The Flamingo provided a great option for staying on the middle of the Strip on a budget. The rooms were well kept and comfortable. The outdoor parks and recreation areas are also enjoyable. In just a short walk, you can be most any place of I great on the Strip. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the Flamingo from 7/17/19 - 7/22/19. The room was nice & the housekeepers was great, however I was disappointed in some of the polices. The pool was not free after 12. They were charging guests $12 to enter the pool which is ridiculous & they close at 6. As a guest I'm already spending money inside your hotel, resort fees paid & the nerves to charge for pool access is absurd! The buffet close at 2 which make no sense to me. They also charge an additional $30 for an one hour extended checkout, over an hour you will be charged for another night. Wifi Service is AWFUL. Free wifi to only 2 guest in a room & 14.99 charge if anyone else connects. I will not stay at the Flamingo again.

Other than the self check-in experience it s a great place to stay. Solid, iconic, clean property with the character Las Vegas screams for. Room seemed to be newly renovated and decently maintained. Historic vibish with some newer amenities but not pretentious or elitist.

Very adamant re: Covid-19. If you have no mask on no entry. Yo mast wear a mask in order to be on the premises as a Guest and also staying on the premises. Temperature must be taken before you check in if you have a temp you can not check in and must leave the premises. You want to violate the rules you will be escorted out 1st Night will be charged and balance of stay will be refunded. No questions asked. Walking through Facility grab a mask and wear it. Security is watching and will stop you. They are not playing I have seen them in action

Casino was cool but the room was outdated bathroom looks like they are still in the 80's with ugly tan wall paper the faucets are falling apart paint chipping everywhere. The pool is small looks more like a kitty pool and closes early also NO FREE PARKING even with your stay still have to pay for each day

This was the first time I stayed at the Flamingo since it s been renovated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and updated. I did have one issue with the check-in process. I used the kiosk to expedite my check in but when the kiosk gave me the room keys it never gave me my room number. The staff told me to wait in a line to acquire my room number, which would ve taken a long time, also would ve defeated the purpose of using kiosk check-in. I was able to call customer service and they gave me my room number. But I suggest they fix the kiosk to provide a room number when it gives you the a key. Other than that it was a good experience. If you encounter the same issue at check-in, just call customer service to get your room number.

Perfectly good for a slightly cheaper Las Vegas experience. Great location. Good room pricing. Great view.

Bed was just as expected, however the sheets were a bit rough. Room didn't cool down enough, so it was a bit warm. The shower temp adjustment was sticky and eventually broke off. I did call maintenance, but it was not repaired during our stay.

Go Pool was a blast! I had so much more fun there and I could have even imagined. Drinks flowed. Music played. And I danced all day! It was my first pool party experience and it did not disappoint. Pool cafe was to be expected. Good food, and fast when you need a bite. Food prices were much more reasonable than the drink prices were. Get to the pool early if you want lounge chairs.

It looksl ike they only offer room service during breakfast/lunch per the menu in our room, which is a disappointment. And I believe same with the buffet. More late night dining options are definitely needed.

Absolutely would stay here again.

Really nice hotel for a 3 star property. Friendly staff, check in and out no problem. Location is brilliant and close to everything you need on The Strip. Room a great size, well appointed and very comfortable. Elevators were fast all the time. 3 star, but that's fine. Shower water pressure not that great, however. Very comfortable beds - slept well. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Pool area gets packed in the day - get there early.

Easy to navigate. Friendly staff. Solid and affordable buffet. Contemporary and updated rooms. Opt out of housekeeping services for a $10 did credit. Late check for a reasonable fee, when heading out on the 11:29pm red eye. Easy options for food, outside of hotel in the LINQ alley. Situated perfectly in the middle of the strip. Quick walks to attractions, high roller, monorail and the Duece.

We paid extra to check in early so we could hangout by the pool all afternoon. Their "virtual waiting list" wouldn't let us in. We were told if we want to use the pool at the hotel we're staying at we'd need to rent 1 of their $100 a day cabanas or daybeds. Don't book here if you want to use the pool of the hotel you're staying at.

The casino was so cold comparing to other casinos.
The casino is average. Buffet was very good. Pool is so loud. We elected to save 10.00 on our stay toward food if we didn't have house cleaning daily but they at least could if given us towels, and emptied our garbage. We never did see the 10.00 toward our food. That was so stupid of us.

We enjoyed our stay here. The Casino looks very nice and I won quite a bit during our stay!! The location of the Flamingo is the tops! Heart of the strip! Easy in and out from neighboring Resorts and attractions! The pool was easily the best part of our stay!! Great pool set up with many pool options!! Great staff and our room was always well kept! I so badly wanted to give The Flamingo 5 stars but, the knock here was our check-in! Our room was over booked and our option was to sit and wait for a room to open up (this was at 10:30pm) or upgrade and pay extra for their over site! Overall a great stay here and I would come back!

