I don't want to take anything away from HCE's 3.5 stars, but I do want to share about the breakfast buffet.
I called about a month ago to see how much the weekend breakfast/brunch buffet was. "$18 for adults, $9 for kids, 6am until 2pm".

I remember this laid out like Texas de Brazil salad bar, or a cruise ship buffet. Elegant, clean, upscale, with chef service stations. WOW! I guess I'm living in the past. Not sure how many years ago, HCE made a big remodel change.

I walked into their dining area called "Pine N' Kitchen" with my head swiveling in bewilderment. A friendly staff member quickly noticed my look of lost 3 year old in a store without mommy. She explained that a survey was done, and guests preferred the "Grab n' Go" concept more. She waved her hand towards the convenience store display of packaged food items and drinks. I looked back to the counter of steam trays. A couple carb options. Some fruit & juice. To my left was a turnstile walk up to an omelet ordering station. I hope that was included, or maybe it was part of the grab n' go. I posted a video, and a menu of the items. The staff member also offered the option of table service menu. It wasn't the glory that we had quested for today. I collected my valentine and we left. I thought she deserved better today than what is comparable to almost any hotel breakfast offering today.

The public has spoken (by survey). I'm sure everything would have tasted great.

Beautiful hotel. I was there for a graduation ceremony. My only complaint would be in the restrooms. The toilet paper was literally just sitting on the floor

Very nice and spacious room. Interesting location next to a very nice mall. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast buffet. Wouldn't recommend their pancakes, but maybe I just got a stale batch.

Only really dealt with staff for an event and did not stay st the hotel.

Nice spacious hotel. We had a company event in the convention center area. The catered food was good and service was good. The only issue I had was very poor mobile phone signal throughout the entire building.

Went here for a work conference held in the hotel and stayed in the hotel.

The noise of people talking in the hallway can be heard clearly inside your room, so loud!

The staff making coffee were fairly nice but the latte was terrible!

No breakfast included, WiFi was terrible, no movies or on demand tv...just regular cable.

Looks fancy but didn't feel like a $200/night stay for us.

Lobby looked very nice. Went to an event room and it was way too packed. Too many vendors in a way too small space. Womens bathroom was drenched in hairspray smell from a large group of women practically running a salon at the front of the bathroom.

Great rooms and amenities, staff always helpful and courteous. Looking forward staying here again when back in Columbus.

Decent, not necessarily worth the price at first blush

The rooms were filthy! We went into the room and there was blood on the toilet seats, poop stains caked on the sides of the toilet, pee stains on the toilet base and the toilet paper was hanging off the spindles. There was food caked on the tables and counter tops. Clothes left behind the couch, debris on the floors. The door handle was disgusting. We had to change rooms three times, each room was noticeably dirty. We finally asked for Lysol wipes and cleaned the room ourselves. My son 14 years old was like, "Let's just sleep in the car and go home."

The experience really ruined the trip because after seeing that I did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Nicely appointed rooms. The common areas are nice. The gym is very basic. The windows in the rooms are higher where you can t see outside your room. Feels like a dungeon

A beautiful property centrally located at Easton within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Covid protocols are very noticeable and provide for a safe experience.

The hotel is very nice looking on the outside and inside. It's in a great location and the rooms are quiet. It would have been a 5 star but the bed or bedding was not comfortable. Also the room was out of tissues, no bath mat, and no shampoo. The little things are important when you travel a lot.

Room was good, staff was helpful, and the Hotel itself was Grand. Location is key if you're here for the Easton shopping center. Walking distance, no problem.

Beautiful, clean and modern. No frills stay so much to report on room service or maid service but experience was great. One minor detail, free Wi-Fi is very slow otherwise it's $12.95/day for faster.

There are plenty of restaurants and locals nearby for mingling and enjoying the beautiful summer weather.

I used the pool it has a lot of chlorine but it was beautiful!

Beautiful hotel! Excellent service! The renovated rooms are very comfortable. However, the hallways are noisy! Had a hard time sleeping due to the noise in the hall.

The rooms were newly remodeled. Nice service and relaxing atmosphere. The sheets could have been softer and a shelf in the showers was broken.

Went here on a business trip for a conference. The hotel is beautiful. Very modern chic. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, however the hallway to my room was littered with glasses and silverware. The workout room is sufficient to get your exercise in before your meetings. The pool is good for relaxing or some laps. It does get crowded in the afternoon. The location is great to walk to Easton shopping village after a long day of meetings.

Hotel room and hotel are both nice. Parking was atrocious due to a convention closing 80% of the parking lot.

They provided a wonderful atmosphere for our yearly conference. Even under construction they still made sure each guest did did not have to go out of their way.

This hotel is gorgeous from the outside, and even the lobby is incredibly clean. The bright whites with the modern black and grey design is fairly stunning. There's lots of seating in the lobby, bar, and restaurant area that is reasonably comfortable.

The room itself is well designed, lots of outlets, large quality television, nice furniture, a comfortable bed, etc.

The experience is marred by what was clearly a very relaxed and laid back group of employees with no sense of urgency or concern for providing a good experience. This screams of management that doesn't hold them accountable or drive them to exceed expectations.

For a room that is over $100 a night...this was not great. The room itself is outdated in terms of size and furniture (for the price) and the toilets do not work well in my opinion. The bathroom in the lobby was dirty and the front desk staff were very unfriendly and welcoming. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But for the price and for a Hilton Hotel? I expected better. This made me ashamed to be a Hilton Honors member and worse that I recommended it to family.

I attended a meeting seminar with our attorneys they put on a great seminar.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. They upgraded us to a bed and breakfast. Breakfast was ok. Shopping center right outside. So much to do. 10 minutes from downtown Columbus

Had a great time with a small group of people at the gym.

The staff here is so so sweet. I think they make the extra money worth it. The building itself is very nice and clean.

Location is very convenient for shopping. Many stores and restaurants are at walkable distance. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is simple but good. Room was very spacious. Good WiFi. A shuttle every half hour takes guests to the airport which is at 15 minutes drive.

Very nice conference space and the food served was delicious.

Just booked a room this week to go to the american girl doll store,paid 500 dollars for one night, and we was in our room for 3 hours and seen bed bugs crawling up our headboard. Went to the desk and the guy refunded the money on my card. Wanted to give it no stars but seems I have to choose at least one

Definitely the epitome of what you think of when you hear the brand "Hilton." Posh, spacious rooms. Large indoor pool and whirlpool tub. Lobby area becomes a bar area. Elevators are at either end with rooms down the hall in the middle. Very easy to walk to the upscale mall across the street which sometimes makes parking a bit difficult. No tubs in queen suite rooms even though it offered that as an option. Expensive bar and restaurant.

Theirs definitely some things lacking, In the room housekeeping necessities.. I believe 4 bath towels, 4 bath face cloths, 2-4 hand towels?! And a clean coffee maker without debris in the coffee maker hand prints everywhere. . I can go on! Smh

Stayed here every week for about a year. Absolutely love this hotel, especially after the renovation. This Hilton is within walking distance to a plethora of amazing restaurants and places to shop.
