We came here to go to the American Girl store, stayed for an extended weekend. It s a great location for doing shopping. We walked everywhere and just had a wonderful time shopping.

However, for the price you pay the rooms are just ok. We were freezing the entire time of our stay. When you d ask for things at the desk, for instance garbage bags because we had no trash container in our room they would say we will send someone up and then no one showed up. Also, asked for soap and didn t get it either.

The breakfast was great but the staff down in the cafe looked overwhelmed and overworked. I think They need to add some more staff to the facility.

Overall, I d give it a 2 star review when it should be a 5 star hotel.

Super expensive hotel. Horrible amenities. Outdated internet. Phones do not work. For the money, stay three times at another hotel. Just don't stay here. Put the money saved into Mitchell's Ocean Club. They will not disappoint. Unlike this hotel.

A 4.5 star lobby with 2 star room. Once you step into the elevator it s like a completely different hotel. The elevators are dirty, the halls are dirty, and the room was dirty.

Our wedding was supposed to be September 5th but was cancelled due to Covid. We decided to treat ourselves to a night in a hotel. This was going to be our first time out since the start of corona so we were very hesitant. We purchased a king room with an Easton view. What we received was a small, dirty room with a parking lot view. The floors were dirty, the counters were crusty, and behind the nightstands (they are about 4 inches from the wall) there were layers and layers of dust as well as visible false eye lashes.

The staff was friendly, but the front desk was highly understaffed. Would not stay here again. I have always like the Hilton chain, but was very disappointed with this specific hotel.

As usual, this was a fantastic stay at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. I stayed as an overnight guest for a professional conference. Rooms are very clean and recently renovated with large TVs and other amenities. Hotel is located in easy walking distance to Columbus' premier shopping area, many restaurants and entertainment. Love staying at this hotel.

Hotel is beautiful. Very disappointed that I paid for an upgrade for "city view" I should have stayed at old faithful #Mariott but wanted to try #Hilton for the first time. Staff was great. Just over paid by $80 for "city view".

Every year it is the same. We get there early and they tell us rooms aren't ready. Guaranteed check-in time is 4pm. I am sitting here at 4:30 and room still not ready! Unacceptable! On a positive note they do have their Christmas decorations up.

Okay

Lovely hotel with great amenities, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. It's a short walk over to the nicest mall (outdoor and indoor) in the area.

Would look forward to staying here again.

If we could give this hotel a ZERO we would have!!! The lobby is beautiful but once you get to the elevators it looks like a whole different hotel! Our room was filthy with someone's hair all over the shower and bathroom and in our supposably "clean" sheets! We spoke with front desk and they were polite about it and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was worse then the first room! The faucet handle literally came off when we tried washing our hands! Dirty tissues were in the top drawer of the night stand! Straw wrappers were left on the table from the previous guests and hair in both of the beds! We are beyond upset and the complimentary breakfast they gave us does not make up for the fact that we paid $254 for dirty rooms during this pandemic! We even contemplated on sleeping in our car as we were disgusted by how dirty the rooms are. Please do not stay here if you can help it! Extremely disappointed and will not be back!

I am a frequent business traveler and this location gets 5 stars for room cleanliness, customer service, and location. Hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and activity. Located right off the highway and easy accessibility to the airport. Highly recommend for business or personal travel.

Showed up to a filthy room...hair all over the desk table, beverage "rings" all over the furniture and the bathroom was disgusting. Front desk people were less than friendly/helpful. And...no complimentary coffee. My first/last experience at this place. I'll save money and heartache next time and stay at a holiday inn express....

Our room was recently remodeled. Beautiful! The staff here is always excellent! Parking can be an issue as patrons of the mall park at the hotel & walk over to the mall. That is the only frustration but not the hotel's fault!

The parking was terribly inconvenient. The parking garage for the hotel is completely on the far side of the hotel and diagonally at the longest possible walk from where the restaurant and bar are located. While this might not matter for people who are staying at the hotel, it's horribly inconvenient if you're meeting people at the hotel. We ate in the hotel restaurant Herb N Chicken. Our waitress was fairly prompt and friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant is not as educated as it should be on allergens. After informing them that I am gluten free they brought me out a drink with a paper straw in it. I respect that companies are trying to go green with these little paper straws but the glue in them is gluten and therefore toxic to someone who cannot ingest gluten. After that, they were extra careful though and made sure to cook my chicken in a different oven to protect it from cross contamination. The chicken and the salad were inmemorable at best. But the lemon basil creme brulee was divine.