Stay Away!!!!!

Stay Away!!!!!
Do NOT gamble here.. they have spotters designed to disrupt your game!
Totally unethical and Ghetto
Money well spent elsewhere where the staff treats customers with service
Not at this Hotel.... Winners stay clear!!!!!!

Loved this place. A little pricey. I don't think they should have charged parking for their guest. Housekeeping was absolutely great. Loved the habitat bird sanctuary. I would definitely recommend. We had an updated room, very nice with comfortable beds and a great view of Caesars Palace

The rooms are comfortable and large enough to get some work done between excursions. The food is very expensive, but the location on the strip is excellent. The bars aren't great, but there is a close proximity to the yard house for reasonably priced drinks with a huge selection

I've stayed here multiple times, excellent location as it's center of the strip. Rooms are ok, service is fine, hotel itself is dated. Food options inside the hotel are slim, pool is great and has been remodeled

I visited quite some time ago and after having a conversation with a co worker asking about Vegas I thought I'd share my story of experience. The hotel was in good condition and the rooms were quite nice. I remember being quite happy with what we had paid for. Now what I was not happy about was it seemed that everyone was trying to get you into a timeshare meeting. Crazy annoying. I.e. the first impression was trying to check luggage before check in and an employee seemed quite helpful until you realize that it's all a sales rouse. I was shocked. This was a uniformed employee not a 3rd party sales service. I found that to be undesirable.

We stayed in a suite with a velour pullout couch from 1979 that you couldn't even sit on. It was completely outdated. We paid $354 a night for no kitchen, a tiny little fridge, no coffee or water in the room, we had to buy our own. The jets didn't work in the jacuzzi. The remotes to the TV didn't work. The place was insane expensive. Do not go to the liquor store there. 2 bottles of bud light and 2 packs of cigarettes $56. Their cafe was also exaggerated in pricing and the food was awful. They have a lottery for the pool because of covid-19 but you can run around the casino touching chips and cards, and slot machines and elevators. The staff was not friendly. I encountered 2 people a dealer and a bartender in the three days I was there that were so sweet and fun. That's it. Everyone else was rude and abrupt. Oh and mask Nazis everywhere. Not your job guys. Very upset.

Good location. If you take the discount instead if housekeeping be advised someone will turn up randomly and unannounced to do a 'safety check' of your room. They didn't tell us this would happen or whether the person would have gone in the room anyway if we didn't happen to be there.

Only writing about their breakfast buffet on this one...I was impressed! Their Eggs Benedict were spot-on, which is really unusual for a buffet. Their desserts were exceptional, too. I loved the mini bread pudding. The blackberry cream puffs were uniquely delicious. Plus, you can't go wrong with a serving tray of bacon at your disposal!

Check in was cumbersome way too many questions on the kiosk. If you decline housekeeping you get a $10 credit at horrible restaurants. I prefer my room be cleaned daily.

The room was beautiful! But I reserved a king, they gave me 2 queens. Apparently rooms aren't guaranteed. No argument, the bed was sooo comfy. The shower was amazing. The view was beautiful right at the Eifel tower. The carpet could have been vacuumed but that was minor.

The hotel itself was great. Didn't eat any food but why would you? The linq is literally there and has tons of inexpensive food options.

The casino was one of the best! Hot shot penny slot. Other casinos seem to have upgraded to more elaborate machines where even a penny slot the minimum bet is 40 credits.

Friday and Saturday, good luck. Enough said.

I did not interact with any staff except for the Wyndham people soliciting timeshares which I was not interested in.

Perfect location and if it were not for the resort fee, I would return. But that resort fee is ridiculous!

I've stayed at the flamingo before and enjoyed the stay, so I had planned a trip to Vegas for EDC 2019. I wanted to stay Mid Strip so flamingo was a great option! I booked a Go Room with high roller view, but we arrived early so early check in was placed and we got a room at the 27th floor with Amazing view of the strip! Price was definitely fair for what we got! I'll stay here again soon that's for sure.

The room was neat, however at $230+ a night, there was lack of attention to detail. All nightstands and tables had not been wiped as there was dried debris and water stains. The TV in the bathroom didn't work. We tried the kiosk check in, but because we had booked thru 3rd party, they couldn't find our reservation so we had to stand in line again. Parking is a bear. Valet was full, and even though the signs said there were 88 spaces available, we couldn't find one. They charged a resort fee on top the $230. I recommend staying off the strip and using a shuttle or Uber instead. The Flamingo was disappointing especially at that rate.

Flamingos are present in this hotel!!! You can see them alive in the internal yard. Make sure you come here early morning, around 5 am, so you can make photos with no people around. Good casino atmosphere and nice food is served in flamingo hotel. I really liked this place!!

