Clean hotel with good stuff and provides good service

My dress was stolen from the room. I reported it and they said they would ask the staff. A few days later I was told no one saw the dress and that they trusted their employees. This was very off putting and left a terrible taste in my mouth. The dress was definitely stolen and no thorough investigation was done. I would never recommend the hotel ever. This was a year ago and I still get angry when I think about it. Thieves!!!!

This hotel is home from home for me. I have being coming here on and off for 8 years, and the staff, service, accommodation and food is always the best, without fail. I love this place.

Very nice rooms, nice soft linen, & iron & ironing board in room. But food, either too creamy or sweet source. Not for my taste buds

KimChi is a wonderful place inside the Hotel to find fantastic Korean cuisine.

Beautiful decor, but the vegetarian options for the workshop buffet was meagre and not enticing. Not acceptable for an international destination

Loft suites have nice spacious rooms especially for a family. Nice cosy little hotel.

It's a lovely hotel,very clean and quite,easy to get an uber from there and get food delivered to you.

Great hotel. Staff is great. Make sure you know where the shuttle to the waterfront picks up - we waited 45 minutes for it to never come (apparently it was across the street but it was not super clear)

This place is very nice in the sense that it has eateries and clothing shops. You will enjoy you visit there.

The surroundings can be a bit dodgy at night and the rooms are a bit dated. The staff is brilliant though!

This is a nice hotel which is about 20km form the airport and about 8km from V&A Waterfront. I didn't quite the area in which the hotel was located and the fact that I had to pay for my own parking even though it was R60 per day. Surely they could have just included it in the initial price.

I opted to order food from other restaurants other than the hotel one because the prices were quite high.

There is high speed wifi and sport channels on the TV.

Management needs to sort out parking at this Hotel. In my view this is extortion.. There is No signage on all parking bays showing that if u park there illegally you will be clamped. Why do they have limited visible parking bays? Induction is necessary when guests check in especially at the security gate warning them about the possible extortion. I want my R 350 back!!!!

Overall it s a solid 3 star hotel vs a 4 star hotel as they suggest. As a diamond member we were upgraded to a deluxe twin room with 2 beds shoved together as a King (not sure how other reviews got loft upgrades as Diamond members even though I asked). The room was oddly shaped with a small window looking towards Table Mountain. I did request a few room changes but were denied even though the rooms were empty at the time. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were overall friendly and the cookies at the front desk were delicious. WiFi was also great throughout the hotel so definitely a plus.

One small issue, we stayed 3 nights and 1 day our room wasn t made until we returned around 2pm and requested it to be made. Besides that overall pleasant stay and just FYI they have a free shuttle which goes back and forth to the waterfront.

At the restaurant I ordered Grill Line Fish with sweet potato fries (chips). Very good. Great host too. Will get it again. The hotel staff was friendly.

Hotel with a great view of Table Mountain. Therefore advocate location without restrictions. Very friendly staff, both at breakfast, as well as in the restaurant, reception and room service. Beds (except for the thick pillows) and air conditioning were very good. The door stop behind the bathroom door represents an accident risk.

Great hotel to stay in. There's been lots of improvement in service and we Internet speed since my last visit.

Excellent service ,customer service on point and the breakfast is so nice and healthy.

The place looks nice, but isn't really upmarket. The blend of shops there leaves one confused, and there's no proper image of the place.

The most beautiful and comfy lounge/bar/restaurant area, a light menu, velvet couches and beautiful decor. What more could you want? :)

Spacious conference halls, near observatory but quite a distance from the parliament.

Fantastic hotel; world class. Friendly and warm service. Fantastic breakfast and very good variety of food. Rooms are clean, warm and nice with beautiful scenery and view of the Capetown hills. I highly recommended to this hotel.

DTH a hotel with most amazing staff that will take off the long journey's tired and make you feel human again. We value your stay and visit and every small thing counts and will always make it right to full satisfaction.
