldn't fix the dips and unevenness) Anyhow, they'resoon being replaced anyway.

Without us asking, Brittany quickly offered to credit the charge for the room due to our bad experience. We're glad mattresses are being replaced and Brittany displayed excellent service and hospitality. This is why we're Hilton Honors members.

Very nice stay. Loved the atmosphere. I was not so pleased with the Jacuzzi Tub, but they quickly changed my room. Very satisfied.

Due to the utter incompetence of "Kandace" and Joseph Stewart at the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia, SC, my checking account has been charged twice for my recent stay. And the best part is that, according to Joseph, "There is nothing we can do about it." He allegedly spoke to someone at my bank, but conveniently he kept me on hold for so long that my bank is now closed, so I cannot validate the ridiculous story that he told me that it is my bank's fault that the error cannot be corrected. I was charged $744.74 on 6/17, the date that I checked out and then when I called to have the amount corrected to reflect the AARP rate that I was SUPPOSED to have been charged, the "fix" that Kandace made was to actually charge me AGAIN, only this time in the amount of $721.01. There was no credit made to my account, but I was definitely charged twice. UNBELIEVABLE that there is nothing that can be done about this!!!

First let me start of by saying when you hear Hilton you think upscale, nice,etc. My husband picked me up for a weekend getaway we arrived Thursday 4a.m. he already was checked in on Wednesday. Went to the room it was ok and I went to sleep I woke up the next day with a couple red bumps on my chest didn't think anything about it so I am getting dressed and housekeeping is knocking on my door even though I have the don't disturb sign I said I don't need anything and she asking if we are checking out late I said we are staying next thing you know front desk is calling saying if we are staying. My husband already paid that morning but the lady didn't do something right. Later that night go to sleep wake up to go the bathroom at 4 a.m. got back to bed and I saw something on my pillow I jumped up a nasty bed bug was crawling on my pillow(that's why apparently got the bites from) call front desk and she says I can comp your room and move u to another room. She didn't seem that concern I am freaking out but we decided to leave because that took the cake. It's just nasty I wouldn't have stayed anyway but she could have had better customer service. Never again.this place don't deserve a star

Nice. Clean. Very good food and pleasant employees. However, got locked out of my room @ 7:30 on my check out day! Seeing that check out was not until noon I think having my door code disabled at this hour was unacceptable.
