I really like this Hilton location. It is in a great area of Columbus and plenty of free parking. The beds are very comfortable, and the entire facility is clean and inviting. The price is fair for the area and the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

My first impression for Hilton Columbus at Easton was amazing the place just looked great and it was so close to everything then I walked into my business event I liked how simple but great the design was. The space of the area we were in was just perfect for what we were doing and I am impressed overall.

Room was dirty. Service was very rude. Pool was closed. What a joke @$300 for the night.

I go here every year for the OATCCC Track Coaches Clinic and usually stay here if there are tons available which is nice since the event is there. They did a lot of remodeling in the last year and it's very nice throughout for rooms and the banquet hall/conference rooms. Located right in Easton you can walk to any restaurant, stores, and the mall.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are even nicer. The location is great with lots of shops within walking distance in case you forgot to pack something like I did. Really I wanted to give a 4.5 stars because my minor complaints are that the hotel uses feather pillows which I personally do not find comfortable in the least despite having four at my disposal. Also there is a coffee maker in the rooms, it's just hidden in the dresser. I did not realize this until I was leaving. Small complaints aside, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Was ok. But very expensive. No free continental breakfast. And no fan in the bathroom. Would rather stay at Hampton Inn.

Hotel was nice, but I didn't like that I was roomed next to a conjoined room with a loud family, didn't get any sleep. Checked in around 430pm even then I didn't get to relax. I paid a lot of money to stay in my own town just to feel like I'm kinda getting away. Will not stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel we held an industry show there and the hotel staff was extremely helpful from the front desk to the valet parking.... I love the area where you could get coffee and the ladies there were super friendly it was a wide array of different foods to choose from and I was actually very surprised how delicious everything was the next time I'm in town I will definitely stay at this hotel..

This Hilton is so classy and regal, it felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The staff is caring and efficient, and it made such a special setting for a lifetime event.

Nice hotel. Good proximity to shops and restaurants. The employees seem illogical and sometimes rude however. For such an expensive price, I d expect nicer employees.

It's a great place for a staycation; sleep in, wander around Easton for a little shopping/bite/movie, or just order Uber Eats and groundhog it for the weekend, only popping out to the hotel bar while housekeeping hides the previous day's evidence. I'm here more often than anyone knows.

Nice hotel, probably one of the best we had stayed. The hotel has everything you could want or need without leaving the hotel. They have a great hotel staff, bartender and breakfast staff all were kind and made sure we enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and spacious, and the view of the courtyard was pretty. The hotel is located in this cute town that you can park your vehicle and walk everywhere. The two complaints that I do have though are, we didn't have any hot water two out of the four times we wanted to take a shower, and the pillows they could be better, not the most comfortable they could be upgraded.

sheets on the bed were not fitted. As soon as I laid down everything came undone. Floors neeed to be vacuumed in my room. Not high enough standard for a Hilton

This is a great venue for parties retirement and of course wedding parties and to just meet with people you love in a very beautiful atmosphere I know I was once there several times having a great time around the holidays and retirement so check it out call ahead and even go online and reserve it's very beautiful have a great day

Went here for a company party. Very upscale venue with gourmet catering and nice lobby. I live in Columbus, so no reason for a room, but I can comment on the Ballroom/catering/event hosting.

Stayed at the hotel on a business trip. Wonderful room, beautiful building and location, walking distance to the amazing Easton Town Center for food and shopping. Expensive however, so be mindful of you're on your own dime.

The outside was very nice. I went there to play pokemon go.

I attended Sunday brunch at the Hilton in Easton for Mother's Day. Their banquet room was under construction therefore seating was limited and the food selection was minimized. The food was good but I would wait until construction is complete for a full experience.

Room was very nice. Great view of Easton with all the Christmas lights. Lobby was under renovation when we stayed but it was concealed very tastefully and very easy to get around. Parking was a little tough because it appeared that many shoppers parked in the hotel lot.

The dessert picture says it all, it looked so good that I couldnt wait to take a bite before snapping a pic. Outstanding!

They had a great setup for the conference, and were extremely helpful!

The hotel is very efficient and modern. Keyless check-in and no need to checkout remove the need to wait in line. The rooms and lobby are recently renovated. I don't use the restaurant or bar as the nearby Easton shopping mall offers plenty of choices.

One of the nicest hotels on east side - great location.

This would be a 5 star hotel, except minus one star for parking. Everything inside this hotel is excellent! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. Both are beautiful amenities! Our bed was a king size, and the shower felt good with good water pressure even on the 6th floor. The toilet flush seemed a little lackluster, but whatever you wanted flushed away did with relative ease. The fridge is tiny, and since we were traveling, we needed to keep some fresh vegetables cold for snacks. As far as dinner goes, there is always room service or you can eat in the dining area down by the lobby or at what looked to be a well stocked bar. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance to satisfy your hunger. Thanks!

The PM executive lounge attendant was so personable. The room was clean and gorgeous. We had a great stay.

