Although the hotel was mostly empty, they gave me a room with an obstructed view. The light in the bathroom didn't work, and they told me the restaurant was open but the doors to it were closed and no one was around. Hilton was completely unresponsive to my concerns. Worst experience I've had at a Hilton property.

Got this room for my teens birthday. It was mainly booked off of the photos we saw online and although when we got into the room it looked nothing like the pictures. The room was small and dark. Even with all the lights on it was dark. The headboards were different than what was online, they were dated, and to me they were ugly. There were lights attached to the headboard and those were ugly too and one light didn't even work. We had a photo shoot in the room and the photographer had his own lights and such but the room just wasn't worth the $220 in my opinion. We took photos in the halls and lobby area and this long beautiful hall on the main floor with beautiful chandeliers and tall windows. Those areas were SO much better and bright and looked more up to date. They also charge $11 for parking. I know it's expensive because it's right across the street from Easton shopping mall, restaurants, etc, etc. But like I said in my opinion that room was not worth it.

This place SUCKS!! I am staying here because I am here for job training, and let me tell you...I have stayed in WAY better places that are cheaper. The rooms are OK I guess. I got a standard king room, the bed is comfortable, but that's is about the only good thing I can say. YOU DON"T EVEN GET FREE WIFI!!! You have to pay $10 a day for it even though it says it free if you are here on business, which I am, but they are making me pay for it, and on tiop of that it sucks, its kinda slow and limited. The pool area is also very nice, but if you are going to spend the money on getting a nice hotel in Easton Columbus stay at the Merriot . I give that hotel 5 stars!!!

Very nice. Many conference rooms, the actual hotel rooms are very elegant. A little pricy, but absolutely worth it. It's in a great location, you can walk to the rest of Easton easily. The pool is great for tiring out the kids.

Social event in a ballroom. We do this event every year. The decreased quality in the food this year was appalling. We ended up leaving after thirty minutes. Very sad. I've already let my organization know that we should look for somewhere else next year.

Stay was good, other than the cleaning staff tried to clean at 8am and then at 11am, they knocked once and then walked in. It was odd since we hadn't checked out yet. Would have been nice if they waited until check out.

We had our annual convention this weekend as we have for several years. Hilton, and Adam and Chef in particular, were amazing to work with. They made our feature party unique and fabulous. The food was the best and the service was superb. I can t say enough about how great they all were.

I stay at this Hilton several times a month and the level of service and attention you get is second to none. The concierge (Molly) is absolutely the best and her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is simply amazing. The room service is decent, the toiletries they leave cover all bases and the irons are good (not just the cheapest iron possible).

I've stayed many nights here and will stay many more.

My daughter's wedding reception was here. George Tornick and Karen Barwick were simply amazing in making it perfect. They were gracious and were amazing to work with from the beginning to the end. Our reception captain was Dimitar and he was fabulous. The reception was perfect from the cocktail hour food and layout. They helped with the layout of the cocktail hour. The reception was amazing- the service was fast and you did not even realize the waiters were there. The Regent Ballroom is beautiful as is, but with the uplighting it was just beautiful. I can not say enough about the interest they took in the planning and carrying out of the reception. If the "Karen and George" team are still there I will be back for wedding number 2. George even visited with my family from Canton during breakfast- now that is being hospitable. They both went above and beyond in setup for my daughter's wedding.

This is an exceptional Hilton property at Easton Columbus. Just what you would expect for a meeting facility in a Columbus upscale area.

The rooms were nice and clean and so was the bath area. Who can complain about no stir sticks coffee? Not me, I don't drink coffee.

The reason for the 4 's is because of the parking charge, especially for Hilton Diamond members who stay at Hilton properties EVERY week. $10.75 felt a bit like a slap in the face as I was leaving. A change in that policy is due.

A beautiful, clean, hotel, that I highly recommend. We stayed in a "Jr. King Suite" which was very comfortable and clean! A few comments on others' reviews: there are coffee makers in the rooms as well as the fact that they serve Starbucks. The rooms are quiet. We didn't hear anyone in our room. The room was clean and the doors are sealed with a sticker after they are cleaned. Yes, you pay for parking but you are staying next to a popular shopping center, you pretty much pay for parking whether you are going there to shop, eat, or stay in a hotel. The hotel is directly a part of the Easton Shopping Center and many things are easily within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back again!

I will start with the hotel appearance and room experience. The exterior of the hotel and the room were exactly as I expected from the hotel website and pictures. Front desk at check in was pleasant and quick. However, now let me start with all of the negatives of this trip and the hotel. The room, paper thin walls, the doors aren t much better. My current room was on the 7th floor executive level and wow every single kid in Columbus and obnoxious parent must have decided to stay at this hotel and coincidentally on this floor. Every minute or two someone opens the door and allows it to slam shut, it s as if I m in their room how loud it is. The breakfast, listen if the breakfast was included in my room rate I wouldn t say a word it would have been good enough but for the nearly $40 per day for 2 people to have a basic breakfast I expect more than egg beaters (especially when the shelled eggs are right next to the bowl of beaters), soggy bacon and potatoes that are honestly horrific. Next time I will save the breakfast charge and visit the local ihop at least there I know it will be bad before I go in. Now I will complain about the sundry area. Just because the room cost x dollars and this isn t a Howard Johnson and I could afford to pay for it (anniversary weekend thanks for the extra noise that was unfortunately free for me, the only free thing here but still I do appreciate it) you would think this hotel thinks you may be stupid and overcharges for everything. Bottled water 4 bucks, 3 ounce trail mix 5 dollars, a bag of single serving chips 5 dollars and my favorite a single serving couple ounce frozen yogurt 6 bucks. Lolol, you guys really are slightly funny, you take supply and demand to a whole other level. Now the parking situation or lack there of I should say. At roughly 400 a night one would think they could park without having to chase other cars in the lot to attempt and get a spot remotely close, again one would think, fat chance here. Lastly and I suppose this one is on me, how about if you re hosting a conference and weddings where the other guests may have or could be inconvenienced by all that is going on, you could forewarn people when they call. Again I know you want to sell rooms since you are in that business but what it does do is potentially, let me rephrase that, guarantees that certain people will not revisit your fine establishment. Again probably on me for not asking hey are you hosting a national conference in your hotel this weekend along with a onsite wedding ? As I wind this down, let me recap. Room, as expected in how it looks and cleanliness. Front desk, great, nice and courteous. Food, horrific. Noise, I ve had more peaceful sleeping arrangements at a Hampton Inn. Parking, come early and never ever move your car until you are checking out, just make sure you do everything across the street at Easton.

Was not clean in our room or the pool area. I could physically wipe the dirt off the inside of our shower walls.
Not enough towels for guests.
Cafe was way over priced for what was available. Says free breakfast, yea not even close.
No vending at all unless you want to pay 4 dollars for a 1.50 bottle of pop at their "cafe"
I will never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.
