Hilton Columbus at Easton Review

The restaurant has a wonderful buffet, staff is great!

We went there for the breakfast buffet. The hostess was nice. The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The hotel was clean. Friendly people. Had a nice time.

Beautiful hotel. Great room. Very nice amenities and a great lobby bar. Right at the end of Easton means we never got in our truck all weekend. Only complaint, we have kids and wouldn't have gone there if they didn't have an indoor for Thanksgiving Weekend... The first night the hot tub jet weren't working and pool water was cold. Second night the hot tub water was murky and the pool was too cold to enjoy. I emailed them and never heard back after 5 months.

Hotel was very convenient, walking distance to several shops, restaurants, bars. The room was nice

I would like to first say that Hilton in Easton will always get my business. I had my 45th Birthday Party in the Columbus room on March the 24th. When I tell you from the time I booked my event November 2017 until the time I walked out the the door March 25th. The staff was A1 service. Very accommodating to whatever I wanted and any changes I needed. Marissa in sales Awesome!!! Abraham Catering Supervisor Magnificent!!! Abe is the man 14 - 15 years experience...He knows his stuff. I wish I would've met him alot sooner in the process!!!! Mike in Catering the best. I see why the Hilton in Easton has the ratings they've acquired. They make you feel you're home away from home. My sister in law and I also stayed in the hotel after the event. Could'nt have asked for a more beautiful and clean room "pet peeve" the bathroom and it was on point. Didnt have to call house keeping for anything. They had their stuff together. Thank you sooooo much Easton Hilton staff. You made my 45th birthday an awesome experience!!!!! Kudos!!!!

I would not recommend staying at this particular Hilton. The front desk staff is rude and unreliable. If you are staying here for business, I would strongly recommend renting a car as their shuttle service is a joke. Example: I requested a shuttle at 10:45 AM to pick me up from my place of work which is 6 minutes a way. I am first advised that it should be no more than 15-30 minutes. This time comes and goes without notice. I reach out to the charming hotel only to be advised that something came up and that someone should be there soon. It is now well past noon, no phone call, no sign of a car on the horizon. I will be calling for an Uber.

Clean, beautiful decor, love the room and bathroom, staff friendly. One negative, dogs barking which was annoying. Perhaps, the hotel should put all guest with dogs on the same side.

Hotel is undergoing a major renovation. When it is done, it will be a great hotel. Right now however, food is below par and the service is struggling.

Not up to the high level of a Hilton facility, the disrepair gave it the look of a lower quality hotel at a high cost.
The hotel needs a lot of work. Paint chips falling from the entryway, broken or missing mirror fixtures in the bathrooms, visibly worn desk in the rooms. Not at all my expectations for a high level Hilton facility. I could have rated it lower.

Was in town for work -- BEAUTIFUL hotel!! I stayed in one of the Restricted Access/Executive Level floors, and my room was clean and just PERFECT. The staff was very helpful and friendly, from the front desk, to the Bellman to the kitchen staff! The hotel was so SHINY and beautiful with a "stately" look and feel to it. Also, it was located near many shoppes and restaurants, all within walking distance! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town for work! HIGHLY recommend!!

I stayed 3 nights for a conference. The rooms are beautiful and clean. I loved the simplicity of two free waters in the refrigerator every day. The food was wonderful! During our conference, we had several "break out" assignments and the multi-living room setup in the lobby foyer area was perfect. We were able to break in to multiple groups, do our work, then return to our conference room with our results.

The Friday night surf and turf and sushi was fantastic and I was sure to enjoy far more than my $39.00 worth.

The personnel were always attentive, acknowledging everyone as they passed by. Overall, a fantastic location (many local walk-to attractions/restaurants/shopping). I'd go here again ANY time.

Stayed at the hotel on a business trip. Wonderful room, beautiful building and location, walking distance to the amazing Easton Town Center for food and shopping. Expensive however, so be mindful of you're on your own dime.

This is a beautiful hotel and the customer service is always excellent.

I was here for a workshop. The hotel staff was excellent with the beverage and food service. The room, although not the best shape for a workshop (very wide and narrow), the acoustics were good and the visuals were easy to see, so it all worked out very good. My past experiences of attending a workshop at a hotel conjures memories of cold rooms and uncomfortable seats. Not so this time. I brought a light jacket in case I got cold and I never needed it. If I were to put on a workshop, I would definitely consider this place for the venue.

