Really nice but the bar tender put crushed I've in my chilled crown apple . That's not the ay it's done

Fairly standard Hilton. The bed was comfortable, the pillows bad, the water pressure was good. I will say that I liked the size of the bathroom, not that I spent that much time in there. The food was decent, the staff friendly and the location was good for me as I wanted to be close to the airport.

Awesome stay for our first time here. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. We will be back. Only one small negative, the coffee creamers for the individual cups of coffee in the room were likely expired or just bad. They curdled up and made the coffee undrinkable. But not a big deal. Making plans to return soon.

BEAUTIFUL building. Awesome location. Located around great shopping and close to the airport. Friendly people.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you re planning a shopping trip to Easton. We parked and walked from our hotel. The outer and lobby of this hotel are beautiful. There s a bar, large amounts of seating and a continental cafe. My girls loved the pool. It felt nicer than most pools.
Our room was on the fourth floor. It was clean and sanitized but I felt like some things could have been done better. The floors definitely could be vacuumed more throughly and our bathroom door had weird stains on it. Also- the mattress was not encased in a closed mattress protector which I thought was odd.
Overall- if you are planning a trip the AG store and other Easton attractions stay here. The location and overall hotel is great. Would definitely stay again.
Also I was really pleasantly surprised with the number of people wearing masks and adhering up the rules in place.

The property was very clean and the staff was always helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and I would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel, excellent staff, Especially Craig the bartender in the lobby is the man, if you see him working definitely go grab a beer and have a chat

Booked a room a month ago and was promised I could change my reservation if needed. I called back a month before my stay and they indicated they could not modify the reservation but only cancel it and rebook it. When they rebooked the room they raised the price from 300 per room (my original price) to 350 per room. It took a half hour to get the whole thing cancelled because their booking system was down. Very dissatisfied.

The Hilton at Easton is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff is amazing and polite. The pool was very nice and warm and the hot tub felt wonderful. I would absolutely stay at the Hilton at Easton anytime and I would recommend it to everyone.

It was clean, the food was amazing, and staff was courteous. I was there for a wedding and there was ample room in our area.

We went for the Torgs video game convention. The meeting room was nice. The staff seemed nice. Also, they had a Pokemon Go Pokestop!

Very good service and beautiful hotel. However wifi could be better.

I was there with family after a funeral. We ordered several bottles wine and some other drinks. The service was ok. I am not able to drink and the soda bottles were $4. That is crazy. The prices were very high for the quality and quantity of food. Everything was ok, not good but ok.

My family loved this place. Great spot for weekend getaway with our son.

Got this room for my teens birthday. It was mainly booked off of the photos we saw online and although when we got into the room it looked nothing like the pictures. The room was small and dark. Even with all the lights on it was dark. The headboards were different than what was online, they were dated, and to me they were ugly. There were lights attached to the headboard and those were ugly too and one light didn't even work. We had a photo shoot in the room and the photographer had his own lights and such but the room just wasn't worth the $220 in my opinion. We took photos in the halls and lobby area and this long beautiful hall on the main floor with beautiful chandeliers and tall windows. Those areas were SO much better and bright and looked more up to date. They also charge $11 for parking. I know it's expensive because it's right across the street from Easton shopping mall, restaurants, etc, etc. But like I said in my opinion that room was not worth it.

Went there for my cousin's wedding.It was gorgeous! The wedding & the hotel! Stayed over night.Beautiful,clean rooms!

I came on a business trip and have experienced nothing but Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was pet friendly which is what attracted me to the Hilton. Very Clean rooms. Sports bar is great with good atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back:)

I attended an all the rooms were set up nice, internet worked fine for checking email and doing presentations. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a conference venue.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Easton! Fiance and I LOVED this hotel. The staff was amazing, they all managed to take the time to talk to us and to make sure we were happy with everything. The room was cleaned to perfection. We loved it here and look forward to our next Easton trip. One complaint, I don't like how they smack on $10 a night for parking. Only downfall did not add that into our finances when booking the room.

Property and room were nice, staff was pleasant. Room next door had a barking dog that made it difficult to sleep through the night. Parking during the weekend was a joke. Being located in Easton shopping, I witnessed many non-hotel guest using hotel parking. Not worth hotel charging guest a daily parking fee while shoppers use their lot. Had to park far from hotel entrances while raining, aside from the dog and parking inconveniences it was a good stay. One star rating is comparing to similar Hilton locations.

Had brunch for Father's Day at the dining room. Food was just OK for what we paid for, it used to be better before.

Rooms were very nice and the hotel was well-located by the Easton shopping center. Hotel was under construction but they were very accommodating and offered admission to another location for using their pool.

Beautiful hotel. They just finished a two year renovation and it's worth it. The room bathroom could be a little cleaner, but overall it has been a great experience.

I did not actually stay at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. I was there for a photo shoot. However the rooms and lobby were beautiful. And the service was great. All of the employees were very friendly.

The renovation made navigating through the hotel cumbersome, however the stay was excellent as always

I stayed at the Hilton as part of a conference for individuals with Arthrogryposis. The staff was very accommodating and understanding in all of the interactions I had with them. They obviously hire individuals who take pride in their work and embody professionalism.

I assisted a speaker at a professional conference. The conference rooms and associated technology were adequate, and the refreshments were nice. The bathroom facilities were very clean and tidy.

Room was incorrect at first but front desk upgraded and discounted for the inconvenience.