The Go Mini Suite was nice. Everytime the air or heat would turn on, the unit would make a loud noise. The shower never got hot. No one wants to take a cold shower, I guess it must be part of their "Code Green" to not have hot water. Slots choices are decent. Save your money and do not eat at Johnny Rockets. I spent 27.02 on 2 burgers and fries and our whole trip was ruined because we got sick from the burgers. Service in the hotel was nice.

The freshly remodeled rooms are nice, the pools are great, and the wildlife habitat is a nice place to hang out, but the casino atmosphere itself is lacking. I orefer to play at the LINQ or Paris. Also "Strip View" rooms should come with a fine print. The whole strip facing side of the building is being used as a billboard, with wrapped windows. This majorly wrecks the ability to see out and ruins an otherwise good view. It's a real shame since the windows are so large, but they do still let in a lot of light.

Our room is so hot! AC is not working good, called the c. service several times, they keep saying their engineer is on his way. Nobody show up! Ruined our stay, we didn t sleep it was so uncomfortable. Imagine your in Vegas w/ no AC. Terrible!

First time staying here. My relaxation time from work and this is what I find in the room, yellow stain sheets, hairs in the bathroom, yellow stain in the ceiling and not to mention the room smelled like smoke! I asked for non smoking room. Then was sent to 3 different lines to complain about the room. Finally got help and was sent to another area which is upgraded. Seriously any place that thinks it s okay to have yellow stains on the bed is not right!

Just arrived, friendly staff, slow check-in. Had our room available early which is very nice. Large reno d room. Pool is NOT heated, seriously freezing lol. Everyone hoovering around the outskirts. Maybe it s fine in the blazing heat of summer but forget it even on a nice 26C/80F day. Seeming no bus boy around pool. Empty beverage and food plates everywhere attracting bugs and birds. Birds are great until they poop all over the slim to find lounge chairs.

I came to visit from DC. I flew in at 10am and got an early check in, awesome. Room was nice, got lunch and drinks at the restaurant here... too bad no one told us we needed to reserve a spot at the pool at 10am or we had no business being there. Michael the manager was nice, but really couldn t help us out. Would have much rather gone on vacation somewhere else where we could actually use the hotel pool or something? The whole reason we chose to stay here was because of the pools, we should have gone to a beach in Florida or something.

Edit: called Cesars Palace to make sure we aren t wasting our time there all week too. They were shocked that no one told us we could have gone to the pool at Linq. Nope, none of the staff told us that, so no pool for us : )

Was recommended to stay here and wouldn t pass this feedback on. Booked a non smoking room which smelt like an ash tray when we walked in (hallway didn t). We also had a renovated room so I d hate to see the un-renovated rooms. High roller view isn t worth the extra might as well get a normal room.
We called concierge About the smell who had room cleaned.. all they did was spray some deodoriser which smelt the entire stay. Tile floor was sticky/unclean. No vent in the bathroom or windows that are openable. ATMs didn t work in the stores downstairs half the time, pool was closed and escalators not working half the time ?

The birds are left outside in a really small environment with little to no shade or shelter through all weather, as far as I've seen, winter or summer. Big Sad. The Casino itself is pretty okay and really lovely to walk through however the deep penetrating stench of old and new cigarette smoke is hard to get by.

This hotel is fantastic. The fact that it is pet friendly made it even better. They offer Express check in and out. The staff was very helpful and efficient. It is conveniently located on the strip overall great hotel

Wouldn't let me check in w/a real person. Had a question regarding 3 days of 25.00 breakfast coupons... finally got to someone. And no idea why I would receive them. 21 and over pool, no chairs, way over crowded. Would not let us bring our breakfast

One of the original 'modern' casinos and this shows. It is still very lively, very busy, very central and the staff are very friendly - a good place to stay and a great base in the middle of the strip. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable albeit a bit faded. Breakfast arrangements are based upon 2 'cafes' that serve coffee, juice, cereals, toasted savoury sandwiches and the standard Danish pastries. These are located in the main lobby area and become busy with long queues and are somewhat limited by the menu available. There is also a restaurant serving brunch but this was quite expensive and we did not try it.
As I said, the Flamingo is a bit faded but is still a great base at a very reasonable price: we enjoyed our stay.

I didn't stay in the hotel, but I did gamble here. Not as smokey as some of the others. Nicely decorated, as you would expect. Employees were relatively friendly. I would probably stay here, if I ever went to Vegas again... which is unlikely.

Location is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Our room was not clean, outdated, lights, television, and door lock were broken. High prices, poor customer service. Concierge does not respond to requests. We paid for a king bed and received two queens. We were told we received an upgrade I d hate to see the original room we were booked for!