Room was very dirty. Open chip bag in cabinet, opened waters in refrigerator, slimy sticky thing on mirror, dusty, nasty gunk in bathroom! In a time like covid you think things would be extra clean, not here! I was told by management they were cutting back on things. I'd say cleaning and housekeeping is certainly an area they are saving money. I was so disgusted I checked out and went elsewhere. If you want covid this is the place to go!

Food wasn't that great but very expensive. Small bottle of smartwater was $5, deli sandwich was $8, a bag of chip $2...

This was my first stay at the Hilton in Easton. It's prime location made it our number one choice. Shopping centers and restaurants are in walking distance, and it's very convenient. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly all around. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which was helpful in helping us get a good night's rest. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hilton was nice and the room was clean. However, there was only 2 towels in the bathroom which is only enough for 1 person in my opinion. They stuck us in a corner of the Hotel and it was a pretty long walk to get to the main exit. We were told when we checked in that the parking and breakfast were "on the house". When we went to breakfast the next morning we just served ourselves because it was a buffet and there was no host to be seen. When my fiance went back up to get more coffee a very rude staff member scolded him for serving himself and then brought us a check for the buffet. The cashier/bartender was also rude when we decided that we want to not put it on our room but pay for it there since we were already really mad with how poorly we were being treated and the attitude and judgment we were receiving. We just wanted to check out and go home. While the room was nice and so was the king size bed the poor service and handling of miscommunication from one of their own team member shouldn't be taken out on the customer. I doubt we will pay this much again for a night in a hotel to be treated this way.

The hotel was very nice and classy. Their employees were nicely dressed and very professional. The overall aura of the place was very nice.

Most gorgeous hotel I've ever been in. Very comfortable room with luxurious robes. Light up magnification mirror in the bathroom. Lovely view of Easton all lit up for Christmas. Executive floor guests get the weekend breakfast buffet included.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel I have sugar problems and my sugar dropped very low and they charged me extra on my one night stay just because they had to call the squad!! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN THEY DON T CARE ABOUT THE PUBLICS WELL BEING AT ALL!!!!

The rooms were nice and comfy... but house keeping was horrible- trash not emptied in 3 days, missing lightbulbs in lamps, no clean cups, no hairdryer, even saw alcohol bottles sitting in the hallway all day down from our room... went to relax in the hot tub, kids jumping and splashing around in the hot tub while the pool was pretty empty... otherwise a beautiful hotel with friendly staff,
but the few things make it not worth the money to stay again....

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Room 469 has very old worn out squeeky mattresses. Cleaning as poor - upon arrival - and during a pandemic
- our room had food spills on the counter, food and food stains on the floor. In the bathroom there was toothpaste & makeup globs left behind & mopping streaks on the floor. Of course, the lobby is kept spic and span. Sad as this hotel is in a choice location and should be someplace special for travelers to stay.

Very nicely decorated. But the amenities were lacking during our business meeting.

Hotel was nice, but I didn't like that I was roomed next to a conjoined room with a loud family, didn't get any sleep. Checked in around 430pm even then I didn't get to relax. I paid a lot of money to stay in my own town just to feel like I'm kinda getting away. Will not stay here again.

What a beautiful building. We had a fabulous time. The food was delicious!

The cleanliness of this hotels rooms have gone down drastically. The carpet in our room was so stained and dirty we felt like we had to keep our shoes on in the room. We were on the 6th floor 653. Paid more for executive because I was working from the hotel. I just could not get over how dirty this room was. Also, no room service with covid so that made trying to be safe even harder.

Room was nicely finished and well kept. The hallways were well lit and similarly well maintained. The lobby and breakfast area were very nicely furnished and also well maintained.

Beautiful hotel. Great service as well. They didn't have the room we wanted so they gave us a few food vouchers. It wasn't their fault they didn't have the room because Priceline messed it up. The food was great as well.

Excellent location adjacent to Easton town center lots of restaurant and bar options within 5 minute walk!! Or we like to stay at thier lobby bar wich have great atmosphere!!