When you first enter the hotel it looks and feels very clean and welcoming. Turns out it is sort of the opposite. The employees that checked us in were nice, but when we got out of the elevator the hallway our room was in smelled of moisture and cigarettes. We entered our room and it smelled fine. It was a little dirty, but overall ok. Another issue was that the sheets felt terrible, leading to not being able to sleep. In the morning we had left to get breakfast and by the time we came back the parking lot was full because of a work conference thing that we were not informed about, so the customers that payed to stay the night there had limited parking and not to mention it was loud due to hundreds of people. Finally when we checked out the employee asked how our stay was and we told him our issues and he said ok. Have a great day. Over all the appearance of the hotel was nice and some of the employees were nice, but the main things you would expect from a hotel failed. I would say it is not worth the extra money to stay in this hotel. There are definitely other better options nearby for half the price.

Staying in a suite. Room is nice, but very disappointed in the tiny, tiny fridge and NO microwave. I know they want you to purchase their OVER priced food in the hotel cafe, but a suite should have a microwave. Offerings in the cafe, very disappointing.

Went here for an evening work conference. Parking was easy and the catering was just right. Did not stay in the hotel as a patron but good location for seminar.

Remodel is lovely but there is no sports bar anymore. We used to love going in there, socialize, shoot pool. The bar is in the middle of the hotel lobby, all white marble, bright lights. Feels more like a fancy hospital waiting room. Menu changed, also. No sliders, no fries?!? Very sad.

Beautiful, clean and modern. No frills stay so much to report on room service or maid service but experience was great. One minor detail, free Wi-Fi is very slow otherwise it's $12.95/day for faster.

This is a very nice hotel! The room I stayed in had all the amenities, including backboard bed lamps and plenty of conveniently placed electrical outlets. The shower was another highlight and the food in the banquet hall was also great. Overall I have a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location for walking to Easton shopping and restaurants. Our room faced Easton center which was cool. Beds were comfy and the walk in Italian marble shower was spacious.

Beautiful hotel but during a catering event recently I was VERY shocked and turned off by a number of the staff. They looked rundown and unkept- not to mention I overheard them on MULTIPLE occasions talking poorly about fellow coworkers. As a professional, it s disturbing to me that adults would behave in this manor in a professional environment. I organize and manage multiple employees myself, and I would NEVER allow such behavior to take place. I m not sure who does the hiring for this facility, but it appears that they have very low standards on maturity. I would never allow such childish individuals to work for me- especially in a place that is supposed to be elegant and top notch. I contemplated even writing a review about this, but it was so distasteful and disturbing to me that I felt others need to be made aware of this issue- especially anyone higher up within the company. Employees should be working well together in a supportive team effort, not some high school drama filled gossip circle. Now, this does not pertain to every single employee, one blonde gentleman was very helpful and polite- the others were unprofessional and carried a negative energy I cannot even put into words. Seems like an employment check needs to be completed here- or maybe have a class on how to act like an adult . I d fire nearly everyone from what I overheard and witnessed (cursing at one another and bullying) plain as day! Very disgusting. I would direct anyone else to have their professional meetings or catering events elsewhere.

Expensive but mostly worth it. Beds are comfy, staff is helpful and nice. The restaurant and gift shop are crazy expensive, which is annoying.

The hotel was being renovated but everything was still clean and orderly the new Renovations make it bright and appear very large. Room accommodation was clean and well-kept staff was courteous and would stay at again.

Tried to book a room here by calling. Frist it was 8am on a Tuesday and no one picked up. After leaving a voicemail and playing phone tag the women proceeded to tell me that a room was $286 when I had just seen it online for $186. Then she told me if we wanted to get the military discount we would have to book online.... I thought I was skipping the headache of booking online and trying to get the discount by just calling but instead it sounded like someone didn't want to do their job.... Also we booked online and go the room for $157. Honestly we were just trying to book a room close to Legoland for my son's 3rd birthday

Have not stayed in a hilton for awhile, this one was way fancier than I expected and great walking distance to shops and restaurants, one being northstar cafe just across the street

Another great stay. This hotel is my preferred hotel when we take our company retreat to Columbus for a night away. Located close to everything Easton has to offer and since our trip is always in January the parking garage comes in handy. The rooms are always clean and the hotel staff great. Angela was at the counter when I checked in and she was a pleasure to work with. I will stay here again next year I am certain of that.

My husband and I have spent weekends in Columbus as a quick get away and we stayed at the Hilton Columbus at Easton during our last trip. The hotel is in a great local. The Easton Center is a short walk away. The hotel is also beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and appealing hotel. The staff is hard working and curtoeous. I was at the Hilton Easton for a conference and it a perfect location for down time as it is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops.

The hotel was very nice and classy. Their employees were nicely dressed and very professional. The overall aura of the place was very nice.

Fabulous place for a large party.. Attended Engineer Club of Columbus Christmas party for 390 engineers and their guests working in and around central Ohio including lots of suppliers and construction firms that use engineers and their expertise. Service was outstanding and food was hot and well prepared. The group has been coming here for several years and I hope for many more.

This is a beautiful facility, the staff is awesome. You'll love it guaranteed!
