I went for a videogame expo. The place was beautiful.

Beautifully renovated hotel, we were there for a wedding, and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I don't get it. The hotel is filled with messages about environmental conservation, saving water, and the option of postponing your room cleaning. AND there's no recycling. The conference center waste is all thrown into one bin, and the amount of food served at breaks was beyond excessive. Who is going to eat an entire block of cheese? Hilton Corporate probably needs to evaluate it's on the ground practices.

Rooms were great! Construction in the lobby - once that's done easy five stars!

Really enjoyed our stay in the area but I d make a different hotel choice next time. The sounds & noises really carry here! The room doors are very heavy and make a lot of noise closing no matter how hard to try to be quiet about it. You hear doors from quite a ways up and down the hallway slamming at all hours. We unfortunately also another night had some obnoxious neighbors up late having a good time laughing and we could hear it surprisingly clearly in our room. The interior sounds are a real problem. We aren t light sleepers thankfully. The beds are VERY firm too if you prefer more comfort. Rooms don t have a refrigerator, or microwave either which would of been a nice feature. I haven t been to a hotel that didn t offer complimentary coffee or tea in a long time either. That could be because they have a Starbucks downstairs? It s pretty inside but that s about all that was great about it.

Beautiful hotel in and out. The best of the Hiltons have been.

Excellent clean room with great service and nice beds. Watch out for breakfast however , it is only free for Hilton honors members gold and above.

Clean Rooms, large bathrooms, friendly service. They have a small restaurant and nice bar area in the lobby. Good shopping center and restaurants in surrounding area.

Words can Express how beautiful this place is. The service is excellent. The room was spotless and access to the facility and ease of navigating the facility are excellent. This is a Hilton hotel worth staying at. Highly recommend!

I went to the Hilton for a business meeting and the Hilton was very nice and everyone was very friendly there.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. A little pricy. Rooms are very nice an spacious. Only complaint was the pillows. They're just too soft and compress too much for my liking. However they may of had stiffer ones I didn't check. But all in all a good experience

They do a wonderful job hosting events and the space is great.

The Hilton Columbus at Easton is a really nice hotel. The building looks spectacular and not what you would expect if you ve only stayed at hotels in cities like NYC, LA, SF or DC. The lobby is large and very clean, appears very roomy. I checked in at 6am for a previous nights reservation as my flight was a red eye and that seemed to confuse the folks at the front desk. Check in service was ok.

The elevator to the room looked a little run down but was efficient. The room was spacious, had enough furniture without appearing congested. The bathroom was large and nice.

The hotel has a restaurant, a fitness center, an indoor pool. It is right by the Easton shopping center which has several restaurants and some high end shopping. A nice place to walk around if you have some time to kill. The hotel is near enough to the airport as well.

Overall a nice place to stay in the Columbus area.

It is a beautiful hotel at the excellent location I will be come again once the renovation is completed.

Had brunch for Mother's Day. We had a wonderful time. The food was really good and the staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive.

Amazing service and location. A bit pricey but the quality really is breathtaking. With Easton Town Center minutes away, food, shopping, and entertainment are all readily accessible!

What a wonderful experience. Brought my mom to Columbus for her birthday. Haley and all other staff members helped make this so special for my mom. Thank you so much for decorating the room and treating us like Royal guests!

The location is great. The hotel staff are super friendly and awesome. The decor is modern and sleek.

Extremely over priced. I paid 267.00 for an executive level suite and could have gotten a better room at the Fairfield inn for half the price. The glass table was dirty.. the windows were dirty... No room service because of COVID but yet they have a bar in the lobby... No microwave... no travel sized shampoo.. no view of Columbus and we re right next the elevators.. Will never be back

A great location, and spacious room. It always floors me that the more expensive a hotel is, the higher the charge for the most basic amenities.

Single room was ~$50 higher than comparably nice hotels in the area. Oddly, pet friendly. Probably the higher price due to the location.

The second day room was not cleaned in a timely manner and and dirty glasses were left.ice bucket and coffee maker not cleaned.difficult to get guest services on the phone.

I frequently travel and this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a very long time. The value is extraordinary for the quality of the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious and clean room. Excellent area with plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or something to drink. Free WiFi for all customers would have made it a 5 star rating.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, updated and friendly staff! We live in Columbus but went for a staycation, walked around Easton and enjoyed entertainment and lots of awesome restaurants. The Hilton was a great choice, right in the middle of all the fun!

It's one of the nicer hotels in the area and normally I would have given it a 4 but they are doing some renovation and it's quite a mess and confusing.

Beautiful room for the event I was attending. Service was great and parking was close and easy.

The rooms were great. The room service was not. My wife's pancakes tasted like sponges soaked in grease.

I interviewed here I was told I would get a call back in twenty-four hours no matter whatit took me three days to get ahold of somebody and when I did they told me that somebody should have told me I didn't get the job. I felt like this was very unprofessional.

Outstanding room and front desk staff. The surrounding area is loaded with great places to eat and shop. The "town square" area is very well done and brightly lit at night with decorative lights.

Strangest place..very elegant lobby but the room service menu is shown below..you can order a $325 bottle of Dom Perignon and pair it with a $14 pizza or hot sandwich..there is nonother option..really!! We tried to order from grub hub and they never showed up because their system crashed...staff is all very pleasant, rooms very nice but plan to eat out and you cant rent in room movies either.

Must stay at this hotel if your in the area. Nice modern rooms with an awesome breakfast! If your a diamond guest the breakfast is complimentary.

Over priced over hyped hideout for zealous europeans

The hotel was great, and is closely located to the Easton Mall. Even though membership status has lapsed recently, I was still treated fantastically.

Quiet and clean. Amanda and jack are truly amazing. They helped us a lot with trying to figure out the area since it was our first time in Ohio.

Best hotel staff I have ever met. I come for work and every time they are on the ball. This evening I had two issue that were handled no matter what it took. Management and the night front desk staff saved a deal I had going!!
I also love the bartender Stephanie!! She went way above her job to make sure our stay was amazing! She even let me borrow a charger for my kids phone.
I really enjoy my stay and appreciate the staff effort.

The positive, close to Easton Center. Negatives.....the hotel restaurant is not what I would expect for a Hilton. I realize there are a ton of restaurants close by, but when traveling with children that's not always an option. The rooms are nice, but the bathroom was very dirty. Hair spray still all over the glass shelves. A lot of dirt in between the glass shower doors. Only 2 towels for 4 people. For the price I expected a lot more. Not a 4 star hotel!

Comfortable rooms ... spacious .. good signal wifi and the pool with jacuzzy excellent ...

You get what you pay for. 5 star service and hotel for sure. Staff are awesome.

I came on a business trip and have experienced nothing but Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was pet friendly which is what attracted me to the Hilton. Very Clean rooms. Sports bar is great with good atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back:)

I appreciate a hotel in a good location. This is your typical nice hilton which is a 4 in my book but the extra star is for the proximity to everything

We plan to make this our go to for New Year's in town. We have spent our last two years.

Stayed in this Hilton for a few days last month. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. There is a full restaurant and snack bar. For adults there is a full sized bar with top of the line spirits. The rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. There is a large gathering area in the middle and it is close to a lot of shopping.