Great location for conferences. The hotel is bright and elegant and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all attentive and professional. The mall directly across the street is loaded with great food choices and the shopping is a real plus. Easton is quite a destination spot!

The staff is always professional. The new renovations are amazing, and Hilton Easton is a destination hotel you should definitely consider.

horrible service. they sell rooms which they do not have. we picked this hilton due to the room configuration that was reserved. manager could not resolve.

The hotel is nice but far overpriced in my opinion. The bedrooms and bathroom or typical Hilton quality, which is above average. Parking is difficult - there is parking around the hotel but few by the front, meaning it will be a hike from the car to the front desk. The front desk staff was rather unfriendly. When I asked them about unknown charges on my receipt from the hotel bar, they did not help in trying to resolve the charges and did not offer any consolations. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel pool and main lobby is currently undergoing construction so the lobby for my stay was reduced to a small hallway and recreational activities usually present at the hotel were offered for free at a rec center nearby for paying guests. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. My one complaint is that the complimentary WiFi is basically useless, having a download speed of about 1 mb/s

The rooms were recently renovated and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully situated next to an entertainment district. Will definitely stay here when business brings me to Columbus again.

The event main meal was not the best. Everything else was great.

The hotel is very nice, but we are local and decided to stay a night here just so our kids could swim. The "heated" pool was COLD and it had so much chlorine in it that it turned my kids' bathing suits different colors and my 4 year old's eyes were burning so badly she couldn't open them. We couldn't even stay in a full hour. Was a waste of $200. There was also dry urine behind the bathroom toilet and they obviously do not move the chairs and such when vacuuming the room. I expect more from a Hilton.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The bed is SUPER comfortable, even the pillows are luxurious!

Very elegant. Clean, beautiful rooms. The staff was exceptionally attentive.

Overall a good experience. I was surprised however that being a suite there was no coffee maker in the room. The pull out couch was broken when we tried to pull it out to use it. We called down to the desk and a roll away was brought up, free of charge.

I have attended multiple events at the Hilton Easton for professional socities. Food is always great and staff is always professional. I highly recommend this location for meetings. It is a perfect mix of space for meetings and location for those attending.

Stayed here and when I went to take a shower, their was a bloody handprint on the bathroom walls.

The room was comfortable and clean. Handicapped parking is not close as the close parking is for valet. Several years ago we stayed here and there was a lovely dinner and breakfast buffet. That is now gone. The dining room was small and menu very limited. We used room service and the choice was 4 dinner items. No French fries. Steak was unseasoned and greasy. Will not return. Plus they charged us 8 dollars to use their parking lot.

Unannounced to us by the hotel, is under construction and you cannot access most of the hotel. Rooms are ok at best. Can get a better room at Sherton. Bartender where are you? Yet the prices remain the same. So disappointing. Had I known, I would not have reserved a room at this location. DON'T STAY HERE.

They offered a great vegetarian option. Not sure if it were because of the restraints of the event time, but the waitstaff rushed people through their meal, shoving main course plates in front of people still reading their salads.

No room service and no guide to availability in the area for any kind of service.

Loved our room. We had a great relaxing stay but we were a little disappointed that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast especially for the price of the room.

Beautiful and clean hotel! The pool and bathtub were just amazing although the gym facilities are limited. The restaurant; Herb n Kitchen, has a lovely setting but could definitely do with a new menu and service. The staff were friendly, especially the valet and housekeeping. Check in was at 4pm which I think is very ridiculous and the bed/ mattress and pillows were not very comfortable compared to the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the Arena District. I was happy with how close this hotel was to the Easton Shopping Centre so that s a big plus. A minor complaint would be; I think given the price you pay per night, the hotel should at the least offer guests complimentary bottled water however overall I was happy with the hotel. May potentially come back if I come to Columbus again.

The lobby is open and great. Enjoyed my visit. Service was great.

Attended a wedding reception. Hotel staff was kind, and always available. Food was delicious. Coffee was not good but I don't have high expectations for hotels generally. Would love to visit again

RENOVATION MESS! UNFRIENDLY STAFF! Booked to stay one night, Tuesday. Upon arrival, doorman and staff didn't greet. Due to renovation, check in counter was as if curbside check in. Fortunate for them, it was a slow evening.

The check-in process was horrible! I booked through a third party, under my husbands travel partner, the room was prepaid, with my card, due to a hotel "policy" they are not able to check me in because my husband did not accompany me. I stayed three nights at a Hilton in Nashville a week prior, again, through a third party, my husband DID NOT accompany me, and I didn't have this check in issue or hotel policy thrown at my face. I told them, I would not be able to get a hold of my husband he was in a meeting at time of my checking in. I also stated that I'm a Hilton Honor and would be happy to cancel the other reservation and re-booked, but because "hotel policy" the room booked was non-refundable. I was SOL. They had me wait and wouldn't check me in until they heard from my husband. He eventually called back and the manager, Carrie got on the phone and didn't ask for his name or verified who he was, she went straight to stating the hotel policy that they couldn't check me in without his authorization!!! He could have been my boss!

The white sheets were rough and dingy. The toilet didn't flush due to a water line being worked on during the renovation. If I needed to use the restroom, I had to walk to a nearby shopping district to use the public restroom! Horrible! The manager Carrie and her staff need to do better! I will NOT stay at this particular establishment. POORLY managed!
